I had the pleasure of attending the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine Conference. I did not stay in the hotel but felt compelled to leave feedback about the food and staff.
The staff working during the conference were phenomenal. They were kind, efficient, and hard working. Some of the best I have encountered.
The food prepared was so good. I was so hungry and the food was fresh and tasty. Often conference food is just boring. The lunches were so good and accommodating for various diets.

Nice clean hotel with professional staff 5km from Pearson Airport with free shuttle. Excellent Conference Room, with great food. Good basic Exercise Centre...but weights rack design could crush someone's fingers, when weights are laid back down. Would have liked the free hot tub + swim in the pool, if I'd brought a swim suit. Enjoyed a movie on my room's big screen TV. Room was slightly chilly (Sept 27-29), heat control didn't seem to be working. Shower water temperature was very difficult to drop down from scalding hot to comfortable.
Not a bad hotel. Not great either. Convenient to the city and much cheaper than downtown. Room service was extremely slow. The room was okay but the carpet smelled old and the air conditioning was very loud. The beds were clean and comfortable. There wasn't enough drinking water available. The TV was large and functioned without special passwords.
We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to Masud, Kazi, Syed, and Courtney for the great service. Courtney was especially amazing — very friendly, attentive, respectful, and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our visit. His excellent service really made our experience even better. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality were all great. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
We stayed in a King Room, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location, accessibility, and airport shuttle service were excellent and made our stay very convenient.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to Nash and Amirah for their outstanding service. They were warm, professional, and made us feel valued throughout our stay.
We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, the facilities were excellent, the room was in great condition, and our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
