My stay started off on a positive note. Check-in was smooth, and the customer service I received upon arrival was excellent. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Once I got into the shower, I noticed hair that wasn’t mine stuck to the shower wall, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. On another occasion, I went to the front desk to request additional bathroom towels. The gentleman I spoke with assured me they were on the way, but after waiting about an hour, I eventually accepted that they weren’t coming. Overall, the level of customer service was very inconsistent. While I appreciated the great experience at check-in, the cleanliness issue and lack of follow-through during the rest of my stay were disappointing. Based on my experience and Hilton rewards member, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I was not 100% sure when I booked but very happy with the choice. room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. bathroom counter is large for 2 people to put their stuff. shower is clean and good. it is not the newer style but I have no complaints. water pressure is good and temp is good.my only small complaint is sofa is not very comfortable.

An excellent hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The rooms are modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. What truly made my stay exceptional was the warm welcome and the professionalism of the entire staff. A special thank you to Enzo at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. His kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable.

We recently chose to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. This hotel is an excellent option for anyone planning to explore the downtown area. The location is outstanding — within walking distance of major attractions such as the Eaton Centre, Queen’s Park, Old and New City Hall, Sankofa Square, the Distillery District, the CN Tower, the Financial District, and Harbourfront. Our room was clean, spacious, and noticeably larger than many other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The breakfast buffet was fresh, well prepared, and offered a great variety. We received exceptional service from Rahman in the buffet area — truly appreciated. The staff at this hotel is phenomenal. Not just the front desk — every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved all the amenities, and the warm cookie at check‑in was a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly at home. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning.
