Booked months in advance as a highlight of a trip from London. Cancelled by operator late the night before when we due to be collected very early the next morning. Luckily just managed to squeeze on to an alternative trip by Queen Tour who were excellent (& cheaper). Would have been massively disappointed if we hadn’t managed to do this.
Pros: Vinny was a great and very patient guide. He was passionate to share his very comprehensive knowledge about the falls and related sights. He went beyond to give recommendations of cheap and good food! Cons: Tripadvisor gave misleading information that the tour included pick up and drop off at hotels but at last minute had to disappoint when See Sight Tours informed us about amended pick up 2 days before tour. This caused inconvenience and we had to pay for ride to and from their designated pick up point. The agent over phone tried hard to help resolve but their solution came too late and we eventually made it for the pick up.

Our tour guide was Eisshan (apologies if mis sprlt), he was amazing driving out of Toronto gave us some history whilst driving. Very attentive to everyone's needs at the different stops. Guided us to the drop off/pick up points. The tour was definitely worth the money and we couldn't have wished for more. Plenty of photo opportunities whilst not being rushed. Eisshan guided us to the best view points. The boat trip was the icing on the cake. Such an amazing day.

I had the pleasure of traveling with Eshaan to Niagara Falls. His knowledge of Toronto to Niagara Falls was impressive. He pointed out so many areas on the way. He provided a wealth of information to us. He took the time to get to know everyone. The trio was outstanding. The small group of 7 had lots of time at each attraction. Eshaan did not rush us. We had plenty of time at each location. He kept impressing upon us that his jib was yo make sure we had a good time. Although this tour is more expensive than a bus tour, it us well worth it to have this experience. The falls are breathtaking and the boat ride into the falls was exceptional. I highly recommend this tour and this company.
Grayson our guide was absolutely amazing ! So friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out and explained so many things to us. Pickup and communication with him was so easy. Grayson made this trip so much better. So much fun !

It’s a fantastic experience seeing the force of nature up close and personal. Plastic macs were provided but you’ll still get wet which was all part of the fun. Our guide for the day was Moose who took care of us and made the day trip all the better with his knowledge and travelling experiences.
Graysen, our guide , was first class, he was very knowledgeable about the falls and he very much made the visit for us.

The tour has included all stops you need. Very good is to start early in Toronto to avoid the big crowds in the afternoon at the falls. Unfortunately, our driver was not more than driving (very bad) and getting the tickets. No backgrounds or inside stories.
The day tour was seamlessly executed, with our driver demonstrating impressive knowledge of every site we visited. For those wondering why this package is priced higher than others — it’s because it includes a helicopter ride and a three-course meal at the top of the Skylon Tower, which was not clearly mentioned on the Viator website. We originally chose it for the convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off, only to discover on the day that a helicopter ride was also part of the deal. A wonderful surprise. Safe to say, we experienced the Falls in every possible way — and it was worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone willing to invest in a truly unforgettable experience.
As a family we went to Niagra with so many stories and views of how amazing it is, but they really cannot describe the breathtaking awesomeness of the place. Wow wow wow 👌 👏 The power of the water is mesmerising and just the sheer fun of the spray, which was below zero cold and froze everything it touched including clothes and hair for those who have some. The Niagra take flight is a real spectacle and a worthwhile addition for the winter months, very cool. The walk behind the falls is also an eye opener to see the sheer speed with which the water descends. Another cool addition If you are fortunate enough to go wrap up as it is flippin freezing and you will get wet and cold. Our guide Moose was great and had endless facts about Niagra and Canada, was a great experience all round and can highly recommend the Seesight tours especially if you get Moose 🫎. Also the Maple Syrup and Chocolate tasting was an added bonus, plus can try Iced Wine, which for me and my girls was far too sweet All in all, fabulous and a definite 10/10 👍, winter is the time to go to beat the crowds if you can brave the cold 🥶 Moose is 5 star guide
Wow what can I say? We were lucky to be the only 2 on this booked trip, apparently people don't go in December! Had Heather as our driver and guide and she was just perfect! Yes it was cold stated at -12 warmed up to -6! It took around 1.40 hours to get there. We were collected at 7am from our hotel And were back about 3.30 ish. We had an amazing day and would do it again for sure if we ever come back to Toronto! Well worth the money. If you go wrap up warm.
There was only my husband and myself on this tour which was wonderful for us. Malvina was a great tour guide & since there was only the 2 of us, our experience was customized to meet our needs, but we got to see and do everything advertised. I'm very glad we had the tour rather than trying to do everything on our own because finding everything & parking would have been a struggle.
An excellent experience and well worth a day of your holiday. The tour operator was very accomodating for pickup locations with Ehsaan meeting me outside my accomodation. During the drive through the city of Toronto and the county of Niagara he gave a chronicle of urban development, local industries and the geography of the area. Visiting each of the sites around Niagara the tour group had plenty of time, with tickets prepared in advance so no need for queuing. With the cost of what is included it's excellent value for money. It’s a full and fun day. The guide was very knowledgeable about the Falls and also Toronto. He was a good driver and the van was clean. We had a wheelchair and there should have been a step stool . It was difficult getting in and out. A steep stool would have made it much easier. Also the driver should not talk politics!!
Good tour very comprehensive and heather planed the timings of each of the activities to be at the best times so we could the falls at there peak. Would highly recommend this tour was not rushed and we saw a lot and learnt a bit.

This was a great tour that took us from Toronto to the Niagara falls. Ansar was our guide: he was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was very well organised, with visits to the Skylon tower, behind the falls before we got to the "Maid of the Mist" boat ride, which was spectacular. Ansar gave good advice about what to wear and where to go on the boat for best views and least wetness! This was a great day out.
Our driver and guide, Mioose, was excellent—thorough, knowledgeable, and full of great insights about both Toronto and Niagara. I really appreciated the history and local perspective shared along the way. The Falls themselves were absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t have asked for better weather. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic, but it’s completely worth it for such a memorable experience.
We were very fortunate with great weather, clear skies and moderate temperature. Our driver, Heather, was really wonderful and we learned a great deal from her. We had an early start from Toronto, which worked well as the crowds were small for our morning Skylon Tower and the behind the falls visits. We would certainly recommend the company to family and friends.
This is a must do tour for anyone visiting Niagara Falls with friends or family or solo. Our guide, Moosa, was super friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and shared super interesting stories right from the heart of downtown Toronto up to Niagara Falls and back. The tour includes tickets to all important activities and we did not have to stand in any queue at all. This gave us all the time to enjoy soaking in the beauty of the falls instead of waiting in long lines to purchase tickets or get inside. The small group size of 7 is perfect as it allows the group to decide if they would like to spend more or less time at a particular spot. The price is absolute value for money as most of the other cheaper tours do not include skip the queue tickets to any activities and one would end up paying much more if they buy the ticket themselves and waste time standing in queues. Moosa made the tour memorable with his interesting anecdotes and helpful suggestions during the entire trip.
We saw Niagara Falls from so many levels and angles, learned a lot and had a great day! A well organized and time conscious trip!
The attractions at Niagara Falls and tour guide were excellent, but the van was dirty and the lunch stop location was terrible.
Me and four family members were well satisfied with the Toronto to Niagara Falls early bird premium tour with boat ride. Tour guide Heather picked us up promptly at 7 AM in front of our downtown Toronto hotel in a roomy Mercedes van that could have held two more. We arrived at Niagara Falls about 45 minutes later. We went to the sky tower for great views of the falls. Next, we went through tunnels to get behind the massive Horseshoe Falls. Then we got on the boat for close encounters with the American side waterfall and the Canadian side Horseshoe Falls. The value-added feature here is that your family group can enjoy the sites and events without the hassle of parking, without the hassle of waiting in line for tickets, and while having your own personal driver and tour guide. The events were over by 1:30 and we got back to our Toronto hotel an hour later. A worthwhile experience!

Saw the Falls from every angle. Great views from the Skyline Tower, got close up behind the falls & the iconic boat ride. Small size group & reduced waiting times gave us plenty of time at each stop. Guide/driver was very informative. A complete Niagara Falls Experience in one day.
We had an amazing day and can't thank enough our tour guide Ehsaan. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly, it really felt like a private tour (we were only 5). So happy I choose this one, would highly recommend it to others! And Niagara Falls - well there's a reason it's so well known!
ALLAN was fantastic with his knowledge of the sites we visited and his recommendations on how to best experience them with tickets organised and a smooth entry. He was very accommodating easy to talk to and very professional. The falls were fantastic with plenty of time to view them from the front behind and the side. The Skylon Tower was also great for viewing the splendour of the Falls. The Floral clock and other attractions were also good to see. He is very professional and has a good sense of humour. Transportation was easy as we were picked up at our accommodation and returned in a mimi bus with a group size of 8.
Small tour group was great. Packed a lot of activities in a short time. I wish we had an extra hour to explore the town but do understand. It was nice to move to from of line with provided tickets.

Literally one for the bucket list, sensational experience and I highly recommend. It was made even better by my tour guide Amar who’s knowledge was brilliant. His communication was excellent with letting me know time and location I was to be picked up from the day before.
We enjoyed the overall experience--far superior to what a group tour would have been, though not luxe. It would have been hard if we had had to purchase tickets to all the attractions ourselves and figure out the order in which to visit them. This tour is perfect for a group of up to 7 people, but may be a little awkward if you're traveling solo and are shy. Our driver/guide was pleasant but not the greatest driver--hands should be at 10 and 2 on the wheel, not 8 and 4! She allotted too much time for us at the behind-the-falls attraction, which could have been used to do something else, like the aero car over the whirlpool. And the Mercedes van was a little dirty inside, with bad shock absorbers and squeaky breaks. But it was a lot of fun, and the falls are magnificent.
We loved our day with Heidi! She was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. She kept us laughing and gave us great information. We loved how the tour started with a Birds Eye view and then ended with being as close to the falls as possible. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
The whole day was amazing from being picked up at our hotel till we arrived back. Alex was a first class guide, very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to really enjoy everything. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to get the best out of a day trip to Niagara Falls
