Started picked up at our hotel buy coach. It started from there information from guide all the way to the falls. Then to our next stop. Then to our next stop then to the next stop. Wine tasting was what I wanted maple syrup tasting was good. A good day out. Tour guide gave all the information needed and more.

We had a brilliant tour with Marylin. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, and the tour was fantastic. Excellent value for money as well, as it includes maple syrup tasting, wine tasting, really comfortable bus, and great stops along the way. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

We booked the Niagara Falls Tour as an additional experience alongside the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Marylin was an absolutely fantastic tour guide. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and really made an effort to accommodate everyone’s needs. We’ve done quite a few tours before, but we honestly can’t remember ever having such a great guide. The whole tour was very enjoyable and well organised, and we got to see and experience so much more than just the Iguazu Falls. Everything was very well planned and we felt comfortable throughout the entire day. We would highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again. Thank you so much, Marylin, for such a wonderful experience!

This was a very nice tour; however, some improvements with timing could make it better. While I understand that some folks want a ton of detail while on the bus, it felt that we wasted significant time just en route to the falls hearing non-stop information. Many folks on the tour had headphones in because it was simply too much information to get— non-stop with no pauses for around 2.5-3 hours, even though our first destination was only 1.5-2 hours away. The stop at the falls was great, but then everything else seemed like the timing was off. We stopped at a food court/rest area/gift shop for lunch ahead of the falls for 45 minutes, even though we had ample time to get lunch at much nicer places by the falls. Every other stop was rushed— only 45 minutes at a beautiful winery and only 1 hour in Niagara on the Lake. Overall, this tour could very much be improved by improving the timing and cutting down on the 3 hour intro on the bus with non-stop information.

We are just finishing our first trip to Toronto. We highly recommend City Sightseeing. We did the Hop On Hop Off City Tour, boat harbor and full day trip to Niagara Falls. The Niagara Falls tour was amazing. Our driver Malek and guide Marilyn were wonderful and fun. The bus was very comfortable as well.

Krish was our guide and Carlo was our driver. Both were great, Krish was knowledgeable and entertaining with his facts and jokes. Pick up times and meeting areas were easy to find and manage. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed this tour. It’s approximately 12 hours with enough time spent at each destination. Had over 2 hours free time at Niagara Falls, then headed to a local winery for wine tasting. After the wine tasting, we headed to Niagara on the Lake where we had an hour of free time. Neil was a friendly and informative driver/guide. Good value for the cost. Highly recommend!

Great tour! We did lose a little time heading out as the tour company was coordinating pick ups of other groups and then later due to the tardiness of some individuals due to a scheduling misunderstanding. The tour guide did his best to handle the situations and over all it was was still a very good tour and they took care in dropping us off safely back where it was most convenient for us.

Neil was the best amazing driver and guide we could have. He is amazing, bring us to many beautiful places, always smiling and with good vibe. He explained about all the areas we have visited, this was very cultural tour I loved every seconds.

Picked up at my hotel . Then waited at Dundas Sq for bus leaving 9am. We stopped by maple syrup and chocolate tasting at 11:40, then Niagara whirlpool and drove along winery land and made our way south along the river to the falls at 1:15pm . Had just enough time to take Niagara boat tour and behind the falls in 2 hour. Afterwards went to wine tasting at 3:45pm and Niagara by the river at 5pm ,back in Toronto and dropped off at Delta Hotel . Since CN tower was close by , caught the sunset there and the aquarium. All in all a wonderful day . Our guide Neil? Was really funny and had great stories. Well worth it

Neel was our driver/guide. He shared the history of Toronto landmarks and hockey as we began our trip. We learned about the geography of the region going to Niagara. We drove through the area where vineyards are and learned the history of how Niagara wines are so good! The bus was comfortable. I recommend this trip.

To see big parts of the falls frozen was an awesome experience. Also happy with this season to avoid crowds. At the same time due to no crowds and that many of the "add-ons" around the falls are closed I was more or less done within 30min. Rest of the 3hi spent in the restaurant eating lunch and trying wines. Glad I tried some wines there since the wine tasting included was a disappointment, rushed through in like 5-10min, total time for the stop at winery was 30min. I expected more of this kind of trip to be honest.

It was only my wife and I on the tour and our guide Seden made it feel like that was the way it was supposed to be. He adjusted our times at our various locations based on how long we wanted to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day!

First of all the pickup was over an hour late, then the pickup bus was cold and also in the coach ac blows very cold air. The driver was very good to drive the coach and tell different stories about everything of Canada, Toronto and the sites we visit. But he didn't tell about timetables of the trip, he didn't ask how we doing in the coach and etc. The sites we were stopping were all great, but we wanted to be at the sites for a longer time. For example the college winery was a quick presentation of their products and production of their wines, but too little time to shopping. It was nice doing the trip, but part of the arrangements was poor.

We had a wonderful tour with Neil! He was so knowledgable and provided great commentary as we visited Niagara Falls, a winery and Niagara on the Lake. We also stopped at a little service station type area where we could take part in a maple tasting! I would really recommend this tour - we were picked up from our downtown hotel and dropped off nearby at the end of the day. Great value for money. Thanks Neil for a lovely day!

Had a brilliant day out on the Niagara tour. Our guide Andy was really funny and friendly and just kept up the entertainment all day and was really helpful with tips not only about Niagara but Toronto too. We did the combo tour with hop on off in Toronto which was also great. You can buy attraction tickets from the guides discounted but we already had the City Pass which is better deal if you're going to all of the attractions. The highlight in Toronto was the boat cruise of the Islands, which was just lovely and we got some great photos. Highly recommend!

Desiree Harbins drove the bus super well. Very nice and always where we had agreed. As a guide, Marilyn explained everything super well and in detail and made the tour a great experience. The best part was, of course, Niagara Falls itself!!! Very impressive!!!! But the small town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is also really worth seeing. Thanks for the great tour!

We were with Neil all day during this visit among Niagara Falls, good wine, and other attractions, and I must say that Neil is truly the best, super nice, precise, and extremely helpful, great Neil!

I thought the times in each place were very good, the guide driver was always very punctual, the unit they took us in is comfortable and I am glad to have hired the day tour so I have avoided driving with the traffic and looking for parking, it has definitely been an excellent choice
