The Dorchester Hotel is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service. Thoughtful in-room amenities and very comfy bed. Spotless and sparkling clean - housekeeping team must be top notch! If you told me we were the first people to ever stay there I wouldn’t have been surprised (that’s how clean!) Great location walking distance to many shop and restaurants. We will be back :)
My now-husband and I stayed at The Dorchester Hotel for our wedding. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were welcoming, gracious and accommodating. They ensured our guests were able to check in early to leave time to get ready for the ceremony. They even surprised us with a handwritten note & beautiful bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our occasion. The entire hotel is stunning, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The Tremont Cafe was a perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink and a night-cap after our celebrations. We already can’t wait to come back here for future trips!
A beautiful hotel in a perfect Collingwood location. Our room was spacious, pristine and well appointed. All the little details from the glassware to lavender satchels were noticed and appreciated. Unfortunately we were denied a nightcap at the bar as they had done last call before 10:30 - even though there were several patrons still there - it left a sour taste to an otherwise quite wonderful stay.
We celebrated our anniversary at The Dorchester, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s timeless vibe and attention to detail were so impressive. Our room was beautifully appointed - luxurious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for our special occasion. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel valued and celebrated throughout our visit. We'd recommend The Dorchester for anyone looking to mark a special occasion in style. My fiance and I had an amazing memorable experience. More than we expected. The room decor is incredible, the thought that was put into each detail in the room really added to our experience. The record player was a great addition. The bed was so comfortable. The towels and bath robes all high class. This experience was next level and one we will never forget. We stayed in room 203, quiet and clean. Loved everything about it. We can not wait to return. No issues with noise and we stayed on Valentine's day weekend Fri/Sat. Water was perfect and soft water. We loved the expresso machine in the morning. We loved lounging in the bath robes, listening to vinyl with our favorite red 🍷
