It was a very enjoyable tour with up-close experiences. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great choice definitely with the money. Tom our guide was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, exceeded our expectations. Bus was comfortable and clean. The little touch of water and a free bag was lovely.

Lots of walking on each stop. You get wet under the falls and the boat tour. Numerous stops at various attractions. It was great to see everything we got to see.

While our guide was very nice, his heavy accent made it difficult to understand the info and history he was sharing as we drove.

Our guide was wonderful and took us on a path with would avoid most crowds. Made sure to explain everything that we passed or participated in. Very friendly and informative.

Best way to see a lot in a short period of time. George our guide was very informative and helpful with questions. Great way to see the falls from 3 levels—- below on the boat, mid range on the deck and above from the tower. Each such unique views of the water.

Tom, our guide, picked us up on time and then onto pick up others from a local hotel. We were a group of 10 adults and a baby. The tour covered the main highlights, journey behind the falls, maid of the mist and the skylon tower. However, the highlight was Tom’s commentary throughout, funny, engaging and really interesting. We travelled throughout Niagara seeing the whirlpool, the floral clock, the power stations amongst other things and learnt so much whilst seeing a beautiful part of Canada. Would thoroughly recommend this activity.

Gary, our guide was excellent. Better communication with the tour company would have been helpful before it started. The tour company should have sent us our pick up time, driver/guide information, and description of the vehicle picking us up. However, Gary made the trip worthwhile!

You get REALLY wet in the boat part. Bring dry clothes for afterwards. The lunch buffet was very good.

What a wonderful tour! I would do it again in a heart beat. George our driver was fantastic and was doing everything possible to accommodate my 94 year old husband who couldn’t walk long distance and sometimes stayed in the van; but was still able to enjoy most of the activities. George explained so well how to get the wheelchair to do the Maid of the Mist tour; in spite of the long walk to the wheelchair my husband was able to get on the boat and enjoy the Falls while protected in the glass enclosure. The confirmations thru texts started the day before and we were picked up from our hotel Marriott on the Falls. What an amazing tour, so well planned in a very comfortable clean van with a fantastic driver! I can only recommend it!!!

The Viator tour was all encompassing. The road, boat, behind the falls tour was professionally accomplished that created great content and experiences.

Awesome day? Visited all the great sites, George gave us lots of history and amazing terrific guide. He actually took us to entrance to boat, tunnels and skyline. We also enjoyed lunch with a view of the falls! Highly recommend his tour.

While our tour guide John was wonderful - my biggest issue was that this tour was supposed to include a cruise. The guide was unaware it was even supposed to be included and the tour operator never advised us that we were not getting it so that we could cancel in advance for a refund. If boats are seasonal - they know what dates that applies to and should be able to advise guests in advance so that they can decide if they want to cancel for a refund or not. But instead, they don't tell you anything at all and refuse to offer any kind of a refund. The butterfly conservatory is not an acceptable replacement for the price paid for this tour. Journey behind the Falls and Skylon Tower are not that expensive and there wasn't a lot of driving involved so we could've done those on our own and walked from the hotel to get to them. This was a huge waste of money!

The tour company forgot to pick us up. They said our name was missed on the morning pick up. The man that I spoke to from Zoom Tours seemed to think it was because we booked through Viator. They offered to add us for the following day, but we were leaving. It was very disappointing. We did get a refund. I would not book this tour.

Overall the tour was good, but the boats weren't running, and only told on the day by a another customer, and not the tour guide. Waiting for a refund.

We enjoyed our tour. We found the butterfly conservatory was a poor substitute from what would usually be the boat tour - for the amount of money we paid we felt the charges should of been less, or something more included such as the power house as the butterfly conservatory was disappointing. Therefore we feel the operators should look into this, as that part of the trip let it down from being 5 stars. However, John was our tour guide he was very knowledgeable during our tour and we enjoyed seeing all of the other sites and we enjoyed the journey behind the falls and the skylon tower. We would reccomend this trip, without the trip to the butterfly conservatory.

Seeing the falls up close. Our guide Garry was very friendly and informative. He picked us up from the hotel on time and was extremely helpful. My husband uses a walker, Garry always help him in and out of the van.

The Hornblower boat tour was fun. We loved going behind the falls too. Tom was the best guide. The skylon tower gave us another prospective.

George was amazing! Great tour! I would not recommend adding the lunch option! Very rude server who yelled at us! Food mediocre! Otherwise great tour!

Good tour and great tour guide (Tom). On the negative side was lunch, the food was good, but buffet had less of a selection on food, only water as a drink, everything else extra cost.

This was well worth the money. I was picked up and drop off at my hotel. The driver was a well of information. We were able to do all the major attractions in one trip. It was a full day.

Tom our tour guide made our day. Information was continuous in a very entertaining manner. Tom seemed to know everyone by name on the bus which made the Niagara adventure fun. Tom had stories about the Niagara region which was very informative and interesting. We highly recomend.
