Was nice. Charcuterie board was a nice touch as well but seating was not comfortable at all. We were sat at a small barrel table with high chairs with no backs.

Everything was excellent. The wine was lovely, my guide was warm, friendly and informative, the charcuterie was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful!

There is a great choice of wines to taste, and the charcuterie and cheese board was substantial. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

A very pleasant experience. Our wine guide was knowledgeable and attentive to our pace for wine tasting and charcuterie pairings. One suggestion, provide a glass of water to refresh the pallet between samples.

You are presented with a lovely charcuterie board and have 4 options for wine. They çan suggest wine and food pairing or you can select yourself. Seated in the winery amongst the barrels.

My daughter and I had a great experience with Andy has our guide. Not only did we taste some amazing wine with our charcuterie board, but we also learned a lot about the wine process, different ways to enhance our palate and more! Would highly recommend Between the Lines Winery for any visitors and would visit again!

We had such an amazing experience at Between the Lines! Cody made the tasting so much more than just sampling wines. He was incredibly attentive, answered all of our questions (and many we didn’t even think to ask!), and made the experience feel personal and fun from start to finish. One of the highlights was when he helped my friend do a blind wine tasting—it was such a unique and interactive touch. He also let us try a variety of wines, explained the story behind each one, and shared great recommendations on what foods pair best with them. You can really tell he’s passionate and knowledgeable about wine. Thank you, Cody, for making our visit so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Niagara region!

We had a wonderful experience at the winery. We were greeted upon arrival and shown a place to sit. Our host was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The charcuterie board was perfect for 2 people and we were offered a great selection of wines to taste. We really enjoyed our time at the winery.

Great hosts, generous portions, nice atmosphere, great for an hour long date/experience. Would be even better if there was a chance to order separate glasses of wine after the tasting to help us decide what bottles we wanted to purchase, especially considering you only get to taste 4 of there many wines.

When my wife and I first arrived they were not able to find our reservation. They eventually seated us in the tasting area and our server gave us a very brief conversation and never returned. He actually went to a table next to our and chatted up everyone there not looking our way once. I then inquired why our server never came back and why we did not receive the tasting that we paid for. They eventually sent the same server back and he a said he knew the people at the other table. That's no excuse to dismiss us as paying customers. At one point he said he would return with what we paid for and he didn't. When I inquired again, they sent him back to say he got pulled into a meeting and forgot to have someone else cover our table. The person who was supposed to take over said they would be right back and went to another tableEvery other table had a server who continued to come back. We were the only ones left ostracized. After waiting another 15 minutes and our server did not return we became thoroughly disgusted and walked out.

This was a nice activity. The host was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about the winery. The wines were of good quality. I feel that the atmosphere could have been a little more comfortable and inviting. The chairs were not comfortable and the table needed adjusting because it rocked back and forth. This was a problem because it almost spilled the wine. Maybe add some sofas and mire intimate seating?

The wine tasting was okay...nothing more. From a 2 page list of wines, we were not given a choice of wines to taste. 3 wines were chosen for us and the wines were okay. The cheese and meat board was plentiful and delicious.

They were super friendly and the information about the winery was very well explained. We enjoyed various types of wine and love the stories behind the names choose. The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely be going back

Excellent experience. Tasted wines were excellent (bought 3 bottles to bring home) and the charcuteries were amazing (and so were the cheeses). Shout out to Elaine our host who made this experience super fun with her information and humor. She even added some french when she discovered that we were visiting from Quebec. An appreciated touch 😍

ery disappointing for the price.. Our server was good but using the same glass for tasting all wines ..not right having to ask for glass change asking for napkins after charcuterie board being brought out .. not good end environment poor to average. Most wines we tasted were ok but it just wasn't for me...

Actually, I'm a returning customer. This visit, Paul was my server. He was expecting me and welcomed me right at the door, and we had some interesting conversations, during that wonderful hour. I like small wineries, with a story behind them. This time I took the "picnic" deal, where I get 4 wines of my choice, and some cheese and charcuterie. The charcuterie are all made with wines that added taste and personality, and the choices of cheeses were great for the red wines I chose. Even though I am not a fan of ice wine, they have an exceptionally interesting and tasty one.

The staff that work there are very experienced in the product and history of the farm. I would recommend all my family and friends. Cannot wait to do this again

We went to Between the Lines during a trip to Niagara. Not only were the wines excellent—very surprising in terms of taste and quality, with a wide range of grape varieties and high-quality methods of wine aging—but our hosts, Elaine and her husband Ralf, were also very welcoming, sharing stories about the vineyard and explaining their different methods of winemaking. We enjoyed these fine wines alongside a charcuterie board of enticing meats and cheeses that had been thoughtfully selected. Their pairing with the specific suggested wines created a new sensation, all blending together in the mouth. High-quality products, more than generous hosts—I can do nothing but recommend Between the Lines wineyard, and we were really happy tasting wines of such quality outside of our local French ones.

We visited on Sunday 8th September 2024 at 11am, were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, our host for the wine tasking was utterly brilliant. We enjoyed tasting all 4 different wines, of our choice might I add, and the charcuterie board was delicious. If you’re visiting Niagara/ Niagara on the Lake, this is a must do! Lovely Winery. My husband and I tried this for our anniversary and it was a lovely experience. Eliane, our host, was fun and very knowledgeable about the wines/pairings! She did an excellent job guiding us through the different flavours. We were also allowed to talk a walk to see the vines around the fields which was beautiful! Highly recommend this relaxing experience for couples or a group of friends.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at BTL. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable about wines and explained the process so well, making the tasting informative and enjoyable. The selection of wines was diverse and paired well with the cheeses and meat in the charcuterie board they provided. I especially appreciated the insights into the winemaking process and the attention to detail that goes into crafting each bottle. Overall, it was a memorable and educational visit, and I can’t wait to return for another tasting adventure. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Our Server, Paula was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the wine's that we tasted, she made our day that afternoon. Very friendly and happy to serve us. The Charcuterie Board was very filling, we ended up cancelling our lunch plans because we were no longer hungry after our wine tasting. We were lucky enough to have a not so busy day for the winery, and were able to take our time and really enjoy the experience . Thank you again to all the BTL staff, and again, Paula. Me and my husband visited between the vines yesterday and had an amazing experience. Erica was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend

I have used Viator many times and this is the first time I was very disappointed. This was a total waste of time and money. We got a guide who said he was only working there for about a week. He didn’t know much at all about the wines. He gave us no information about the winery either. When I complained the woman I complained to was rude and not helpful.
