What a fantastic day. Firstly, the falls are amazing and well worth the trip, but you probably know that already! The pick up was really convenient and transport was comfy but the thing that separated this tour from others we’ve done was the guide, The Captain (Michael). He was informative, funny, engaging and really cared about us having the best day (and rest of our trips). I would highly recommend the trip regardless but the service we got from Michael is what really elevated it!

We had a great experience with Queen Tours. They picked us up 10 min from our hotel in Toronto and took care of us for the whole day. Our guide Andrew was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I’d recommend doing both the Hornblower boat experience with the Behind the Falls option. Prepare to get drenched, in a good way. Definitely recommend this business, you won’t go wrong.
What an absolutely incredible experience! Captain Michael was truly exceptional from start to finish. His professionalism, warmth, enthusiasm and wonderful personality made our visit to Niagara Falls even more memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic experience, creating such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. His passion for what he does really shines through, and his energy made the entire experience even more special. Niagara Falls is breathtaking in itself, but having Captain Michael as our guide made it truly unforgettable. An outstanding guide and a genuinely lovely person! **Thank you, Captain Michael, for such a spectacular experience!** We couldn't recommend him highly enough! 🌊❤️
We were picked up at a central location in Toronto. We left on time to begin our journey to Niagara falls. We had the Niagara Falls Canada day tour from Toronto + boat cruise option. Tracey was our guide today and she was really happy to answer any of our questions and we really appreciated that. Our first stop was to the Whirlpool, this was a short stop for photographs and it was impressive to see category six rapids in action. From there we travelled to the maple syrup, chocolate and fudge store. It was lovely that we were able to taste the maple syrup, fudge and chocolates before buying. They were all so tasty and we did buy some to bring back with us. We spent around 40 minutes here, which was plenty of time before moving onto our next destination. We then went to the first Niagara activity which took us underground. We walked through some tunnels before witnessing the true power of the water crashing metres in front of you. A poncho was provided for this activity. We got some great photographs close up to the falls on land, which was amazing. We spent around an hour here and this was plenty of time for everything to see. We then travelled onto the Hornblower boat cruise, travelling via some interesting historical buildings. Once we arrived at the drop off point, we were walked by Tracey to the entrance and then we were left to experience the amazing falls in all their glory. We brought our own waterproofs for this, including jacket and poncho, we were given an additional poncho again. But we got soaked!! It was a truly amazing experience, something which we will remember forever! The boat cruise lasted for about 30 minutes before we made it back on land and went to experience what else Niagara had to offer. We found a couple of nice bars and enjoyed a beer, wine in the sunshine. The Las Vegas of Canada wasn’t our cup of tea but it was interesting to visit it all the same. We had around 90 minutes in total for this and again this was more than enough time to do everything. A couple of key points 1. We had a sunny day - but got soaked and eventually dried off - take a change of clothes and or footwear on rainy days. 2. We found a nice cafe at the secret garden, this had great views to enjoy drinks. 3. Tracey was a lovely guide and we really appreciated her enthusiasm and knowledge of all things Toronto and Niagara. Thank you, Chris & Sally
Excellent trip to Niagra Falls! Our tour guide, Andrew, was very conscientious and had a wealth of knowledge of Toronto and Niagra Falls areas including many historical details and stories

Niagara Falls is surreal and somehow better than expected. The boat tour is a fun type of chaos, beyond the falls maybe not necessarily worth it but the views from the mid way observation are awesome. Our tour guide The Captain (government name: Michael) was very insightful and humorous, clearly loves what he does. Pick up and drop off was simple as I stayed at The Chelsea Hotel which is a key meeting point. You’ll spend decent money but you’ll have an amazing time here.
Had a fab time, the Captain “Michael” was a good laugh and was good craic. Very informative on his subject and very knowledgeable.👍
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Niagara Falls Experience! I had an absolutely amazing experience on this Niagara Falls tour! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and the entire experience was wonderful. The captain was fantastic! He shared so many interesting insights, details, and information that made the tour even more enjoyable and memorable. His driving skills were excellent, and he made the entire journey feel smooth, comfortable, and safe. He truly makes it happen! I’m currently in my ninth month of pregnancy, and I usually suffer from motion sickness when travelling on buses. However, thanks to his excellent driving, I felt so comfortable throughout the trip! I truly appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and care he put into making this experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend both him and this amazing tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It was definitely a memorable experience! ❤️
The captain makes things happen Really loved my experience today going to Niagara falls! Wonderful day out from Toronto, beautiful scenery and amazing water falls! Our guide Michael (aka the captain) was one of the highlights of my day! He was very knowledgeable and kind and made the day extra special for us. Loved it. Would recommend both this trip out and the captain as your driver 🫡
Amazing Niagara experience, very well run and organised. especially loved my tour guide, the Captain, who makes things happen!
Great day, and Nadia made it super special, took time out to point out everything along the way, and gave a biy of a hisyory lesson too. Falls were amazing.
Lina was a wonderful guide, so cheerful and had a lot of knowledge to give us. She was great with our 5-year-old as well, he kept asking where she was. The maple syrup tasting was a lovely stop, as was the whirlpool visit. We opted for Boat tour and behind the falls, both where amazing. Would highly recommend the Queens tour team to anyone else looking to book a Niagara falls trip from Toronto.
Informative, fun and relaxed. Jeff was a great guide. Made us all feel at home and shared lots of interesting info about Toronto and the falls.would highly recommend Queen Tours
Awesome full day tour packed with so much. Chocolate, maple syrup, the falls. Busy day but totally worth it it. Special thanks to the tour guide Tracy for being so knowledgeable and approachable and made the entire day easy to navigate.
We had a wonderful time. Our driver and host I believe her name was Tracy were excellent! I would recommend
Great experience to have at least once in your life. so cool to get up closer to the falls. You will get more than misted on this ride.
What a fantastic trip! Everything went super smoothly, our guide Paul was very kind and made sure everyone felt comfortable and knew what was next on the itinerary. I felt very informed and seen. The Falls were gorgeous of course and I definitely had enough time to enjoy the view plenty before going back! The day went by super fast and I have great memories - I went alone on this trip but didn't feel alone at all!
A wonderful experience! The tour went exactly as planned. Glen, our driver, guide, and point of support throughout the trip, was absolutely fantastic. He kept us entertained along the way with interesting explanations about the area and fascinating anecdotes. He was always punctual, helpful, and professional. The boat trips that took us right up close to the waterfalls were a truly unique and unforgettable experience. An excellent tour that I would highly recommend to everyone!
It was so fun, I even got splashed with water a little it was so refreshing on a hot day!
Very good tour and friendly tour guide Tracy. It was a perfect day by the Niagara Falls !
I’ve been to Niagara Falls before, but nothing compares to actually being down on the river. Taking the boat trip with my family was a completely different story. It is an absolutely thrilling, incredible experience from start to finish! Standing that close to the rushing water and looking up at the sheer power of the falls is both humbling and overpowering. Feeling the mist and hearing the roar right next to you is something my family and I will never forget. If you're visiting the Canadian side, you cannot miss this. Five stars all the way!
Best experience ever lovely photos breathtaking views and not to crowded Food souvenirs available
The Captain (Michael) was fantastic! Gave us all kinds of great Tononto, Niagra information in a personal, funny delivery. And our driver, Tony, did a skillful job getting us through and around traffic, there and back safely. Couldn’t ask for a better day. I would definitely recommend this trip, tour and guides!
Amazing experience. Michael (the Captain) was very informative and explained a lot about the Toronto and Niagara Falls area which made the trip much more worthwhile. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the falls. Bucket list item checked off.
John is amazing!! If you get him for a guide you’ll have the best day. He is very thoughtful and if you forget a jacket don’t worry John will offer you his even his knit jumper if both of you forgot. Super knowledgeable, will walk you everywhere you need if you ask. Great experience and would recommend to anyone going!
What a lovely day out, pickup was slightly late but Toronto traffic was most definitely to blame for that. Our guide Paul (our new bff) was the best part of this trip (he had us giggling at “our next contestant on the boat is wet” will have us laughing for years to come). The boat trip itself was a delight and even though we didn’t stop anywhere else all the sights were pointed out to us. Dress accordingly you will get wet!
Good communication with the company from initial booking until drop off after the tour. Very professional company chosen based on other reviews. Our guide, Paul, was excellent. Presentable, amusing, informative about the area and what to expect on the tour. A great ambassador for the company. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Paul and Team Queen Tour.
Jay was great, we had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend!
Great day with Nadia! Everything ran smoothly, Nadia was lovely and helpful and the falls visit was an amazing experience! Highly recommend this company and the tour!
I had seen Niagara from the US side several times but the Canadian side is truly spectacular! I highly recommend this well-organized, quite relaxing, very informative day spent with John. The timing could not have been better....pickup and dropoff, time at sites. We took the walk behind the falls and the Hornblower tour, both musts.
Great experience! Highly recommend. We even saw a double rainbow!
Tour guide Paul was excellent was at the bus stop on time and made the trip very enjoyable you can tell he really loves his job!
We had a fantastic time on this trip. Really easy to arrange what we wanted to do - behind the falls and boat cruise - if you’re unsure and want to book the bus and add on extras later, people were able to do that on the day. Price-wise, really happy. Worked out about £250 GBP for two of us to get the bus and excursions. Our tour guide/ driver was Marian and she was brilliant! Marian was super friendly, knowledgeable of the Toronto/Niagra/Ontario area, and brought a wonderful wit and humour to a long and joyous day.
Fantastic tour of Niagara Falls. Guide was knowledgeable and had clear communication with guests. Tour included all the main attractions.
It was a great way to see the falls. I did both attractions and got to see some of the city as well. Michael aka The Captain and Ernie were awesome!
Marian was a great tour guide, lots of useful information and anecdotes. I had a really good day and the falls were just breathtaking. Well worth the money I would do it again in a heartbeat
Just an unforgettable day all organised with impeccable timing by Lina. We saw the falls from a helicopter, tower, boat and from behind the falls.
Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable - superb guide
From the pick up to the drop off everything was on time and smooth transition from one tour to the other. Our tour guide Paul was great and very informative about the areas heading to Niagara and at Niagara.
We had an incredible day at the Falls - they truly are indescribable. We did both the Hornblower trip and Journey Behind the Falls experience. Both of which we would recommend and would happily do again. Our tour guide The Captain (Michael) was exceptional, he kept the drive out from Toronto to the Falls entertaining and provided a great mix of facts about Toronto, the GTA, and Ontario, as well as Niagara Falls. He kept everything running smoothly and ensured we got to all attractions and communicated clearly on drop off/pick up expectations. It’s super obvious he loves his job and we both commented how nice it is to have a guide who is clearly passionate about what they do!
We had a great tour. Ran on time, and the guide was very knowledgeable about the area. Pick up was easy outside a hotel around the corner. Got very wet on the boat ride on the lake. Consider spare pants / socks and a waterproof jacket.
A good trip with spectacular views of Niagra Falls, timings were as advertised, and a reasonable amount of free time at each stop. Tickets organised well and pick up/drop off as advertised. Wasn't expecting as larger group as we had (there were 53 on our coach - especially as tour advertises smaller coaches/buses). The tour guide (Michael/Captain) was very knowledgeable - however, he took no prisoners, was strict with guests boarding and sometimes a bit blunt with the bus driver (Matt - who was great!) which could be overheard by passengers. Sometimes a softer/more friendly and approachable attitude isn't a bad thing!
Jeff and Mike were superb. The trip ran like clockwork, and Jeff made it fun and interactive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to go to Niagara
Jeff and Michael were wonderfully
It's okay, but don't recommend very much. 1. It's a very large group with over 50 people in a very large bus which easily makes people carsick. It's not like what it advertised "30 max per group"! 2. They dropped us in a souvenir store and let us stay there for an hour, which wasted a significant amount of our time which could have been spent in the Falls. 3. The price is quite high given it's a large group exceeding 50 people. They should have lowered the price given that they get a lot of bonus from the collaborated souvenir shops. They don't even provide bottled water.
Had a great time at Niagara falls. Our tour guide Lina was amazing
Verry good experience and beautiful contry lot of to explore!
Marian was a fantastic guide! She did everything she could to make sure we all felt comfortable and well taken care of, even though it was a very busy day at the Falls. She was also very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing interesting facts and stories about Canada and Niagara Falls. On top of that, she was an excellent and very safe driver, even in the heavy traffic. Her friendly and caring approach made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
My friend and I had an excellent time! Both of us are introverts and kind of standoffish about team spirit and group activities, but our guid walked the extremely difficult tightrope of being an icebreaker and being annoying perfectly. We always knew what to expect, we got a bit of sightseeing, a bit of wacky fun on our own, and skipping the line at attractions with clear instructions was also perfect. The bus was comfy despite it being a warm day and it felt like a super-fun school bus trip. This option was perfect because we got to do our own thing and also not worry about coordinating timing and travel. If you're on the fence, DO IT! You won't be sorry.
