Me and my sister went on the tour together and the whole experience from pickup to drop-off was amazing. Haroon, our guide was very patient and informative about everything we needed and wanted to know, he was also incredibly respectful and humorous and definitely helped make our day even more special.

Our tour guide Haroon was amazing! He was very well versed with the Niagara Falls location, provided so many recommendations for the food/beverages, and advice on where to take the best photos of Niagara Falls. I recommend him to anyone that wants to see Niagara Falls

Great tour with excellent Tour guide Haroon who was very knowledgeable but also entertaining. We were picked up efficiently at the meeting point and transported safely to Niagara and driven around all the local attractions. Whilst you could technically book a train/bus from Toronto and then local buses, the all in one tour package for only a small amount extra makes it so much easier Small groups and going off season meant we didn't have to queue. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Niagara Falls!

I had a wonderful day visiting Niagara Falls from all sides. The best views are from Skylon Tower, which I highly recommend the visit. Another place I loved is the whirlpool, with amazing views! Our guide Harron was really helpful, organised and punctual.

We had a fantastic day trip to Niagara Falls with Airlink, with the boat trip being the absolute highlight of the day! Seeing the falls up close was an unforgettable experience. It was a great tour with fabulous views, great company, disappointed in tour guide suggesting we walk home instead of dropping us off as booked and paid for. Also need to remember not everyone walks at same pace! My mum is 74 and has short legs. Please be more courteous to all so everyone can enjoy! She is very steady and can manage fine but just recognise everyone different.

The guided tour was great and Harul was a very talkative and approachable guide.

We got picked up at our hotel and driven to the spot to see the back of the falls. Then the boat ride was exciting and so fun as it got close to the falls! We were sprayed by the mist, but they give you rain ponchos for some protection.then off to the skylon tower for an incredible view of everything in Niagara Falls! Our tour guide kumar was perfect and made the experience even more fun! Best day ever! Thank you!!

Had an excellent full day tour with Haroon! He was an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced guide. All of the stops were super cute and the maple / fudge tasty was a great bonus. We loved the tour! Not knowing what was the best tour, we appreciated that this tour included three highlights. We also appreciated skipping the lines and the free time allotted at each destination. Our tour guide Haroon was exceptional, informative and funny.

I wish it was a smaller van and not a tour bus. I feel I was a little mislead based on reviews and photos. With that said, the actual tour and what we saw/did was just what we expected!
