Niagara Falls Day Tour From Toronto Airport With Boat & Journey

This tour was not what I paid for. I paid for a small group of 28 passengers or less and yet we had a full size coach with over 60 people. Not only was the bus and group twice as much as what was advertised and paid for, but we also had to go pick up the other 45 people in downtown Toronto after picking us up near the airport. Not to mention we had to drop the other 45 people off at the end of the tour before we were dropped off. There were about 12 of us guests who also got stuck sitting on the bus while the others did the tower tour. We didn't sign up for this tower option, nor did we book this with part of our tour. We were basically prisoners and stuck there and couldn't do anything. When stopping at the maple syrup for tasting this was a joke. They were not very friendly and this tour took 30 minutes and you're only there for about 45 to 50 minutes. So, skip doing the tour, it's definitely not worth it. Instead of getting back like at 7 which was supposed to of happened, we got back after 9 at night with no dinner. All this is due to merging two tours into one and with no connection !!! As you can see I'm not happy in anyway how you ran this tour. We had plans and paid for things and this company flat out did things their way without any notifications. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice day, but it's not what we expected or paid for. And at the end the original guests who booked this tour for pick up near the airport got screwed over and this is bad business and unacceptable !!

The tour was well organised and the guide (Haroon) explained everything clearly. It was a great experience.

Being part of a tour definitely had it's benefits, we managed to skip the line at the Journey Behind the Falls. Even with being dropped of close to all attractions there is a lot of walking so someone with mobility issues should be prepared. But the sights are beautiful, something everyone should experience. Haroon was very informative and had lots of great facts to tell about the falls.

We had such an amazing experience on our Niagara Falls tour! Our tour guide was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so organized from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. You could tell our guide genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. The communication, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We were able to enjoy the beauty of Niagara Falls without worrying about a thing. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Definitely a highlight of our Toronto trip!

Great visit to the falls and the boat trip by my Polish family . They lived the tour and the syrup and chocolate tasting. But nothing beats the ride on the boat on the upper deck and viewing the Fslls’ rainbow.

Fabulous experience at Niagara Falls. We enjoyed our experience. The tour was fun and exciting. It was worth every money. Harun was very warm and nice. Very organize and able to gave us some time to enjoy the Niagara

What a worthwhile tour. I highly recommend this trip ! Haroon was my guide and was so clear with all instructions at every stop. It was nice to hear about all the history and information along the way. The pick up and drop off options allow such a flexibility to this experience.

I would recommend going with this guy. We didn't want to rent a car and this was perfect. They pick you up at the hotel and drop you at the hotel around 6 pm.

This tour was amazing. Timing spaced well, Haroon our tour guide was relaxed professional and knowledgeable about the Niagara area. This is wayyy better than driving, paying/finding parking. You also can hand carve your experience ala carte style if you don't want to do them all

This was a very enjoyable family day trip. We chose it as we are staying in Toronto without a hire car and it was a convenient way to visit Niagara Falls. It is a long day (9 hours+) and overran, so may not be suitable for younger children (we are a family with teenagers). Plenty of stops and includes the key highlights. There is some time included to buy food or go shopping. Our driver and guide (Haroon) was excellent - very friendly, patient and informative, and good at managing a large group of people (full coach load).

We had an amazing and full day on this trip. It was great to find out how Maple Syrup was made and try some samples. The journey behind the falls was really good. The boat trip was incredible... and very wet! Everything went very smoothly and our guide was excellent and provided us with lots of tips about how to get the best out of our experience. We would highly recommend this trip.

We booked the Airlink day tour to Niagara Falls and it exceeded all our expectations. The day was perfectly filled with great activities. There was enough time spent at each location without feeling rushed, but the tour kept nice momentum.

Great once in a lifetime experience! The tour guide was amazing and an overall great person and we couldn’t have anyone better. There is a full bus but once out of the bus not a big deal. This was an all day thing and there is so many things to do all day and absolutely no boredom.

The tour gave access to main attractions within the day which would be laborious if on your own. The guide was pleasant and very clear with directions.
