Mississauga: Niagara Falls Day Tour With Boat Cruise

Our guide Haroon was terrific. But I recommend that more information is provided up front. I went through Trip Advisor and could not get a full picture of the day’s activities and offerings. The site stated that the "Walk under the Falls" was included, but optional - I found out later that we should have paid for that in advance of our trip; but no where was that stated. We were directed to be in the hotel lobby for pick up at 9:30 am; the bus arrived at 9:50 am and we departed at 10 am. Then we went backwards into Toronto to pick up a small group and it was 11:30 am before we even got back to near our hotel’s highway exit - a full two hours AFTER we were told we would be picked up. We got further delayed by an accident that closed the freeway and had to make an extra stop for lunch at 1:30. So then the 45 minutes spent tasting maple syrup cramped the time and we did not start our tour of the Falls until 2:45 pm. The tour guide was good in talking to the group while driving - but he had to use a hand mike - very unsafe on the freeway. He should be provided with a headset. Everything went smoothly after that and we got back to the hotel at 8:45 pm. The Falls are worth the trip, but be informed.

Haroon was just wonderful! Such an incredible energy and kind soul to guide us through today. It was all very smooth and perfect thanks to his guidance. 100% worth the money, was fabulous!

This guide by the name of Chaz ( hopefully I spelled right ) was Great. Ofcourse Niagara Falls naturally is Excellent. Thank God for his creation.

Shahzad was truly an amazing, kind tour guide for the day. He was very accommodating, resourceful, and patient with my clients and went out of his way to improve our experience. He was very prompt with his pick up and drop off. The shuttle bus was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend booking your private tour with Shahzad!

It was great! We had such a great time on the Niagara Falls tour! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the whole experience was so much fun. Everything was well organized, and our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. This was definitely worth the price we paid because it was just a whole day of activities. The setting was very lively as a lot of people were there to see the falls but it wasn’t crowded. The tour guide was very nice and kept things simple! Overall a very fun experience.

Shahz was a great guide! He was punctual, had tons of interesting information to share, he made all drop off/pick up points easy to understand and he made the day very enjoyable!

It was great seeing Niagara Falls, but the rest wasn’t the best. A lot of driving just through cities so nothing really great to see along the way there and back. The maple syrup tasting was just so so. The driver Kumar was very good.

Senior traveled solo. I felt safe. Haroon was excellent . Patient, friendly and informative. Very courteous and answered many questions I had. Kept on schedule . Had a great day. Thank you.

I had an amazing visit to Niagara Falls! The tour lasted about 9 hours and was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Haroon, was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. We did both the boat tour and the Behind the Falls tour, and they were absolutely unforgettable, getting that close to the falls was breathtaking. The ride to Niagara Falls was smooth and comfortable. The bus was full, but the crowd felt just right, not too large and not too small, so it never felt overwhelming. We also went chocolate and maple syrup tasting at no extra cost. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

The experience was a dream. The sights were just perfect and all the stops were so much fun. The tour guide, Haroom, was very nice and engaging.

It was an amazing experience, very nice and well organized, gave us a lot of time and freedom to do our own thing but always came back to the group.

Admission fee is somehow high, but is worth it 👌 and I will bring my company staff for summer holiday next year 😀 , I will hope we will get a better experience

The bus driver left me and my wife in the falls with no doubt! He left us waving hands to stop the bus for lees that 5 mins of waiting.

I would highly recommend airlink. The price rate is really cheap and affordable. It's only a day tour, but we mostly seen everything as our tour guide/driver was organized. The bus is clean and comfortable. Our tour guide is informative and shared alot about the places.

Shahz was vey informative in the journey from Toronto. At various stops during the day he gave us precise instructions to where we needed to be and what time we needed to be back. Shahz was very personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this tour

Great experience with this tour. We just did the boat cruise but there were more activities to do it , if you want to (skyline tower, behind the falls) Haroon was helpful and gave us so much information during the tour. All worth it!!
