Waoh. this was fun. first timer here and i absolutely loved it. the crew is awesome and reassuring, the pilot is a magician and everyone made the experience less stressful for those of us that were terrified. the plan was spot on clockwork. no delays, no hassle, no issues. everything went so smoothly which is what you need to feel like especially if you're going to be suspended in this little machine 500 feet in the air. i would most certainly do this again.

I highly recommend. We saw the Toronto Islands, ROM, CN tower, downtown, Imax, beautiful scenery. Impressive piloting. Great Staff. Superb communication. Felt safe. The smoothest ride and the most smooth landing.

A must have experience. Look at Toronto the way it was meant to be, from above! Watching CN tower up so close was breathtaking!

Give extra time to get there if traveling with car since there is a wait for the ferry ⛴️ ride to cross over to the parking lot.

I really had a great experience riding helicopter in this place very nice views on top of the Toronto nice city especially very friendly. I do recommend this place if you want to have a nice tower from top of the city.

Outstanding experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. This was my second helicopter ride, but I found this one much more interesting. Seeing Toronto from above really gives you a sense of just how vast the city is. I could even see the EdgeWalkers on the CN Tower! It was really easy to get to, and the free shuttle back to the station afterwards was super helpful. Definitely recommend it!

Amazing views. Great experience, probably once in a lifetime for us. Nice photos too. For those first time in a helicopter, really nothing to worry about.

Punctual and well organized. Make sure you come about 45 minutes early( 15 mins for ferry and 30 minutes for pre boarding video ) so that you have time to take the ferry ⛴️ to the departures area incase you plan to use Ferry. But it’s very easy and free.

The entire experience was both pleasant and smooth from start to finish! Our pilot was so sweet and professional. She did a wonderful job flying us and made our experience comfortable. We had 6 six hours to spare between flights from Pearson airport. We booked this tour to fill those hours. On the morning of our helicopter tour I WhatsApped the tour company to keep them informed of our flight. Got no reply from them. After landing at Pearson and then getting an Uber that cost $60 to the heli meeting point, with 1 hour left before our helicopter trip the company Whatsapped me and told me they have cancelled our tour. We then had to pay another $60 back to Pearson airport. Please don't book with this company. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from a tour company. We're $120 out of pocket all because they couldn't be bothered to let us know earlier that they were cancelling our tour.

It was amazing, I came from Montreal city only for this and it was well worth it.🤗 I recommend to everyone who are interested it is beautiful

It was a surprise for my birthday, and I had no idea what was happening until we walked into Billy Bishop Airport and I found out we were taking a helicopter ride over Toronto. It was such a special moment, especially because it was the first time either of us had ever been in a helicopter. Heli Tours Toronto is perfect for a celebration. They offer different flight times, including seven minutes, fifteen minutes, and half an hour, so you can choose what works best. The staff check in with you beforehand, guide you through the process, and weigh the passenger, so they can assign seats safely and comfortably. On the day of our ride, it was just the two of us and one other passenger who sat next to the pilot, while we both got the back seats. Before the flight, we all watched a safety video, and then the staff escorted us to the helicopter and helped buckle us in. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly and made us feel relaxed and excited. I definitely recommend checking the weather before you go. We were blessed to have clear skies and got the most beautiful views of the city and the lake. We truly enjoyed every moment of this helicopter ride.

Great moment. The tour is fanstatic. The pilot and support team are very friendly. There was short video for the helicopter trip preparation. Besides, a professional photographer will take photos of you with the helicopter. You will fly next to the Toronto tower - it's amazing and you never forget that moment.

The ride was everything I expected. The pilot was great. The crew that put us on the helicopter where great and very helpful. This was one of the items I had on my bucket list to do.

It was one of the best life experiences i had, the views are surreal and breathtaking, we had no track of time and felt as if we just started our ride and it ended !

The ride and the view was worth the price! The crew was super nice, the facility itself was nice and the atmosphere was full of excitement. The ride was of course quick but you can see the city in 7 minutes. The pilot didn’t speak with us ( a small amount of interaction would have been nice). They don’t allow you to take photos outside of the helicopter as they have someone taking professional photos that you must purchase after (expensive), just an fyi. But I deemed all of these things with it.

We didn’t know what to expect but it was a very peaceful ride and beautiful day in Toronto. The lake is so pretty. Staff was great, bonus points for a woman pilot, very nice facility and not hard to find.

I recently went on a helicopter tour, and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and the entire team was amazing, professional, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. The emotions were absolutely incredible!

Great team - amazing views! Went to celebrate a parent’s bday, they enjoyed it. Especially the included printed photo. Try not to bring too much of your personal items as you’ll have to put it in a tiny locker. Thanks again, team!

If you are in Toronto, you can’t miss this experience. There are different packages that you can buy, between 7 and 14 minutes. We bought the 7 minutes one, and despite the short duration, we enjoyed every minute of it. You have to get at the Billy Bishop Airport, but through the tunnel, which was a little tricky to find (they suggest avoiding the ferry). To reach the tunnel, you have to get to the Billy Bishop Terminal, go one floor down through the elevators located in the back of the terminal, and from there, follow the instructions to the tunnel. Once arrived to the other side of the tunnel, you get into the “FIBO” shop, where the crew will guide you through the all boarding process. After weighting you, you have to watch a brief video where security measures are explained. After a short waiting, we got on the helicopter, where we greeted the pilot (super expert, super kind), and we started the tour. I’m not gonna spoil more, so, book the experience and enjoy it!

This was so fun! Loved it. The staff were professional and friendly. We felt safe and really enjoyed the adventure. They took our picture and we bought the photo because it was awesome and they only charged $11 how refreshingly cheap.

The ride was excellent very smooth and the staff was very educated and polite. They even called to help us figure out how to navigate to the location. The only thing I think would be more helpful is if there were more detailed written directions for how to get to the exact location.
