I genuinely enjoyed my stay at the Canopy. The staff was attentive and welcoming, especially Bassem, who provided exceptional service during check-in. Unfortunately, my checkout experience was a complete contrast and left a lasting negative impression. As a courtesy, I stopped by the front desk to return my key cards rather than simply leaving. When I asked Priscilla how long it would take to receive my incidental deposit refund, she never provided a timeframe or answered my question. Instead, she explained that because I had paid my deposit in advance, my room needed to be inspected before the refund could be issued. While I had no issue with the inspection itself, she insisted that I remain at the front desk until she personally inspected the room and called down to another attendant to confirm I could leave. I explained that my Uber was waiting outside to take me to the airport and that I was concerned about missing my ride or flight. Unfortunately, my concerns were disregarded, and she continued to insist that I wait. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels and have never encountered such an unreasonable checkout experience. The room could have been inspected after my departure, with any legitimate incidental charges addressed accordingly. I strongly encourage management to review both this checkout procedure and the level of guest service demonstrated. It’s disappointing that an otherwise wonderful stay was overshadowed by an interaction that lacked professionalism, flexibility, and basic consideration for a guest’s time.

I stayed 2 nights here and everything went perfect. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The had a very nice bar by the lobby and a cafe on the ground floor. The design of the hotel and the rooms is modern and feels luxurious and cozy. The gym was clean and had no funky gym smells. The gym had everything you need from weights to treadmills and bikes. The staff were great and very helpful. I had materials to ship back to the office and they were friendly and helpful in assisting me. I will definitely continue to stay at this hotel.

Apart from saying that this hotel was an amazing experience for us, I simply cannot say enough good things about it. A huge shout-out to Petryck (I hope I got the spelling right), who was the first person to greet us. He provided a seamless check-in experience, anticipated all of our needs, and maintained a warm and attentive connection with us throughout our entire stay. I would also like to recognize housekeeper Nataliia K., who delivered outstanding service and helped make our stay even more comfortable. Her attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the quality and variety of the food to the friendly and attentive service. Every morning started on a wonderful note, and it truly exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, this is definitely a great choice. In addition to the exceptional service, you will enjoy modern, high-tech rooms and excellent amenities. Thank you to the Canopy Team for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown by everyone we encountered. We hope to return and see you again soon!
