We stayed here for our granddaughter’s hockey tournament and were originally on a different floor than our son. We happen to see the cleaning crew cleaning the room adjoining our son’s room and she told us it wasn’t booked and to just go ask the front desk if we could move. Harpreet took all my information and spoke with management and were able to get us the room as soon as it was cleaned. I just want to say Harpreet was super friendly and so accommodating and to thank her so much.
Stayed at hotel with a toddler before going to Wiggles in Toronto. Room was clean and modern. Would benefit from an update but otherwise clean and had what was needed (wireless charging/bar fridge/pull out couch/decent view - 10th floor). We ordered room service the first night before closing and it was the best burger I have had! Continental breakfast was ok - similar items to other places. Staff were very attentive and the front desk won over my toddler at every interaction. Pool/hot tub/slide is great. Only wish had a bit more loungers as busy. Couldn't check out outdoor pool as was poor weather but looked nice. Little volleyball area set up and great patio. Will be back!

The food at the bar was really good, and the buffet had a decent selection as well. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did a great job during our stay.
One of the highlights is definitely the fitness area—the gym is amazing and very well equipped. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool is also a huge plus.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities, good food, and genuinely friendly service. Would definitely stay here again!
Excellent service and welcome to hotel was great Karman at front desk was very funny and kind. Made us laugh a few times. The restaurant in hotel a must try. It was delicious. Services was excellent Joe was kind and attentive. We ordered butter chicken and buttered cod. Wow it was so good.
Nice pool, hot tub close to everything.
Would definitely come back here again when in Toronto.

Exceptional customer service—easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They checked in with us daily by text, responded incredibly quickly whenever we had a question, and were consistently attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay.
Even our Uber driver from the airport told us this was one of the best hotels in the city, and it absolutely lived up to that reputation. The service was spectacular from start to finish. We also enjoyed the all-you-can-eat breakfast, and the staff there was just as attentive and welcoming.
Communication was outstanding, whether it was by text, email, or at the front desk. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about making our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
