Absolutely fantastic experience! The attention to detail the staff and everyone there took to ensure our stay was a memorable one was amazing to see. From the excellent staff at the spa, to the high tea where the Waiter was knowledgeable, the Chef took time out of her day to chat with us, along with the Hostess and Manager, it is one we won't soon forget! They should absolutely write the book on what hospitality should be and have set the bar very high moving forward. Excellent visit!

Very pleasant two night stay. The staff greeting was excellent. Food and drinks at the Consort Bar were great. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location with easy access to the downtown Toronto area. Departure was very smooth with great help to get a cab and assisted with bags and helping my wife into the vehicle. Only downside was the internet wifi was difficult to connect and stay connected. Some tv channels were lacking signal thus unable to watch certain channels. Overall great experience and would visit again.
We recently had a large block booking of around 80 rooms at the Omni King Edward Hotel for a group event, and the feedback from everyone was absolutely fantastic! The guest rooms are incredibly spacious and huge, which everyone loved. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. Every single staff member we encountered was nice, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The location is excellent, but what truly sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful touches. Small details like the personalized welcome letters, delicious little chocolates, pillow spray, and a complimentary small bottle of wine in the rooms made a massive difference and made our group feel incredibly valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our group stay so seamless and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for both large groups and personal stays!
I booked the Omni King Edward expecting a true luxury experience, especially at around $800 per night, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price. The hotel is perfectly fine, but that’s really the issue, it’s just fine. The rooms and overall experience didn’t feel significantly different from much less expensive hotels. In fact, I’ve stayed at the Sheraton and found it offered a very similar experience for a much better value. The customer service was good and the staff were friendly and professional, so I have no complaints there. The location is also convenient. However, nothing about the property felt luxurious enough to justify the premium price. At this rate, I expected exceptional amenities, elevated service, or a memorable experience, and I didn’t feel like I got any of those. Overall, I left feeling like I paid for the hotel’s reputation and history rather than a luxury stay. If the price were substantially lower, I’d say it’s a solid hotel. At around $700 a night, though, I can’t recommend it, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
The King Edward will always hold a special place in our hearts as the venue where we celebrated our wedding, so it felt only fitting to return for our first wedding anniversary. From Cameron the concierge to Chef Elaine and the best RMT Rose.. you made this weekend unforgettable! To everyone behind the scenes, from housekeeping and room service to the front desk and every staff member we crossed paths with, thank you for making our anniversary so incredibly special. Your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail reminded us exactly why we chose The King Edward for our wedding. We can't wait to return for many more milestones in the years ahead.
