We are very satisfied with the stay here, the service was amazing, and the room was clean. We were able to check in earlier than stated and we asked to stay an hour extra for check out and they were able to accommodate that for us easily! And when we needed new towels or extra tea bags they were sent to us quickly. The kids and us had a great time!
The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the falls and a short drive to all tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we upgraded our parking for self handicapped parking and the parking lot staff always made sure that we had a great spot to be able to open our ramp and be out of the weather. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and clean and the view of the falls from our room was beautiful. There is a fun zone for kids which almost all of the games were operating as they should and the pool was clean and decently sized. I would stay here again and again.
Would give it a 5 but our room has no access on internet tv, Location is great for us. Service is average but aside on that We had such a wonderful family vacation and truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was great, from the comfortable accommodations to the overall experience. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. We made so many great memories together, and we were very happy with our experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a great place to stay! ❤️
From the moment we arrived, this hotel experience was made so much better because of the incredible people who took care of us. I especially want to recognize Bishal at the front desk and Cathie, the valet lady. These two are honestly two of the most amazing people I have ever met at a hotel. They were friendly, helpful, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I’m sure there are many other amazing people working here, but Bishal and Cathie were the two we had the most interaction with, and they made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. People like them are what make a hotel stand out. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and they deserve to be recognized for it. Thank you, Bishal and Cathie for making our stay such a great experience! We will definitely remember you both and would happily come back again.
Been here twice using online booking services. Both times we were promised a jacuzzi but to no avail however we were offered rooms with falls view which was nice. It’s standard practice for places like these to advertise a nice room only to arrive with something less. There’s a gift shop which was pretty nice. An iHop for breakfast that’s quiet and roomy. Further down there’s a small arcade for kids and families. Overall a good experience and would book again. The location and parking is really nice too (parking pass purchased inside the building) but would recommend insisting on the room you booked.
