Reception staff are efficient and pleasant. The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable thanks to a great housekeeping staff. The floor my room was on was wonderfully quiet which ensured a good night's rest The food service staff provided the conference attendees with delicious breakfast and lunch buffets as well as mid morning and mid afternoon snacks. (Really loved the raisins scones)! There is also a hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. A quick 10 minute or less drive depending on traffic.The drivers are courteous and pleasant. I look forward to staying at this hotel again for future conferences

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. I requested to cancel my reservation less than five to ten minutes after making the booking, but the hotel refused to accommodate the cancellation request. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of understanding and flexibility. It was only a few minutes after the reservation was made, yet they showed absolutely no consideration for the situation. In my opinion, this is very poor customer service. A hotel should care about its guests and show some basic understanding when a cancellation is requested almost immediately after booking. I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels where customers are treated with much more respect and consideration.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location just outside Toronto made it so convenient, especially since we didn't have to drive through the city. The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything felt fresh, modern, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank this hotel enough for helping us during a very stressful situation. Due to an issue with Booking.com, our reservation didn’t go through properly even though the payment had already been processed. When we arrived, the hotel was completely sold out, but the staff still went above and beyond to try everything they could to help us. A huge shout-out to Himanshu for the outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about finding a solution for us. Even though the hotel was fully booked, he did his absolute best to accommodate us and made a frustrating experience much easier to deal with. It’s rare to come across someone who provides service with such professionalism and compassion. Thank you again, Himanshu, for all your help. You truly made a difficult situation much better, and I highly recommend this hotel because of the amazing staff!
