This was an awesome experience, starting with the pick up from Toronto! Next, it’s early in the morning, so no one was in the area. Each activity was great, we had pleasant weather so getting wet in the boat was not a big deal. The syrup tasking was yummy. Medium Black Coffee at Behind the Falls was delicious! Our guide, Amir, was wonderful! He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time and were we well taken care of. He had great recommendations for Toronto and just an overall friendly person! Thanks for everything! ~N

Our guy was very personable. He knew so much of the history of Niagara Falls. He was exactly where he said he would be when he told us to meet him and gave us great directions for anything we had to navigate on our own. He also added in a few little extras for my boys, which made the trip even better! We felt like VIPs - definitely with the money.
Ami drove us from site to site, providing the tickets and telling us about the history of The Falls, including Tesla’s efforts to make AC electricity worth its deployment. Behind the Falls give us magnificent views of Horseshoe Falls; the Maid of the Mist tour was very wet and well worth it. Skylon Tower gave us breathtaking views of all three of the Niagara Falls. A tour for the ages.

This was an excellent experience. Everyone in our group agreed our tour guide Heidi was spot on with all her tips making the experience unforgettable. She was also very accommodating for a mobility impaired person in our group. This tour was over the top.

The Skylon tower, behind the falls in the tunnels to the boat ride up close and wet was more than we expected. It was a great afternoon. Highly recommend this tour.

An amazing quick tour of the main Niagara Falls tourist sites!!! Very personal experience with a limit of 7 people in a luxury SUV. Pick-up was well coordinated by text with the Tour Guide and the total time of approximately 4 hours was perfect. All of the sites that required admission tickets were already taken care of by our Guide, Stephanie, who was very professional and personable. Wait times were reduced to zero at each admission site due to her advance work. Would highly recommend this tour .... it is well worth the cost.
Absolute must do tour covering everything of interest. Perfect from start to finish with an outstanding guide that was brilliant at explaining everything. If you are visiting for a short time this is the thing to do.
Well worth the price.Do not have to wait in line to buy tickets , .don't have to pay for parking,great information from guide and flexibility and the attractions were worth the price alone.Only problem was pick up was an hour late from given pick up time.If it's your first time to Niagra Falls I definitely would recommend this tour 100%.Brought 90 yr old woman in wheel chair with us on this tour.

Our guide, Vinny, treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable day. His deep knowledge as a local born and raised in the city added so much to the experience. Between his insights and the effortless line-skipping, we felt like we had backstage passes. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

Heidi our tour guide was outstanding. A local lady who had a friendly personality and was willing to share her knowledge. Heidi steered us through the most popular attractions, Skylon Tower, Behind the Falls, she timed our trips to beat the queues. We sailed through both attractions with no queues and noticed how big the queues were when were leaving 😍 The Hornblower boat trip was breathtaking, Heidi once again gave us advice where to stand on the boat (bottom level on the right) Most people rush to the top of the ship. We had a fantastic view of the whole area and the option to nip into the inside when the boat hit the worst of the torrential downpour. We were so grateful for her advice. Looking at the people disembarking from upstairs, I imagine they would have to go straight back to their hotels to get changed. Think of somebody pouring a bucket of water over you, over and over again. The little thin plastic ponchos are no match for the power of Niagara. There were lots of option to chooses from when looking at tours, however not knowing the area I wanted the convenience of being picked up and returned to our hotel which Heidi delivered, she was punctual and contacted us the night before to confirm the pickup time and location. Her minivan was spotless. I would highly recommend See Site Tours and if you are lucky enough to get Heidi as your guide you will be guaranteed a great experience. Thank you Heidi for a fantastic experience.

Our tour guide was very sketchy. They took us places not listed on the itinerary and asked us NOT TO TELL the tour company. This made the tour longer / go later but we were not asked ahead of time if we had additional time - operator just assumed we want to be taken to places where we could purchase things) Did not have strong historical or geologic background. Kept joking about “ganga” and drugs. We did not appreciate being manipulated and this tour is NOT up to our past experiences with Viator. The attractions at Niagra was fantastic but tour sketchy

We booked this trip for my mom's birthday. The van was a comfy minivan and our driver was upbeat and drove very safely. He pointed out landmarks and let us now where to meet our tour guide. The tour guide gave us plenty of time to explore the the area and answered all our questions. Really friendly locals who pointed out interesting facts. The ride back was smooth even as Toronto traffic made it long.

Our guide Vinney was outstanding, he communicated with us about pick up so we were outside waiting for him, all went smoothly. He had some fun stories about growing up in Niagara and that made the experience more personal. It felt like we were traveling around with a family friend. Loved seeing the falls from below through underground tunnels, seeing the water flowing from behind the falls, the tippy top from the skyline tower and within by boat, taking in how majestic they are, what an amazing way to spend our day and make memories. We never felt rushed, we had plenty of time to look around, explore and shop. I would highly recommend doing this trip, again and again It was our first time here and I’m so glad we took this tour.
Once we were at Niagara Falls I had a great experience. The guide (Joe) was super enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. My issue is with the transport from Toronto City centre to Niagara. The driver was driving at excessive speeds of up to 80mph and was very erratic. Having spoken with him I got the impression it was due to time pressure to get back into the city to collect the next tour. He just abandoned us outside of the skylon tower at 8.30am with nothing open u til 9am. Thankfully the weather was fine and it wasn't too cold. Once the tour started, it was a great experience, unfortunately it was tainted by the drive out of and back into the city.
This was the best selection of everything to at is a must to do in Niagara. Heidi was the best guide, personable and knowledgeable.
Vinnie was super! Had some handy tips that made our whole trip better! Bet to go as early as possible as we avoided the crowds when we began at 9am.
Koran was an amazing tour guide making sure we skipped lines to get to each excursion and giving so many amazing facts but also giving us freedom to explore on our own this was such a wonderful tour it was only a 4 hour tour but we did and saw so much! There is also a ‘suprise’ during the tour that includes some sweets and it so amazing! Will definitely come back with family!
Great overall combo tour. Parminder was our guide and was terrific. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Only odd part was being left after the boat trip to find our own way back to Skylon Tower. Plan for LOTS of walking, far more than the advertised 1.5km. Boat trip was by far the best part.
A great way to learn about the history of the Falls and get up close them on the Maid of the Mist. Our guide was great, recommend this tour as one of your "must do's" while here.
