Funky check-in line. They have a red carpet and cordened off area for Marriott "elite". I am gold, I don't think that's elite? 1st time they service that line first. Fine, but I doubt all of the customers are "elite" Then next time I am in the "elite" lane, and they service the other line first even thought I am waiting before the other customer comes up. Point is there's no order. Also, the front desk clerks spend a lot of time talking with each other and doing other tasks while customers wait. You feel like you are not being valued even though you are paying a lot to stay there. Parking is outrageous: $50 a night when it's an uncovered, unstaffed, gravel lot, full of weeds, two blocks away and $70 for valet. $89 for parking at the hotel property. Rooms have odd furniture, didn't receive the room I booked. Front desk called my room at 1:13a twice to inform me of a lost luggage found. It was not me. They dialed the wrong number twice. Positive: Great view of the falls.

Đây là bản tiếng Anh chị có thể đăng đánh giá 2 sao: 2 Stars We stayed at this hotel for four days and three nights. The hotel was very busy, but there were only two front desk staff checking guests in. We had to wait a long time before we could check in. The furniture and bedding felt old, and we had to ask for new pillows. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. We paid $35, but the food selection was very limited. The server did not assist us when we first arrived. When we decided to leave because we couldn’t find anything we wanted to eat, she stopped us and insisted that we sign and leave a tip. Her attitude felt rude and dismissive. We were surprised by the way the situation was handled. The best part of the hotel is the beautiful view of the falls. It’s a great spot for photos and videos, and the location is likely a big reason many people choose to stay here. However, our experience with the service was very disappointing. I recommend considering the service and breakfast experience before booking.
This hotel offers a spectacular view of the falls, which is undoubtedly its biggest selling point. However, the rooms feel more like those of a three star hotel than a premium property. The furniture is outdated and the overall condition of the rooms could benefit from a major renovation. A modern upgrade to the furnishings and décor would greatly enhance the guest experience and better match the incredible location.
I booked this hotel through Booking.com and originally had two separate reservations for different room categories. At check-in, the front desk staff went above and beyond by combining my stay and upgrading both nights to the King Spa Room with a Falls view. I really appreciated that gesture—it made check-in seamless, and the staff throughout our stay were consistently warm and friendly. My first impression was excellent. The lobby is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, giving the hotel a luxurious feel. Unfortunately, that impression didn’t carry over to the rest of the property. For a stay that cost nearly $1,000, I expected much better upkeep. The room showed significant signs of wear. The wallpaper was peeling, the baseboards were cracked, and the furniture looked old and neglected. The fabric on the chairs was so dingy that my partner and I laid towels over them before sitting down. The bed also had a noticeable sinking spot in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on during our two-night stay. Overall, the room simply didn’t feel as clean or well maintained as I expect from a Marriott property. One pleasant surprise was the in-room Jacuzzi—it was spotless and clearly well cleaned, which we appreciated. The amenities were also a mixed experience. The pool area was not as clean as expected, and I noticed debris floating in the water, which was disappointing. The fitness center was clean, but it was very basic with minimal equipment and nothing particularly noteworthy. Breakfast was included with our stay, and while the made-to-order omelet station was excellent, the rest of the buffet was disappointing. The overall quality and selection felt average at best and didn’t meet the standard I’d expect from a Marriott. Overall, the incredible Falls view and the exceptional staff were the highlights of our stay. However, the condition and maintenance of the hotel did not justify the price. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, I don’t think this hotel is worth $1,000. If cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetics are important to you, you may be disappointed. I expected much more from a Marriott property at this price point.
Overall great hotel and the staff very polite and hard working. We spurged for a fallsview superior room which if yo uare going for a night or 2 and can, I recommend it...the view is breathtaking. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel which was really nice. Only reason I gave 4 stars was for the price you pay I felt like the other ammendies fell short like pool area was small and no on-site free parking.
