Our group of 5 older women thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Tom! He was full of information and made the day a lot of fun also. I highly recommend this particular tour!
Excellent tour, Tom was a lot of fun and very informative. The van was a little rough in the afternoon, it was a warm day in a black van and the A/C didn't work right. But overall, the trip was excellent!

The actual excursion was good but beware of their billing they billed me twice for this one and once for a zip line I thought was canceled and utilize cc info from another authorized charge. Not very co-operative or understanding. Have used them several times in the pass thank god for American Express our relationship with Viator is not worth the hassle. BEWARE
This tour was amazing. The guide was knowledgeable and very fun to spend the day with. We saw everything we wanted and more. There was never a rush and we were able to take our time to explore and see everything.

I was a little concerned at first. The driver was a few minutes late. But once he arrived, it was an amazing trip. Tom was very knowledgeable of the area and the history. We had a great time. We got real wet on the boat, even with ponchos.
We had an amazing time. Our guide was great by the end of day we did not want him to take out picture we wanted him in our pictures. We love it. We did the all inclusive package which included buffet dinner and it was delicious. Money well spent.

This 3-4 hour tour gave us an opportunity to go behind the falls. We went on a boat tour of the falls (to which we got soaked). We went to the top of the Skylon and saw views that you can’t see anywhere else.
Was a great time with the witty John. He is a local who knows the town like the back of his palm. We visited the skylon, boat ride and even had lunch.

Based on description we thought the boat cruise would be first but our guide changed the order and we did a 1.5 hour bus tour first. Apparently it came with dinner but we bailed after the cruise (which was great but wished we’d done separately). Too much.

George was our tour guide! He was prompt he picked us up right on time from our Hotel. He was super kind and sweet. He lives in Niagara so he knew a lot of its history which was great for my mother and I to learn about. Reason for our trip was to celebrate my mother's birthday since she's never been to Niagara Falls before! On each of our tour stops George informed us about some history, then explained what we would be doing, things to look out for along with helpful suggestions. We went behind the Falls, the Boat ride, Skylon Tower a quick stop by the Whirlpool area to see where its located and lastly the Floral Clock. Overall, favorite was the boat ride my mom's smile was all I needed to know she had a blast.... we did get soaked on the boat however, it was a hot day and everything dried up pretty fast. George offered us great recommendation on where to dine at as well. I appreciate George so much it was like we were just hanging out with a friend instead of a tour guide. I hope more people get to have George because he has a warmth to him that's infectious, along with a good sense of humor, kindness and a true love for Niagara Falls. Before leaving my mom and I went to Niagara on the Lake which was truly beauitful place which George recommended to us. Thanks, George my mom really loved your tour and I did as well!!!!

We had the best time on this tour! Our guide, Tom, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and so much fun. We saw and did a lot. Every view was fantastic. Tom got us in the best viewing places every time. Please note, the description says 4 hours but it will take a bit longer; plan for about 5 to 5 1/2. Also not included in the description, if you do not sign up for the lunch option there is still about 45 minutes allotted for you to eat lunch in a location with several eating options. (Zoom Tours, update your description and details!) Overall, great tour! Highly recommend!

Tom is an excellent tour guide! Very charismatic and knowledgeable. Explained a lot of the history of every spot we visited and was tell good at keeping the dialogue interactive. The tour itself is a must do if you’re visiting the falls, pretty much covers every major spot in one package.

It was an incredible day!! LOVED our guide George!! He was very kind & knowledgeable about the area. The boat ride to the falls was the BEST & the journey behind the falls was amazing too! The buffet lunch was delicious & the view was beautiful! We also got to go see the Floral clock & do a maple syrup tasting! All in all, BEST experience with a wonderful guide!! Definitely recommend!

This excursion was a great activity. Family members really enjoyed it.. Our driver, George, was outstanding, informative, & easy to talk with & would recommend him highly. Going behind the Falls was a neat experience. The butterfly sanctuary was very nice & a great substitute since the boots were not operational due to weather. The Skylon Tower provided a wonderful view from high above the Falls. Also enjoyed the Whirlpool & a nice buffet lunch with a great view overlooking the Falls.

If you are visiting Niagara Falls, Ontario, the Best Western Cairncroft hotel is the hotel you should book. Our stay was fabulous. It has an indoor swimming pool and hot tub with a beautiful atrium. Most rooms face out onto the atrium. The rooms are a good size, the beds very comfortable. Location is great. Couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay it.

George, our guide for the day was great and seemed to enjoy his work. He made the day run smoothly and all his directions and suggestions were spot on. The transportation was nice, clean, comfortable, and with convenient pickup and drop off. The only negative was lunch, it was not very good and let down the quality of the trip.
