The tour operator did not know about the time change which resulted to the boat trip to be cancelled. This was the main attraction I wanted to experience. I was as so disheartened. We were told we would be reimbursed but no one has contacted me. The 24 hour service did not provide any assistance.

Your first stop will be a view of the magnificent Niagara Falls. Where every year millions of visitors stand close to the thundering water rushing over the brink of the Horseshoe Falls! Not only is Table Rock right at the Falls itself, but there's plenty to do once you get there. You will be treated with an up-close view of the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls from the Table Rock welcoming center for the best selfies and family pictures.
Get up close and personal with Canada’s Top Visitor Experience!
Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Heritage District offers beautiful shopping, where our visitors are often found strolling. Revisit the glamour of the 1920’s and 30’s and find your perfect hat at Beau Chapeau. Canada’s oldest year-round holiday emporium.
Scenic picture stop at Whirlpool Aerocar. The Whirlpool Aero car was designed by a Spanish engineer, Leonardo Torres Quevedo and has been in operation since 1916. The cable car is suspended from six sturdy cables and offers a wonderful view of the Niagara Whirlpool which is formed at the end of the rapids where the gorge turns abruptly counterclockwise and the river escapes through the narrowest channel in the gorge. High above the racing Niagara River, you'll be transported through the air in an antique cable car. Far below, the torrent of water abruptly changes direction and creates one of the world’s most mesmerizing natural phenomenon – the Niagara Whirlpool. Sometimes frightening and always unforgettable!
The Sir Adam Beck I Generating Station (GS) has provided clean, renewable electricity to Ontario for nearly 100 years. When it was opened by Sir Adam Beck on Dec. 28, 1921, the Queenston-Chippawa Development (as it was known between 1922 and 1950) was the largest hydroelectric power station in the world. At the peak of construction more than 10,000 people worked on the project.
Ocean-going ships that have curved hulls to withstand ocean conditions with deeper drafts, they often only carry a partial load when sailing the Great Lakes. They make up approx. 20% of Canal Traffic. It takes 9.4 million litres of water to fill a lock. No pumps are needed, it's all done thanks to gravity.
Your day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls includes a visit to the Living Water Wayside Chapel - the smallest chapel in the world.
Drive through Niagara Parks' Botanical Gardens which is located on the scenic Niagara Parkway and the Great Gorge, just a 10 minute drive north of the Niagara Falls. This beautiful garden setting is home to the Butterfly conservatory and serves as the unique outdoor classroom for students attending the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture.
Journey Behind the Falls is a year-round attraction that offers an unique view of the Falls from below and behind. Visitors descend 150 ft. by elevator, where a short tunnel (150 ft.) gives access to two outdoor observation decks and two portals located directly behind the Falls. At Journey Behind the Falls, you`ll experience the awesome spectacle of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down to the basin below. During summer daylight hours, over 2,800 cubic meters of water thunders over the brink every second, travelling 65 kilometers per hour! Your Journey Behind the Falls visit will take 30 to 45 minutes and in the spring and summer months, you`ll receive a free souvenir biodegradable rain poncho as protection from the mist of the Falls. Elevators descend 150 feet through bedrock to tunnels that lead and to the Cataract Portal and the Great Falls Portal which is one third of the way behind the massive sheet of water. Then you walk on to the Upper and Lower Observation Decks at the very foot of the Falls. Posters of information are a great resource of information about the history and evolution of the hallways you walk through. Journey Behind the Falls is an iconic Niagara Falls experience, make sure you take a waterproof camera. (tickets available to purchase)
See the majestic falls throughout your tour

Thank Garry for a great trip! Highly recommend. Door to door service. The boat tour and lunch was spectacular!
Itinerary is perfect, great service and Johnny our guide was nice, funny and safe driver. The view from lunch was spectacular.
Niagara Falls is not to be missed and the boat ride an experience of a life time, however there are probably better guides / operators out there. Gary the Guide / Driver, drove like he stole it and was as dour as could be, seemed bored of the job. Plenty of information en-route but you only get dropped off and told where to head for, you are not lead or guided. Morgan his assistant for the day avoided helping or taking responsibility all day - was supposed to lead the group to the boats but disappeared like a scalded cat off the bus and was not seen again; was supposed to meet me and my wife off the boat to take us to our lunch spot but never turned up!!! They managed to let 2 people off the bus without boat tickets so they didn't get to do the boat trip. Do the trip but check others out before booking here.
Excellent trip especially Garry is a very nice and knowledgeable person thank you and see you next time visiting Toronto .
Day tour to Niagara Falls was very nice. Garry the tour bus driver was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the falls without having to do the driving themselves.
Great experience! Bus ride was bumpy, the bus definitely needed maintenance. Garry was a great tour guide and driver. 360 views of the falls was phenomenal!
Our driver went above and beyond to make the tour special! We have a fabulous time! I would highly recommend using Zoom.
Our guide and driver, Edmond and Alp, were super friendly and helpful. The bus was comfortable. Lots of opportunities for souvenir shopping and picture opportunities. Plenty of free time for exploring too.
Very good guide Anthony and the falls are wonderful. However this trip was two hours too long for us with stops on the route home that just prolonged the day unnecessarily. We would have preferred to come straight back to Toronto.
Very comfortable bus trip from Toronto leaving at 8am and a good guide of the Falls. Enjoyed it very much and would recommend
Great all day experience. Get the lunch. Was traveling with 3 teenagers and they had a blast. The town and extra stops are good too.
This tour has the potential to be great. First, I want to recognize our tour guide, Anthony. He was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and organized throughout the trip. Give him a raise! A few suggestions regarding the tour experience: 1. Lunch at the Sheraton – I was not very impressed with the lunch. The food was average, and there were limited options available. The seating arrangement was also uncomfortable, as guests were required to sit very closely with strangers. Additionally, some of the Sheraton staff came across as rude, which detracted from the experience. 2. Bus Restroom Issues – The restroom on the bus was not functioning properly, as the toilet would not flush. By the end of the tour, there was a noticeable urine odor throughout that area of the bus. 3. Delayed Pickup Time – My scheduled pickup time was 8:15 AM, but the bus did not arrive until around 9:00 AM. This delay caused the tour to run later than expected and impacted the overall schedule for the day. With a few improvements in these areas, I believe this tour could easily earn 4 out of 5 stars. At the moment, however, I would rate it as average.
Due to miscommunications and lack of clarity, I would not recommend a large group tour. 1) 8 hours before departure, we were told to meet at a different location than the one we requested 2) We opted for the included lunch. After we finished the boat tour, we only had 20 minutes to eat before the buffet closed down. About ten of us were eating as the restaurant was closing down around us. 3) 4 people were delayed because they opted for an add on excursion. That meant all of us were delayed 1.5 hours leaving Niagara Falls. Without explanation, our tour guide opted to cancel the Niagara on the Lake portion of the trip.
This tour with Johnny (guide) and Mike (bus driver) was a blast. It was on the top of my bucket list and this tour fullfilled my wish on the best way! The lunch with a view of Niagara Lake was perfect ending of a perfect tour. Thx SanDra
Tour guide was excellent and transport vehicle was very comfortable. Just read the trip description carefully because the boat at the falls doesn’t operate year round (nothing the tour company can do about that, but important to set expectations with your kids!). I really liked how much time we had at each stop and the opportunity to zip line (for an extra fee). Having lunch at a buffet included was also a plus because it made lunch very quick!
Took some time while in Toronto for work to go on this tour. So worth it. Johnny was very pleasant and let me wear his coat to stay warm.
Niagra Falls was crazy impressive!! The town on the Canadian side was hilarious, was like visiting a county or state fair. Definitely geared towards families with lots of attractions, rides and plenty of restaurants.
My Niagara Falls tour with Zoom Tours was nothing short of exceptional. The experience was beautifully organized, scenic, and deeply enriching. Johnny, our tour guide, was outstanding witty, engaging, and impressively well travelled. His diverse knowledge, multilingual flair, and effortless storytelling turned the journey into a fun and memorable experience from start to finish. A truly remarkable tour. Special thanks to Johnny and the Zoom Tours team for making it unforgettable. Highly recommended.
The view and activities are perfect. But the administration are terrible. The tour manager e mail shows different pickup points with the confirmation ticket. it make confusion and the response is late. The quality for bus was terrible, bad smell (diesel or gasoline…) not on-time etc
Our driver is very friendly and helpful. Regarding the tour package - The Niagara trip is excellent but it would have been better if additional time is allocated at the Falls area to explore more of it. I believe 1 hour is not enough. A combination of the horn blower and the behind the walls choice in the package would have been great. The bus should be provided with a microphone system so that we can clearly hear what our driver is saying.
Amazing experience the views are truly a marvel! The bus could’ve been a little more shaded, but other than that overall a superlative tour
We picked this tour because it offered pickup at our hotel, so we would not have to walk or taxi to a central downtown location that mist tours have. Reservation was confirmed and showed pickup site at our hotel. Tour was charged 2 days prior to tour, as expected. One day or I should say evening before tour we received email showing central pickup point. We did receive a call the day of tour with walking directions, but we were told the coach could not stop at our hotel. HOW THEN DID THE CONFIRMATION STATE HOTEL PICKUP? Don't believe it, regardless of what your paperwork says. The couple across the aisle on the bus told us the same bait and switch happened to them too. Tour itself was average.
There was no boat tour included despite booking it because there was , viatur couldn’t care less and refused to help
We had a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He picked up people at unscheduled pick up spots and waited an extended amount for an older couple that had health issues.
Amazing experience with a super friendly guide tour/driver ( Dawyne); was extremely polite, very knowledgeable about the areas and their histories, and very helpful. I absolutely enjoyed the experience and would love to do this again in a few years
We booked a zoom tour from Toronto with a helicopter ride. We had an amazing day, Johnny our guide and bus driver collected us from our hotel and was just superb, what a friendly gent he was. Went out of his way to make sure we all had a good trip. He was knowledgeable and chatted to us about all sorts of things along route. He had some great stories to tell! Made us feel very welcome and constantly checked everyone was ok, needed a coffee/ tea break etc. We stopped to have maple syrup and chocolate tasting, then later on a superb buffet tea with over 200 items to choose from and free wine tasting too! Stopped off for some good photo opportunities on the way. It was cold and niagara falls had snow so our helicopter ride didnt look like it was going to happen but Johnny kept ringing to check up if it was going to take place and at 4 pm the sun came out and he kindly took us straight to the helicopter pad and then collected us after our ride. We had a good amount of time at the falls and he never rushed us, took us back when it was dark too so we could see the light show, All in all a great day, very well organised and worth every penny.
Excellent tour picked up from hotel , Johnny our driver ,guide and problem solver was a real gem. Tour included helicopter flight , view behind the falls , wine tasting , maple syrup tasting , various photo stops . And an all you can eat buffet !! A comprehensive and fully immersive experience a fabulous day and great value - highly recommended
The boat ride in Niagara Falls is a must. It was amazing. Seeing it from the top does not do it justice. The view during our lunch included with the tour was breathtaking. They had a very good selection of food and desserts. We had an amazing time with our tour guide, Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained. He had great suggestions for us once the tour was over of other things we could do in Toronto.
The tour took us to all the places listed on the itinerary, timings were good, there was no queues and we saw everything we wanted to see. The commentary was very limited we expected the driver to give information on the sights we were seeing and maybe a bit about the history of the areas, we just were told a few facts about population, it was not as interesting as we had hoped
It was a really brilliant day exploring. We saw so much of niagra falls and niagra on the lake. Garry the driver and guide was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this trip.
Niagara Falls and the boat ride were great, the Chapel was good and the market there had some great products. Really disappointed we didn’t go to Niagara-on-the-lake as was listed in itinerary. That was one of the reasons I picked this tour. There was a hold up leaving in morning which we weren’t kept updated on.
This tour is an absolutely fantastic and worthwhile experience. It’s an action-packed day and the time goes by fast but one gets to see and experience so much. The boat ride around the bottom of the falls was a worthwhile experience. Even managed to have enough time to skip over to the US side and back. (Just be mindful of lines on the Canada side, CBSA only had one agent screening people). Garry was a great guide and driver.
The price was in US dollars and was way more expensive than other tour companies who listed in Canadian dollars. When I cancelled, refund was still not posted 6 weeks later. I had to call to get refund posted, which was done immediately.
If you're a tourist staying in Toronto, this tour is a great way to take in Niagara Falls. Transportation is provided and the tour guide we had, Johnny, shared a lot of interesting information along the way to the Falls. If we were to go again, we'd skip the lunch buffet at The Sheraton. Yes, the view is lovely, but the food is just average.
The whole day was a great experience with Johnny our guide. All the views of the falls and the boat ride were unforgettable. The small group made the day more enjoyable.
The tour was great the guide excellent (Dwain). I was and still am very very disappointed that my tour (what I was sold) included Niagara-on-the-Lake and we did not go there. 😞😞
We were picked up on time from designated location, everything was organised well and Gary our guide was informative. Air conditioner on the bus was not working properly so hot 2 hour trip there and back to Toronto. Some confussion for us and the other passengers at Niagara Falls as the bus had no number or markings and it was not the only black bus. All in all we had a great day any gluten intolerant travellers the Hard Rock Cafe at Niagara Falls has a variety of selections and the nachos is awesome. They were the fourth restaurant we tried.
We did the tour behind the falls which was amazing to see and hear the power and beauty of the falls. We had ample time for shopping and also got to see Niagara on the Lake, the Whirlpool, the Floral Clock and the Wayside Chapel. I took my mom for her 77th Birthday and we had a great day!
Johnny was our guide. What a hoot! We had an hour ride from Toronto and our guide made it interesting. We took a little side trip through the Canadian wine country, he made sure we didn't want it any lines. All good.
Rightly listed as one of the world's most incredible natural wonders, the Falls are awesome, this one day tour to the Canadian side of the falls by Zoom Tours was just amazing, picked up by our driver/guide Garry, at a pick up point just 5 mins walk from the hotel, Garry was knowledgeable throughout the day and pointed out various interesting things to see on our journey to the Falls, we stopped on route for refreshments and toilets and then were dropped of right next to the Horseshoe Falls. most on our medium sized coach had opted for the boat trip, but I had decided to go "behind the Falls" and have some lunch in town. after several hours at the falls we started our journey back to Toronto via Niagara on the Lake. where again we had time to browse the shops, take in the architecture and buy an Ice Cream, the whole trip was well worth it and the falls are not to be missed.
Had a great time with Gary as my tour guide! He picked me up at my hotel in Toronto and we picked up the rest of the people at Niagara Falls. The Falls were spectacular. Canada side is definitely the way to go. We got to check out several other cool spots in the area and even tasted maple syrup. Lunch was good and we got a nice view of the Falls while we ate. All in all, it was a good time and worth it. Would recommend.
We were really disappointed with them. Not only that they were 45 minutes late. The tour did not deliver as it was explained on the website.
Amazing tour guide. Johny made our day very interesting and nice. Nice trip, very comfortable drive, a lot of interesting places on the way and awesome stories.
Great trip but not what we booked. We booked a day trip to Niagara Falls but the evening before we were due to go the collection time was changed from 8am to 11.30am. Unknown to us the itinerary had changed and we had to pay an additional 162 Dollars to the tour guide for an evening buffet that was part of the revised tour. It was either that or wait whilst others on the trip stopped to eat. Quite a big additional outlay we weren’t expecting. We were also told that the trip behind the falls wasn’t included in our additional booking (after we had done that activity) and it was only because I had an e mail with my original booking on that I could prove I had already paid for that activity. As a woman travelling alone with her children this did make me feel quite uncomfortable. Having said that Jonny was a good tour guide and very enthusiastic but if the agenda and booking had been changed by this amount this should have been discussed with me before we set off.
Tour guide Johnnie was the BEST!! We enjoyed the tour and sights so much, including a few unexpected surprise stops
Great trip! Gary was an excellent tour guide who provided us sufficient time to explore and gave us recommendations. Such a great experience and great company to go through. Thank you Gary 😊
Our guide was friendly, knowledgable and everything seemed to run smoothly. The falls were spectacular (as expected) and the boat cruise into the most was great fun! Our only gripes were that the bus was so old that the air conditioning was poor and all of the passengers were baking hot. Because the fans were turned up full no one could hear the commentary over the speakers so none of us really got any information until the bus we stopped and we asked, individually. We got stuck in traffic because of labor day weekend on the way back and the heat was awful. You should also beware that the bus is a mini bus and as such doesn’t have a toilet. It’s a long journey and although there are a couple of toilet stops you need to be able to wait if there’s traffic.
Our tour guide was Johnny, and he was the best guide I’ve ever had. It felt like I made a new friend. He took us to some beautiful areas of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and was well organized for our boat tickets to the falls. He kept us entertained with the history of the area, and his own fascinating history as well. He also made sure to keep us in the loop of everything we were doing and the timing for it all. Definitely recommend any tour with Johnny!
Had a nice time. Our experience will be memorable. We started off with a couple being late. The tour guide is a very patient individual. We took our journey to Niagara Falls. He instructed us to meet him in a certain area by 1:45pm. Three people did not return at that time. We waited one hour for them, only to discover that they were in a different location waiting. Overall, other people were getting irritable, but we made the best of the tour.
