The ground crew was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The flight itself was a very cool experience that could have improved if the pilot gave us a tour where she spoke to us and pointed out some of the sights we were seeing. The pilot did not speak to us the entire time we were in the air and it would have made the experience much more fun with some commentary.

Excellent experience from start to end. The Team was brilliant and even though we were late due to late arrival in Toronto, rescheduled our flight and made it possible to take our flight. We had booked the 14min flight which allowed to get good views of downtown and the surroundings and being at the same hight as the CN tower is impressive. You did feel very safe throughout the whole experience and the photo taken at the end provides a nice souvenir. Thank you for the brilliant time we had.

Great experience and friendly staff. Booked a 14min flight, but it was a little choppy. We asked mid flight to change to a 7min flight. They accommodated and gave a refund for the un-used portion.

The ground crew very professional on the apron. The reservation team was amazing, guided us all the way to the hangar. They booked me on a earlier schedule without any second thought. Viator provided clear communication and confirmation of our booking. The helicopter journey over Toronto was brilliant, we were lucky with the weather as it was sunny and clear. Easy to get to, walking through the tunnel to Billy Bishop Airport. The staff were extremely friendly and put us at ease through the whole experience. The 14 minute tour gave us more time to take it all in. Note you do not get any commentary during the flight, so helps if you have taken in the Toronto layout before you do this to help you pick out the main areas. We did 3 Viator experiences on our trip to Toronto & Niagara, we will definitely be using them again.

Could not rate the experience cause our tour was cancelled 45 minutes before our appointment!😣 It was every disappointing cause it was my birthday gift!😞 I tried calling after riding the ferry over to the airport and No one was in the office and the phone number I called was sitting in the person's jacket that was lying on the chair!😳 I really was looking forward to it. The only good thing that came out of the deal was our refund!

The close view of the CN Tower and the buildings shooting up over the low clouds and when the helicopter tilted to turn, very exciting. My Grandson's absolutely loved and will remember for a very long time. It was my Birthday gift to them. Emily the Pilot was amazing. We were all very happy, thanks Heli Tours.

Very easy to find once on the property. Check in process was easy. We had a safe and smooth flight experience, however it would have been nice if pilot gave some information regarding buildings and main attractions. Also, my husband is 6ft4in and this was a very small helicopter, was difficult for him to get in and out, just something to consider if you have super long legs. Our photo came out pretty nice. Overall a good experience.

Just a suggestion. The trip was lovely and the staff was excellent. It would have enriched the experience slightly if the pilot had talked a little about the sites. Again, fantastic team and lovely trip.

The company is staffed with very friendly and very helpful individuals who seem authentically focused on the customer's satisfaction. Interaction with them is personal and they seem to run a very professional operation. The helicopter was clean and comfortable. Compared with other helicopter tours the pilot was not very communicative during most of the tour until I picked up on something we had in common, which triggered a little pleasant conversation... however, this should NOT be considered too negative as I was overhearing a LOT of communication from the tower: it's a busy airspace compared to other big cities so I was perfectly happy to leave the pilot to concentrate on the flight and controlling the helicopter. You get to see the downtown core and surroundings from pretty much all angles. You could not ask for anything more from such an experience, and the pleasant staff was a bonus. The photograph they took was very high quality and the photographer was skilled and highly efficient (she took the time to make sure we had the photo both electronically and physically before we even got to the door to leave). Lastly, a few hours prior to the flight I had some questions about the logistics (my camera, when to arrive, how to prepare, etc.) and the person on the phone (yes, a real human answered the phone!) was extremely helpful and pleasant. Honestly, I'm running out of ways to describe how pleasant an experience this was. So just accept that these guys have their ducks in a row and run a clean efficient and safe operation.

First time flying so I wasn't expecting the way it turns, to feel like we were about to crash 😬 but our pilot assured us it was normal, so I tried keeping that in mind while my husband laughed at me cuz I was freaking out 😂 overall had a really good time especially when we landed safely lol.

Fantastic from start to finish! What a way to see the city! All staff very friendly and very helpful, we arrived very early but they managed to get us up and flying so we didn’t have to just sit around and wait. The pilot was very chatty and pointed out the sights so we didn’t miss anything. Would definitely recommend the longer flight so you can see everything.

If you are looking for the best view, THIS IS IT. It was AMAZING!!! A very short ride and everything happens so quickly that you lose track of time and wish you had more time to enjoy it. Though there is a photographer on the helicopter taking pictures of you, in the end you only get a printed and digital one, and of course, can buy more if you wanted. Quite frankly, there just isn’t enough time to enjoy AND take awesome videos ha! I purchased the 14 minute ride for my friend and I and even then I felt like it wasn’t enough time. I would suggest being ready to take awesome videos the first 7 minutes, and enjoy the rest of the time intaking the beautiful city! The pilot gives you a tour as you are going and lets you know what each of the buildings are as you are passing by. You realize when you’re so high up how small Toronto really is. It was overall an incredible birthday present to my friend and she absolutely loved it. The theme of our trip was #Views because well, Drake, and this was the cherry on top.

The staff truly make the experience all that much better. Our flight got delayed a few times due to weather but better safe then sorry so I didn't mind. You are greated with friendly staff from start to finish.The ride was fantastic and not scary at all as I had inially thought it would be.

My 12 year old son accompanied me on business to Toronto and he really loves jets and helicopters. It was a cloudy, rainy day but we had booked Toronto Heli Tours and they informed us that they were still flying. They were incredibly safe, repeatedly checked the weather, and did several safety checks before walking us out to the helicopter, much less flying us. The pilot was kind, funny, well informed, and his commitment to safety was his first priority! We had an incredible tour, saw Toronto from a magnificent vantage point, and we will surely be back!!
