Itinerary
Your first stop will be a view of the magnificent Niagara Falls. Where every year millions of visitors stand close to the thundering water rushing over the brink of the Horseshoe Falls! Not only is Table Rock right at the Falls itself, but there's plenty to do once you get there. You will be treated with an up-close view of the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls from the Table Rock welcoming center for the best selfies and family pictures.
Journey Behind the Falls is a year-round attraction that offers an unique view of the Falls from below and behind. Visitors descend 150 ft. by elevator, where a short tunnel (150 ft.) gives access to two outdoor observation decks and two portals located directly behind the Falls. At Journey Behind the Falls, you`ll experience the awesome spectacle of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down to the basin below. During summer daylight hours, over 2,800 cubic meters of water thunders over the brink every second, travelling 65 kilometers per hour! Your Journey Behind the Falls visit will take 30 to 45 minutes and in the spring and summer months, you`ll receive a free souvenir biodegradable rain poncho as protection from the mist of the Falls. Elevators descend 150 feet through bedrock to tunnels that lead and to the Cataract Portal and the Great Falls Portal which is one third of the way behind the massive sheet of water. Then you walk on to the Upper and Lower Observation Decks at the very foot of the Falls. Posters of information are a great resource of information about the history and evolution of the hallways you walk through. Journey Behind the Falls is an iconic Niagara Falls experience, make sure you take a waterproof camera. (tickets available to purchase)
The Niagara Cruises Experience A whole new way to experience world’s famous natural wonder. Our intimate Niagara Falls boat tours bring you as close as possible to the breathtaking flow of water, power and mist that is the magnificent Niagara Falls. Within the Niagara Great Gorge we’ll journey past the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and into the very heart of the famous Horseshoe Falls for an exhilarating experience with the waterfalls that make up the famous natural wonder, Niagara Falls.
Scenic picture stop at Whirlpool Aerocar. The Whirlpool Aero car was designed by a Spanish engineer, Leonardo Torres Quevedo and has been in operation since 1916. The cable car is suspended from six sturdy cables and offers a wonderful view of the Niagara Whirlpool which is formed at the end of the rapids where the gorge turns abruptly counterclockwise and the river escapes through the narrowest channel in the gorge. High above the racing Niagara River, you'll be transported through the air in an antique cable car. Far below, the torrent of water abruptly changes direction and creates one of the world’s most mesmerizing natural phenomenon – the Niagara Whirlpool. Sometimes frightening and always unforgettable!

When it was opened by Sir Adam Beck on Dec. 28, 1921, the Queenston-Chippawa Development (as it was known between 1922 and 1950) was the largest hydroelectric power station in the world. At the peak of construction more than 10,000 people worked on the project.
The intricate designs on the face of the Floral Clock are created with up to 16,000 carpet bedding plants and are changed twice each year. The planted face of the Floral Clock is maintained by Niagara Parks horticulture staff, while the mechanism inside is kept in working order by Ontario Hydro.

Fantastic tour! Gianni Washington an exceptional guide who gave the righe amount of attention to all the kitsch and tour partecipants! Great!!!
Fun! Beautiful! Lots to see. Excellent driver. Good driver. Patient. Haves lots of ideas for exploring
We had a lot of fun with our tour guide, bus driver, problem solver Johnny. He told us a lot of interesting things about Toronto, Niagara and places in between. He was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. This tour was comprehensive, which is what I was looking for.
We did not do the program as it was listed in the Itinerary. We did not do Journey Behind the Falls at all which was the part we were looking forward to the most. And some of the later stop points were swapped around and not in the order that is listed. For this high pricepoint I expected much better, there are cheaper and better trips out there so I do not recommend picking this one. Right now the Itinerary goes like this: Table Rock Welcome Centre -> Journey Behind the Falls -> Niagara City Cruises -> Niagara Whirlpool -> Floral Clock -> Living Water Wayside Chapel -> Niagara on the Lake heritage district -> Maple Leaf Place
Thank you Anthony for making this tour a memorable one for the whole family! Greetings from Colombia.
Our tour guide/bus driver Anthony was fantastic! He was organized, made sure no got lost and kept us entertained on the trip to the falls.
This was a great tour. But there is definitely room for improvement. Our driver was amazing: very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The main problem we had was pick up time. We were told 8:50am, but didn’t get picked up until after 10am. I had to call the vendor several times to get different ETAs.
Great experience with zoom tours, the guide was amazing. He knows about the history and area, the boat ride was the best n lunch was great. I would recommend this tour to everyone
Excellent tour, our guide Johnny was an absolute legend, kept us all entertained with his jokes and expert knowledge of the area. He took the time to make sure we all had a great day, the tour was seamless, and he even showed us some sights of Niagara on the way back. Highly recommend!
Not sure about a trip to this tourist hotspot, I finally bit the bullet and booked with Zoom. We were picked up efficiently by the Gene Wilder like Jonny- our entertaining, multi linguistic and extrovert driver/ guide who made the day. It’s a longish drive via a freeway and not much to see for 1.5 h. The initial walk from drop off and base of falls to cruise is a great way to see extent of both Canadian and USA falls,. The cruise 23 mins long- processes hundreds at a time. You get wet, and it’s the physical experience that benefits the boat as you cannot really see much in the wind and wet. The lunch was a buffet ay the Sheraton- average food but fantastic view and another angle to see falls which is cheaper than a helicopter ride. Then home via the obligatory shop stop for maple syrup tasting - a flower clock and then best bit Niagara on the Lake- the idyllic postcard town so perfect! We could have spent longer here and missed the clock. Then a long trip home, So if you really want to see the falls a great trip. Like many bus tours very dependent on your guide and bus and other guests. Our trip was in a small bus with 13, great group and excellent guide.nNot sure I would go in a bigger bus , and with another guidewho knows. The falls are iconic, and worth the hassle- just. If ever in Toronto again go to Niagara on the Lake and do a wine tour- and get Gene Wilder as a guide😜
Great tour and lunch. Our tour guide, Jonny, is a top bloke, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour continually sharing funny anecdotes from his 47 years of doing this type of work. Would really recommend that you take this trip should you visit Toronto.
It was just a great day! Jonny the guide was on time, very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was very careful to check everyone back on. We left an Italian traveler briefly because he did not return on time but collected him on the way back when he had got there. All in all a great trip.
First time in Canada. Travelled in a small group really help with my anxiety of venturing to new place. Great tour guide. Great companies.. thank you for the experience..
Great fun. Our tour operator/guide Garry was very cool. The Falls were amazing. The included lunch was acceptable, typical hotel fare. I really had a great time! Niagara Is a beautiful community!
Day tour was great. Johnny is an excellent tour guide and driver. Boat ride is amazing experience and the Niagara Falls is so beautiful. Sheraton buffet is average but has a great view. A little bit disappointed because our night tour got cancelled so we had to go day tour. Zoom tour staffs were wonderful very nice, helpful, quick responses. Thank you
An excellent tour to Niagara Falls. Our tour guide Johnny was great. We saw a lot and would recommend this tour to anyone.
A well organized tour with a great guide with a wealth of knowledge. This tour was good value and a fun day out.
Our guide Johnny was absolutely the best! The trip was very well planned and perfectly executed from start to finish. Johnny made everything smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience. Niagra Falls is a must do and this was simple and easy way to do it. I would recommend doing your own thing for lunch mind as we were rushed for free time but that’s our fault
They may change your pickup location at the last minute. Have a taxi/uber/etc lined up, or pick a different tour
It was wonderful, entertaining and much more than what I bargained for. All thanks to our guide Johnny who simplified the whole experience.
Trip to Niagara Falls attractions was great & include stops at the Whirlpool, maple syrup tasting, lunch, walk behind Niagara Falls & boat trip to the Falls. Haroon was an excellent driver & tour guide.
Johnny the guide made the day! Everything about the day was handled really well, from pickup to the tour elements. The highlight of course is the boat ride to the falls. But the difference was Johnny. Energetic, fun, knowledgeable, he was everything you want from a tour guide. Highly recommended
A fantastic day out to the falls. Collected from our hotel which at first looked like it couldn’t be done. The tour guide was really nice elderly gentleman with great stories being told and pointing out lots of places on route with interesting information. And the Falls themselves? Magnificent, even though they weren’t in full flow! Easy to get to from the drop off point with easy walking. Somewhat disappointed with what is advertised as “Walk behind the the falls” experience. Yes you are behind the falls in tunnels cut through the rock, but you get to stand in the open behind the falls which the advertising leads you to believe you will be doing. But even that take take away the experience of standing there listening to the thunder of millions of cubic feet of water rushing past. Fabulous!
Niagra Falls is a must see! Journey behind the falls is breathtakingly beautiful. Comfortable transportation, knowledgeable guide.
Fabulous and memorable day out with Zoom, with fantastic serviced from the driver/guide, Johnny. The trip was very well organized with suitable stops along the way for restroom and other breaks to see the sites. The lunch at the Sheraton buffet overlooking the Falls was excellent. We saw what we wanted to see, with no rush, and with great assistance from Johnny to get us to the front of the line ups. We enjoyed the company of the other guests, plus Johnny's insight and humour.
Our guide Johnny was great fun and very informative. Really made the trip. Would highly recommend this trip and hopefully you will get Johnny, who looked after all the tourists. Thank you :-)
Johnnie was our driver/guide & problem fixer (his words not mine 😀) the tour was great. No boat tour due to ice but we did the trip behind the falls instead. Lunch (brunch) was nice with great views
A bit disappointed as there is a misleading info in the tour info, you knew already there won’t be a boat activity during winter, why this info did not take off from the itinerary ? The price I paid did not worth to this trip. The only good thing is the tour guide Jonny did a fantastic job.
My husband and I thought the tour was amazing! Everything was planned well and our tour guide was very accommodating and fun. We added the journey under the falls and it was definitely a 10/10 experience! I would recommend doing this if you are going during the winter! Our tour guide, Johnny, was cool…”he knew everything”. Lol!
Johnny gave us the best tour experience we've had in all our travels. Punctual, entertaining, and full of knowledge and wisdom! Niagara Falls Canada is a must see and going with Johnny is an experience you'll truly treasure and remember!
Johnny was our tour guide, driver and problem solver! He was a wealth of knowledge and was so entertaining. The tour itself was amazing, the views incredible, and the buffet excellent! We definitely recommend and will return soon.
Very good tour worth the full value with comfortable vehicle and a great guide. The view for the dinner is great and the brunch is pretty good so I highly recommend including it.
Tour guide was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The view of the falls from lunch is worth the investment. Breathtaking! Definitely recommend doing the boat tour. Overall a very positive experience. The itinerary was comprehensive and there is so much to do. I highly recommend and plan to return myself booking with the same tour. I had teens with me and the itinerary didn’t stay too long at any one place yet stayed long enough for the adults to enjoy.
Great day had a very good time. Had the lunch included on this tour, really enjoyed the day. I would recommend this tour.
Everything was great,we used zoom Tours,Gary the driver was fantastic for the whole day, he went above and beyond to make sure it was a memorable trip
The Zoom tour bus called by our Eglinton ave hotel for pickup and drop off. A big day but packed full. We loved the small group tour with 7 of us, it made it easy to maximise time at each stop. Our driver Garry was experienced and skilled in driving in heavy traffic. We found his advice helpful on where to go to catch the cruise, where to meet him and when, where to get good photos. The highlight of our day was the fallsview lunch which we booked with our tour as an add on option.. The lunch at Fallsview grand buffet was very good and the views across the falls are truly awesome. Highly recommend booking Zoom tours to Niagara Falls.
seeing Niagara Falls, taking the boat trip to the Falls it would be great to have a day's itinerary at the beginning of the day or on a board at the front of the bus just so we know what to expect and when
Worth the money. First time in Canada. Weekend getaway for my husband && I to explore a place we've never been.
Great time! I would love to go back again soon! Great experience and our tour guide was outstanding.
Johnny has been amazing, everything was well planned and organized, you don’t have to think about anything, just enjoy the tour.
I might have been better off driving myself. I would have been happy with just the visit to the falls and the cruise. All the stops were basically tourist traps and didn’t add anything for me except for wasted time. Also, took 3 hrs to get back because we left at 4 and there was a game that evening. 11 hr trip for 2 hrs of time I wanted to spend at the falls. Also, they didn’t pick me up at an hotel but gave me a location to meet the bus at, so pay attention to the pickup places.
Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guide/driver who made our journey to and from Niagara interesting. The boat cruise was brilliant and lunch with view of the falls ok. We had a group with additional needs with us and our guide did his best but it would have been a better experience for that group if an interpreter had been with us.
Awesome experience in the falls and lovely town Niagara by the lake. I would’ve appreciated a little more time at the falls, lunch time was very limited.
We were really disappointed with the handling of the trip. Firstly we were informed the day before that the trip we had ordered, an paid for, a luxury Trip with boat ride and three-course-lunch had been cancelled and instead changed to an evening trip with dinner. Secondly we were not being picked up outside our Hotel but instead three blocks away. Secondly the busride took forever because the driver made a detour in order to pick up people outside three (!) different airport hotels. When we finally were approaching the Niagara Falls we made another few stops at some fairly uninteresting ”sights.”(World’s smallest Chapel, Flower Clock etc) This made us lose so much time that when we finally reached the Falls we had to rush out from the bus to snap a few quick photos of the falls and then quickly get back on the bus to get to the boatride. The ride was excellent. Just about the only great thing with the entire trip. After the boatride we had to hurry up to the thirteenth floor of the Sheraton Hotel where a sloppy all-you-can-eat-buffet was presented. The restaurant was bustling with families so the noise level was reaching high. After finishing the dinner we finally got approximately close to forty minutes to watch the lightshow and fireworks. But as soon as that ended we had to hurry back to the bus for the ride home. That busride was initially quite fast and smooth but because we now had to drop people off in reverse order the driver had to make another tour of the AirPort hotels. When we finally reached the City came the final letdown: the driver dropped us of no less than eleven blocks from our hotel! We had to walk for more than half an hour which is not the most pleasant thing to do after midnight in a big city like Toronto. In conclusion: we got A LOT LESS than we had hoped and paid for.
Easily one of the most horrible tours I took recently! To start with, as mentioned in multiple reviews previously, they did not honor all the pickup points as mentioned on the tour details. This caused us inconvenience as we had to take an early morning Uber to the airport. Next the tour guide Johny unnecessarily yelled at our Uber driver as we arrived a few minutes late. The Niagara on the lake, boat ride and lunch at Sheraton were provided as promised. There was a brief drizzle during our lunch. There was supposed to be a 3-hour free time post-lunch. But Johny cleverly used the weather conditions to talk the group out of that 3-hour free time and dropped us back to our respective dropoff points right after the lunch. Overall it felt very dishonest and not worth the money!
Amazing trip with tour glide Johnny providing a great deal of info and humour. Comfortable bus, great lunch at the Sheraton with amazing views of falls, trip on the Hornblower and yes you do get wet but its worth it. highly recommend Zoom.
Started off poorly when I found out they would not pick me up at my hotel as was offered when I booked, I had specifically selected this tour for that. That being said, the driver was good very informative along the tour. Niagara Falls is absolutely a must see so that part was great. Some passengers delayed the tour by not showing back up to the pick up point on time. Drop off at hotel was also not included
Lovely tour made even more so by our driver Johnny who couldn’t be more helpful and was full of great fun and facts. If you can get on the small bus I’d recommend it was much more personal. All of it was great but the boat ride was incredible and so was the view from the Sheraton restaurant. The meal is ok. Buffet style and decent enough, but with the view you get and taking the hassle out of having to find something to eat it’s worth it. We were very lucky with the traffic and weather so overall our day was very memorable
