Our experience started off a bit confusing due to some overlap with different tours happening at the same time. The waiting area for the various tours could use a bit more organization from the staff to help manage the incoming crowd better. Additionally, the beginning of the tour in the bar area was quite noisy because of other events in the nearby room, making it difficult to hear our tour guide at first. However, once we got going, we were really impressed by our tour guide, Brian. He was incredibly knowledgeable and well-spoken, clearly passionate about the wine-making process. Brian was very welcoming and happy to answer all our questions, offering great suggestions on wine pairings and explaining the shelf life of each type. If you’re curious about how wine is made, from the vineyard to the machinery, this is the tour for you. We highly recommend Brian and the overall experience!

Our family’s first wine tour and it was very interesting and informative. Our guide Cody was very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the price!
When I was searching for wine tasting experiences, I found that this one had a great price compared to others I saw. This was my first ever wine tasting experience and it was fantastic! Our guide Tom was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing the story of each wine we tried and explained how each grape was grown and harvested. All in all, it was a fun and inexpensive experience. Highly recommend this winery!!! Awesome people and wine!
Very good experience I recommend everyone It’s good knowledge wine is good whether was great Environment good
Wonderful, informative time well spent. Great wine! ........................................................
It was a great experience. The tour is informative and you do learn about the wine making process. The ice wine is amazing! 🤩
Excellent guide very informative and fun, gave history of winery and difference between grapes and wine making process, plus you get to see everything and taste test as your learning
Ralp was a great tour guide. The best tour we've taken, we have taken many ones ,in many states . He took us to the vineyard , explained so much, let us taste the grapes that become the ice wine.He was personable and answered questions and accommodated our preferences. The owners were picking grapes and processing the grapes and called our group over so we saw more than at any other vineyard. Timing was great. And the wines are excellent. We loved the ice wines, Vidal a fantastic white and for us a new red ice wine , Cabernet Franc. Delicious!
Our tour guide was awesome and we enjoyed the wine! We found the tour very informative. We arrived early for our tour and they made adjustments to accommodate us earlier.
Really enjoyed the tour. The host talked about grape growing, showed us the vines, discussed the variety of wines they had, “ Between the Lines” and had wine testing. Could have addressed the process more from picking the grapes to bottling the wine, however. Overall, the tour was fun, short and enjoyable! overall!
Informative. Really appreciated the guide Jennifer. But the tour could have been longer. Ladies, bring a hat in the summer for putside visite
Mr. Brian who is our tour guide for our experience, he is knowledgeable about the winery and he let us taste some of the wines they are producing and we really enjoy and have great time in the grape to glass wine experience.
Brian was very knowledgeable and engaging. We were with a small group on a lovely day. Many tastings available.
We just walked in without a reservation. But instead of being flustered or put-out, they were fantastic hosts. We had 2 flights between the three of us inclusive of their Ice Wine. We ordered a charcuterie board on the spot and were accommodated. We left with 3 bottles of their reserve wines and we cannot wait to get back to Houston and relive this wonderful experience.
Elaine was the person who gave us the wien tour. She was so knowledgeable and kind personality. She explained all the different types of grapes and wines. My thoughts about the wine is so changed in a good way after the information from her and now I know what kind of wine I like and I don't like. I highly recommend to go for it.
I gained knowledge on the wine making process. The tour was nice and interesting. I recommend this tour !
Our tour guide took an interest in explaining the factors that make a vineyard work. How the wind, soil, water, the type of plant all influence the final product.
Learned a lot about the wine process. Bryan was very knowledgeable. The wine we tasted was very good.
We had a great time. The experience was really nice. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The wines were very tasty.
Ralf was great with our group. Very informative and a nice guy. Our google maps got confused finding place so used waze.
Loved this tour! Greg was fantastic and funny. Would definitely recommend. Not a big red wine drinker but I liked all of the generous samples that were given to us.
Very down to earth experience with our informative guide. My favourite part is that the tour was dog friendly! Our little pup was able to go around with us & that’s the reason why I’ll be recommending this wine tour to all my friends!
Tracey was very knowledgeable and informative We learned a great deal about the process of producing wine and had the opportunity to taste different types of wine. First time we tasted ice wine! Being from the US, she also helped by recommending local dining experiences. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Between the Lines Highly recommend if you are looking for a wine tour that won’t take your whole day Ask for Tracey
The ice wine is delicious and the tour was informative and fun, very happy and my family from abroad loved it!
Excelent, complete. the tasting is very good. The staff is very good and explain the complete process.
The tour guide was super funny, yet informative and professional. We were in town for a 21st birthday celebration and the 45 minute tour was perfect!
Lacey was amazing with her knowledge and great customer care. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know more about the entire process of wine making!
What an awesome hour with Paul and the team at the winery. A warm welcome as we confirmed our booking information, we were introduced to Paul and started straight away with the tour. Paul was lovely, fun and knowledgable and is a great addition to the team at Between the Lines. He answered our questions with a friendly charm and made us feel relaxed throughout the tour. Thank you.
Very much enjoyed the tour. It was interesting and fun! We have never been to an actual tour that took us right out to see and taste the grapes right off the vines!
It was an informative and fun tour. The winery is a family-owned and operated winery that shows their dedication to quality wines. I would take this tour again and I highly recommend it.
I am from California and my parents are from New York, I wanted to take them out to the CN Tower for a gorgeous view. I decided we should make a pit stop and go wine tasting (because who doesn't want wine). The hosts and bartenders were beyond kind and energetic. The event was perfect not to long but not too short. Im a very impatient person and being on a tour for 4-6 hours is too much for me. But 45 minutes for 4 different wines was perfect! Their Pinot Noir was so tasty, that of course I had to stock up on it! Will definitely be coming back, next time I'm in town!
The experience was wonderful. They explained everything with great detail, and they always made sure we had enough wine. The staff was wonderful and so helpful with local recommendations for lunch. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
How wine is formulated to give its taste ,great learning experience of wine tastes and how it affects your taste buds.
Enjoyed everything in the tour. Very informative and fun. I guess, next time when I pick a wine bottle, it would be different the way I look at it.
Our Tour Guide Greg was Fantastic. He did a wonderful job of explaining the process...from Grape to Glass. This is a Family Run Winery. We need to support our Local Growers. We loved the tour and will be back with many friends.
We had a wonderful tour of the vineyards and the facility. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and relatable. We got to taste a variety of wines too. I highly recommend this tour as it was a good value!
We’re fortunate to have the winery owner for our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and entertaining, explained many of the technical aspects of winemaking in understandable layman’s language. Highly recommend a visit.
Great tour !!!! Highly recommend. Learned so much on the tour. We purchased a bottle of wine and enjoyed it “slowly”.
Bryon and I had a great time at the Grape to Glass Wine Experience. After being allowed to walk around the vineyard while waiting for our tour time we were very fortunate to have a one on one tour given by one of the vineyards owners. He was amazing, it was so educational and the wines are superb!!! we brought some ice wine home with us.
This is just the wine tour we were looking for. A lot of information about the wine making process from field to bottle. We were so fortunate one of the owners led our tour. He was very friendly and informative.
Great place, great guide, great wine. The place is unpretentious and the vineyard is accessible. The guides provides humor, and a great deal of knowledge. The wine is superb.
Really enjoyed the walk in the vineyard. Enjoyed the sun on the vines and then our lecture and the exchange among us.
The drive from NOTL was beautiful and short. The day was beautiful. The tour guide was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am familiar with wines and winemaking but the differences between Ontario wine making and CA wine making are large. She helped me with understanding the reasons for those differences. All in all, I would give the highest rating and recommend this tour to both novice and advanced wine connoisseurs. An OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!
The tour was so interesting and the guide was so knowledgeable on numerous topics. Loved the experience.
Paula gave us an informative, professional, personalized, and friendly tour and tasting. In a small group with visitors from the DR, she moved seamlessly from English to Spanish and back again. Entire presentation unfolded as a conversation--absolutely nothing "canned" like at some of the bigger vineyards.
Elaine was amazing, she knows her stuff and then some! She also makes the tour more fun with her sense of humor. Very good tour, highly recommend!!
Highly recommended. Perfect timing , and great guide-Paula. She was very knowledgeable and professional. An great translator in Spanish! Lovely wines and beautiful place. Recommended 100%
Delicious wine, Owen was very informative; I learned new things about wine and it’s product. He was very well educated. Truly enjoyed ourselves.
I was searching for a tour to bring my friends from CA. I opted for this tour instead of just a wine tasting experience. We learned the origin of various wines, how tgey are processed b4 they get to the table. We were not disappointed.
I had a lovely time! The tour guide was awesome and answer all of my questions! I will return to try there other Wine tasting experiences. I would have loved if they added a sweet red or sweet rosé. At the end there was a lovely employee who did allow us to taste a couple of sweet wines. Which I thought was lovely of him. They were really good as well.
