The location is top notch as you have access to queen or sparks from the elevator. Short walk to all the attractions. Terrific accommodations and amenities with laundry in room and well appointed kitchen. Gym is fantastic and is equipped with a sauna…other amenities include a board room for work calls ; billiard room and sitting area in addition to the sky room which overlooks sparks and parliament. Staff is the best…Gillian was fantastic as was Joshua. Cleaning staff is very accommodating as well. 10 stars for Restay!!!! We will for sure re stay there ;)
Awesome recent stay here. The room was fantastic and the entire building is super clean. Amenities are fantastic too from the private theater room and the pool and games rooms.
The staff are all super friendly and helpful - especially the housekeeping staff, the afternoon and morning front desk people.
The location is a perfect walk to all activities including byward market and the CF mall. It’s very safe for evening and late night walks as well.
Couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to staying again.
A fantastic location. We had a great time walking to all destinations. So many great things to enjoy. Hotel itself is really clean, and the suite was great. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Views we not that great we had the courtyard but really just some plants no real gardens to view. I would definitely stay again when in the area. My only real feedback would be the lack of ability to order room service, or get breakfast. The only items to get was drinks in the vendor machine. An on location dining ption would be a great addition.
We had a wonderful stay at reStays Luxury Boutique Hotel in Ottawa. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The room was spacious, modern, and fully functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a home away from home.
The staff were also very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend reStays Luxury Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
I stayed in their 1-bedroom suite which had a spacious living room with a full kitchen including a fridge, microwave and oven, washer/dryer and a smart tv. The bedroom was cozy and had ample closet space. The unit overall was very clean, neat and smelled fresh. I enjoyed my stay here and would love to go back whenever I'm in Ottawa again.
