Jerry was a fantastic tour guide and driver and he was very knowledgeable about the Falls and was telling great Niagara stories and historical facts. The pictures and videos we got of Niagara are incredible. The boat ride was spectacular!

We booked through Marriott Hotel and it was well worth the money spent.Our guide and bus driver wasTony Hagan who was an excellent guide and terrific bus driver. Told us alot of interesting information. Would highly recommend this tour!

Made sure that everybody was looked after and all their needs were taken care of. The wife and I can't wait to go back next year

We had a limited amount of time in Niagara and this hit all the major highlights in about 3 hours. They picked us up from the hotel and gave us expedited admission to the three attractions when we got there. You save a lot of time and the tour guide, John, was so knowledgeable and entertaining! Not only did we learn a lot along the way about what we were seeing, but we also received recommendations on what other attractions to go see during our trip. I recommend this tour whole heartedly!!

Prepare to get wet! Not a complaint - just unavoidable even with rain parkas. This triple treat was enhanced by an overnight at the Fallsview Marriot, where we were mesmerized by the dancing colors of the falls after dark.

It was all wonderful! Our guide Tony was funny, friendly, and very informative. The excursion was well planned and very informative.

Tony Hagan is well versed in the greater Niagara area so informed is an understatement. He also has the expertise to get the group through their destinations with timelines and ease.

I was excited to see Niagara Falls up close. The boat tour was definitely upclose. Going behind the Falls was exciting. Seeing the power of the water was educational and thrilling. It was everything I had hoped it would be.

He was knowledgeable and funny without being over the top (as some guides are) He gave clear instructions to keep the group together and make sure everyone had a great experience. At the end of the tour he took the time to drop people off at the best locations for their needs, rather than just returning everyone to their hotels.

loved John McKinnon He knew every detail in full about every where we went! He took extra care of everyone! He took very good care to make sure my husband had a comfortable for time as my husband is handicapped due to a very bad back! John was the best guide ever! Loved our guided totally because of John!

Wow! What a great way to enjoy some of the top attractions and views all in one trip! Absolutely breathtaking. We started at Journey Behind the Falls for about 50 minutes. So loud and cool! We then saw the most gorgeous and expensive view of the river and rapids (and color-changing trees!) at the Whirlpool Observation deck for about 15 minutes. We got a great photo from and with our phenomenal tour guide, John McKinnon. Lastly, we went to Niagara City Cruises where I’ve read it takes the same path as Maid of the Mist. You’ll get wet, even with the poncho! So glad we wore water shoes! It gets hard to see at the peak of the ride, so rely on your other senses. The sound and feel are remarkable. Our tour guide, John, made the whole trip even better (if you can believe it)! He was kind, charismatic, had wonderful facts and stories, and was simply fabulous at his job. Thanks, John!

Kept us on track and made the day enjoyable. Be prepared when you are on the boat. We got soaked. Totally worth it. The views from that close to the falls was spectacular. This was an excellent tour. We were collected from our hotel by our fabulous driver and guide John. He is the best kind of guide - very knowledgeable about the area we were visiting, full of interesting anecdotes about the history of the Falls, and sharing his knowledge with a nice dose of humour. He also shared his thoughts about other activities to do in the area, and how to get the best of our time at the spots we were stopping at on the tour. We had a great time on the tour and highly recommend it.

First of all, our tour guide John was the most awesome, warm & wonderful person a tour company could have working for them. He was a blessing and full of information & energy! We loved everything about this tour!

On the TripAdvisor site, 3 days prior, I changed our tour date to a day earlier than originally scheduled. I got email confirmation. On the revised tour date we waited to be picked up as planned. And waited. No pickup. We eventually found out that TripAdvisor never told the tour company, magnificent tours, of the change. Fortunately, we were able to go the next day, but many times while traveling there isn’t any flexibility in scheduling. We hope not to book through TripAdvisor in the future.

This was a great little tour of the Niagara highlights. Group of 30 on a busy public holiday but our guide Tony Hagan was calm, funny, organised and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this tour.

The boat ride under the falls was spectacular along with Journey Behind the falls and the whirlpool. He even shared about another experience that he recently enjoyed with his granddaughter. It sounded so interesting and fun that we decided to finish our day with this experience called Flight to Niagara. Would highly recommend this tour and Tony as your guide!

It’s a good experience. John, the tour guide was great. The tour includes 3 stops and a lot of driving around with John telling stories. If you’re on a budget, walk down to the falls or find a $10 parking lot and buy tickets for behind the falls and the boat tour. The whirlpool is missable. The Boat ride is the best of the experiences. Plan for wet feet. Like standing in a rainstorm soaking wet feet.

Tony Hagan was a wonderful guide! He was thorough and clear in his instruction. He was funny and so accommodating. This tour was so convenient in that you get 3 (best in my opinion) ways to experience the falls and don't have to worry about parking and virtually no waiting. That could be due to going late in the season.
