Poor Service The check-in staff smiled at first, but after that, none of the staff smiled or greeted me as I walked by each day. This was my first time experiencing that, as staff usually say hello when you pass them. The toilet kept malfunctioning, and housekeeping took away my freshly cleaned floor mat without replacing it. They also only provided three sets of towels instead of four, even though we were a group of four. Additionally, staff entered our room but didn't make the beds, unlike other hotels that do this daily unless you hang a 'Do Not Disturb' sign or notify front desk. If this is their policy, it should be clearly communicated, as it deviates from standard hotel practice. I also requested a blanket in person for several days with no luck; it only arrived the day before checkout after I finally messaged them through the app. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the swimming pool, especially because it is below my height, and appreciated the thoughtful gift.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. We chose it specifically to avoid the busier areas of Mississauga and downtown Toronto, and it did not disappoint. From the welcoming ambiance and cleanliness to the excellent service, my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay. The corner room that we got was surprisingly spacious for three adults. A special mention to Karen Bautista, who assisted us with check-in and made the process incredibly smooth and hassle-free, especially after a tiring early flight. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel has an amazing front desk, I wanted to say thank you to everyone at the front desk, including Carly, Michel, Joey, Nanor, Tanay, Una and others whose name I didn't get. The front desk ensured that I was put in good rooms and helped to extend my stay. The front desk staff is professional, prompt, and provide wonderful service to ensure that you are happy with your stay. The Delta Pantry is great as well, the staff do a great job at keeping it stacked and it's open 24 hours. Housekeeping is wonderful, they are professional, courteous, and kind. Unforgettable Anniversary Stay Thanks to NANOR and DAVID! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I recently stayed at the Delta Hotels Toronto Markham, and the service we received was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, NANOR at the front desk was incredibly professional and welcomed us with a warm smile throughout the entire check-in process. During our conversation, I happened to mention that it was our anniversary. NANOR went completely above and beyond—right after checking us in, she surprised my wife with a wonderful gift snack bag. It instantly put a huge smile on our faces. In all of my years of traveling, I have never experienced that level of thoughtful, spontaneous hospitality. She is a phenomenal representative of the brand and a truly important asset to Delta and Marriott Corporate. I also want to recognize DAVID at the front desk. He was an absolute gentleman and made our check-out process incredibly smooth, helpful, and pleasant. The outstanding staff at this location made our special day even more memorable.
