Le Germain Hotel Ottawa

The hotel, location, and level of service are all fantastic. A special thank you to Kunwar Mittu, Guest Services Manager, for the exceptional service and attention provided during our stays. Over the past few years, we have regularly visited the Ottawa Art Gallery and the city’s museums, and this hotel has truly become our home away from home. The central location is extremely convenient, the property is very well managed, and the staff are consistently attentive to guests’ needs. The experience is excellent from the moment you arrive and are warmly greeted through to the time you depart. We always feel welcomed and well cared for, and we look forward to returning.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel and will certainly come again. The staff made us feel very welcome and the room was pristine. We slept wonderfully and found out that the bedding is available for purchase on their site boutique. Looking forward to getting them for our home.

I stay at Le Germain Ottawa regularly for work, and it has become my go-to hotel in Ottawa. After so many stays, it genuinely feels like a home away from home. I’m often fortunate enough to stay in one of the suites, which are always comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. What keeps me coming back is the people. The valet team and front desk staff are consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive. AFor me, Le Germain is simply the best hotel in Ottawa. I’ve stayed at most of the city’s luxury hotels, and while some seem to rely on their reputation, Le Germain continues to earn its own with consistently outstanding service and attention to detail. I always know exactly what kind of experience I’m going to have, and that’s why I keep coming back.

Stayed for 2 nights during a short visit to Ottawa. Location is excellent, walkable to many nearby sites and restaurants. Very warm welcome upon check in from Nicholas who was always friendly and helpful whenever we saw him. All other staff were very friendly as well. Rooms were a good size and we appreciated the complimentary water refill stations. Didn’t notice the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby until we were checking out. Limited parking spots for self park. Only complaint is our bed was softer than we prefer.
