Wanted to stay here on the night of October 3rd. Tried booking online and it tells me there is an issue and to call. Called reservation last Friday afternoon and left my details for them to call me back as no-one was available to take my reservation. It is now nearly 6pm on Monday and no call back from them. Guess they do not need guests. Hopped to play golf and dine at the restaurant that evening. Several hundred dollars of my money they will not be getting. Expected a lot better customer service from a hotel I had previously stayed at and eaten at

Very disappointing. I was here for a work retreat with a large group of colleagues. Unfortunately, our experience here left a lot to be desired. The rooms, hallways and elevators are all old and very outdated. Restaurant and other common areas seemed to have been renovated at some point. Staff were frankly rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. There were a lot of mixups and issues with our group booking (although it seems that they should be experienced at this). Group dining at restaurant 85 was extremely slow. We literally had to wait over 2 hours for our dinner. Food at the dinner was okay. Breakfast was bad, lunch was not great either. On the second day, we were served food from the day before (confirmed by the staff). Grounds are beautiful but there is literally nowhere to walk to enjoy them (only golf course and mountain bike trails). Overall, definitely not worth the $400/night price tag. I would not return or recommend it to anyone.
We came here for our mini moon with high expectations, but unfortunately it was kind of disappointing. Before our stay, I had a spa appointment and accidentally left my bathing suit, skirt, and towel in the fitness center showers. Housekeeping was never able to find them, which was frustrating because I’m not sure how those items just disappeared? The rooms are outdated for the price, quite literally falling apart. The pool was dirty and clearly not being maintained through out the day. And there are hidden fees that make the stay even more overpriced without justification. The Garden Pizza was a letdown, but what made it worse was the staff, James. He was rude, passive aggressive, and made comments like, “This isn’t Pizza Nova,” when I simply asked if they had dipping sauce. It came across as disrespectful and honestly left a bad taste in our mouths. He also was badmouthing other customers to the table next to us. He just seems extremely entitled and spoiled. Ew. The one bright spot was Navneet at the front desk. I’m from Texas, where southern hospitality is the norm, and she was one of the only staff members who made us feel genuinely welcome. She was kind, professional, and made our stay special with complimentary wine. Overall, this place doesn’t live up to its prices or reputation. Between the poor service, outdated facilities, hidden fees, and lack of attention to guests, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
Just loved my time here. Friendly helpful staff. Lots to do. They create a day plan with yoga classes, cocktail making, pool bingo, movie night. It’s fun. I don’t think it’s really a kid place. It was clear at the pool area that it’s not a rough housing loud place. People are there for quiet. The food was fantastic! Loved everything we ordered.
Incredible experience, unmatched value. We travel a good amount each year so we've experienced a lot. One thing that was a huge standout was the staff, all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I wish I had everyone's name that we had met during the 3 night stay, but 2 that made our experience extra special were Peyton, who ran the daily activities and Greg, who my 3 year old son now refers to as Uncle Greg who shuttles guests back and forth from Adamo Winery to the Resort. My wife has booked another 3 night stay for next month based on our weekend staycation...get the updated room
