This was our first stay here for a weekend away . From the moment we walked in on Friday we were made to feel welcome. Both Norbert and Totchie made us feel at home and they were engaging our whole stay . The service at this hotel is what stands out above everything else . The attention to detail , remembering guests names , itineraries and engaging in conversation really enhances your stay . The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing with all amenities , we ate at the Koste restaurant and again the service and food quality was amazing .
Totchie was the highlight for me! Her attention to detail and care was top notch. I checked in with Norbert (front desk) and stayed on the 7th floor. I believe all the floors are a different theme but this floor is very dark but the room I got was very big and spacious!! The shower when I first used it smelled a bit of mildew but it was fine throughout the rest of my stay. The shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion all smell divine as well! Wish it could be bought.
The first night the pot light was flickering a lot and I called down to get it fixed. Totchie was so wonderful and even remembered me the next day when I stopped by the desk. She sent over some macaroons and they were delicious.
I’ve stayed in some nice luxury hotels but the service here has been top notch! Prosecco upon arrival was a nice touch too :)
My wife and I stayed at the Bisha Hotel for the first time in mid-May, and the team made such an incredible impression that we decided to take a last-minute road trip back to Toronto this past weekend to celebrate her birthday.
The service here is unmatched. Ahead of our arrival, Josh and Maria helped me coordinate a surprise welcome gift for my wife. They were highly responsive and executed the surprise flawlessly. Throughout our weekend, the entire staff was exceptionally hospitable—special shoutouts to Thomas and Anik at valet/bellhop, as well as Doris and Nordberg for making us feel so incredibly welcome.
The Bisha has easily become our go-to spot. We plan on visiting Toronto more often and will absolutely be back soon!
Very nice hotel, conveniently and centrally located. The CN tower and the Rogers Centre are a short stroll away, but also other areas are easily accessible from the hotel.
The hotel itself is very nice and offers a completely different vibe from the rest of the city. Especially the rooftop swimmingpool, bar and restaurant are great highlights.
The rooms were very comfortable and provided sufficient space, offering a large and comfy bed, a large bathroom with all the amenities you need.
Bisha Hotel Toronto is, in my view, one of the very best luxury hotel experiences in Toronto.
The location is hard to beat, placing guests right in the heart of the Entertainment District with easy access to the city’s top restaurants, sporting events, and nightlife. The rooftop pool and terrace offer some of the best views in Toronto and create a true luxury atmosphere that feels unique within the city.
The property also excels on the food and beverage side. The lobby bar is a great place for a drink or casual meeting, while Akira Back remains one of Toronto’s premier dining destinations and is worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and feel more residential than many traditional luxury hotels. The bathrooms are particularly impressive, with excellent layouts, high-end finishes, and outstanding showers that make it easy to unwind after a long day.
What truly sets Bisha apart, however, is the service. From the doormen and valet team to reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff, every interaction feels warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The level of attention to detail and consistency across the entire property is exceptional and rivals any five-star hotel experience.
Having stayed at all of the major luxury hotels in Toronto, I would place Bisha alongside the very best. It combines a fantastic location, stylish accommodations, outstanding dining, and most importantly, a service culture that consistently exceeds expectations.
