I have zero complaints. Reggae tours were on time both times. The drivers were amazing and were able to answer any questions we had. I can’t remember the first guy’s name who picked us up from the airport, but CJ dropped us off when it was time to leave. I’m so grateful for him. He gave me an opportunity to experience one last thing before arriving to airport. I felt safe and the vehicles were well kept and had air. Booking through TripAdvisor was simple. I will be booking with them every time I come back.

We were picked up by Mr. Wilson at Sandals Royal Plantation and driven to the airport in Montego Bay. The vehicle was a clean and comfortable Toyota SUV. Mr. Wilson was not only a professional and skilled driver, he was also a knowledgeable tour guide. He provided us with interesting history of the island throughout the whole ride.

Service was exceptional. Speedy exit front airport. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful, would highly recommend this service

There was a mistake and we had to private transfers. We chose to go with the Sandals transfer and we're told "to bad, no refund because no 24 hour notice". We are not happy about that because we didn't know that there was 2 different transfers. We pointed out that on the website it stated that you can get a full refund, but we didn't get it. We have used the website to book several things and never had a problem until now. Not happy about this matter.

Having Grant as our driver was excellent because he gave us some Histiry lessons of Jamaica. Will surely recommended Reggae Tours to friends and families.

We booked reggae tours for our private airport transfer. Once we arrived to Montego Bay airport, we went to kiosk 18 and checked in. The employee then walked us to our private van where our driver loaded our suitcases for us. We were a party of 5 and the van was spacious and clean. The driver was kind and knowledgeable about the island. For our pick up, the driver arrived early (which was great!) to our hotel and put our luggage in the van. The van was once again spacious and clean. We would definitely use them again!

half the price of the private transfers offered by the hotel i stayed at. the service was as good or better. the email responses to questions are sent quickly and confirming pick up times a day in advance was helpful.

I had a shuttle ticket to return to airport but due to a medical issue decided to hire a driver back to the airport. Since it was one way it was a little tricky to book online with some services. I was recommended Reggae Tours by another guest at my hotel. When I booked they phoned me within minutes. Sent a confirmation the day before. Driver cones 15 minutes before pick up time. Safe nice driver. I recommend highly.

We had Omar he was very friendly and got us to our villa in a timely manner. He gave us advice on where to go and attractions around.

My flight was delayed but the team was ready and waiting for me on arrival. It was a smooth ride with a phenomenal driver who offered enough convo to get acquainted but not too much to overwhelm me or invade my privacy. He was very polite, and patient.

Took Reggae Tours to and from the airport as we have several times now. The Toyota Crown cars are clean and comfortable. More than two people and you can get a Suburban for just a little more. We were given bottles of water and Red Stripe (I might’ve paid extra for the beer, cannot remember) and some snack bags of plantain chips. Our drivers were both very friendly and would chat as much or as little as we wanted about the island, its form of government, the way they do things, the weather, local places, or even Bob Marley if you insist. Just ask early and they will find places to stop where you can get more beer or supplies for your trip (don’t forget to offer to buy them a water or juice too!) Also, both times we’ve been for our anniversary they’ve shown up with a personalized “Happy Anniversary” sign on the windshield! (That’s more than the premier resort that we have been dedicated to for almost 20 years did for us this time around.) Thanks again for another great service!

We used Reggae Tours for three transfers -- from the Airport to Zoetry, Zoetry to Moon Palace Ocho Rios and then Moon Palace to Jewel Grande Montego Bay. We had the same driver, Mr. Wilson, for all our pickups and he became a friend. He was prompt and personable and went out of his way to take care of us -- even dropping off to pick us up some authentic Jamaican patties and also stopping by a shop so we could purchase some playing cards. He was so knowledgable about the area and shared interesting facts with us along the 90-minute drives to/from Ocho Rios. He is not only an excellent driver but very kind and always greeted us with a smile. We could not have asked for better service! I am a travel professional and will definitely use Reggae tours for all my personal trips to Jamaica and for my clients traveling in the area. I can't recommend them enough -- they are my go-to for all things Jamaica!!

We were very disgruntled and tired when we arrived, having been delayed 4 hours in Philidelphia, courtesy of American Airlines. Our driver was very sweet and an excellent driver. Rain was falling and dusk was setting in, yet he got us to our destination in under 1 hour 45 minutes, the scheduled time. The pick-up was even better, mainly because we were relaxed and awake. We just returend from Jamaica. We utilized the services of Reggae Tours for transport to and from Montego Bay Airport to Sandals Dunns River. The company was quick to respond and gave detailed information on pickup locations and times. They were flexible in their time schedule with us as well. Our driver Oshane (who drove us both ways), was excellent. He was professional and informative. He made the 1 1/2hr trip go by much faster. The vehicle was clean and perfect for the ride. We would definitely use them again.

We had a private transfer to and from the airport and resort for our vacation!!! It was the best!!! Our driver was very friendly and very knowledgeable with giving us all the Jamaican history and any information we wanted to know!!! Will defiantly be using this service again for our next trip to Jamaica! Cant say enough positive things!! It was great!!!

When booking we booked a van as we had 4 large suitcases. Upon arrival they brought a sedan. Thus resulted in us having to sit outside and wait 1.5hrs for another vehicle in plus 40!! The manager was rude and tried to over talk me blaming it on Viator. Upon pick up after our vacation the driver was rude and rushed us. Would never use again after paying 400.00 CAN

Great Service! Wilson did a great job! We had 90 min ride from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. We enjoyed the tour. We were a little concerned about saftey due to the advisory. Thankfully we didn't see anything alarming.

We have used them before when we go to Jamaica. They never disappoint & very reliable. We used them for airport rides to & from Montego Bay & Ochos Rios. Communication from the states beforehand was tremendous. After customs they were easy to find and ready to go within minutes. Upon pickup at resort they had arrived early so once our bags were brought down we were ready to go. We had Shane both ways, he didn't say much but we felt safe both ways. Any questions we asked he answered, but was quiet and a true professional. We would definitley use them again!!!

Ruth from TripGuy arranged our honeymoon travels which included a private transfer from Montego Bay's Airport to Couples San Souci in Ochos Rios (about a 2 hour trip with traffic). And Dane was so incredible, we asked for him for our departure as well! He made us feel welcomed and, most importantly, safe with him behind the wheel! We couldn't thank him enough for everything!

This was our sixth trip to Jamaica but the first time using this transfer company. We will definitely use them again. They were great! Vehicles were in good shape, drivers were prompt and courteous (thank you Aaron and “Ice”) and liked the fact that you meet them inside the airport where it is air conditioned rather than waiting outside for the driver to arrive.

I booked with Reggae Tours for a private transfer for my mother to our hotel. I was already in Jamaica and coming from Kingston, so I would not be able to make her flight arrival time, and I didn't want her waiting. She had nothing but complaints about the driver and her ride. The driver also helped her find me while waiting in the lobby before leaving. Thank you again for driving my mother safely to her destination and making it enjoyable.

Top notch service at Reggae Tours. We stayed at Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay and where impressed from point of arrival. They were on time, presented themselves to us at Mobay lounge and allowed us the time to eat and refresh before heading over to our hotel. I decided to use them for excursions after such a good start. We did 4 of them - dolphin cove,black river safari and ys falls, luminous lagoon, and rose hall great house. We had such a great time with our driver, Sheldon, that we asked for him for every trip. Sheldon was great at sharing so much information about Jamaica and took us to some great places in between the excursions. We had some sugar cane and nesberry fruit at a local stand, shopping at hip strip, and where to get fresh fish escabeche style. At the lagoon, Sheldon made sure we got on the first boats out so we could maximize our experience and not spending our evening waiting. On the last excursion, we weren’t able to get Sheldon, but equally had a great time shopping at Main Street, a pit stop at KYC, and over to rose hall with Al. In addition to the great drivers, Reggae also shined with great customer service. For the last excursion it rained and we asked to reschedule with only 15min to pick up, no problem …. Reggae accommodated easily. They also worked with me on customizing this tour as well. Go with Reggae tours, you will not regret it. All transportation is private and you will have a great experience.

Reggae Tours is the Best!! I was very skeptical at first with transporting 1 1/2 hours away from the airport when we were use to 20 minutes tops. But along came Jerome Stephen's dressed professionally arrived on time made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Took our luggage handled with care as well as having a cooler full for cold drinks for the ride. Jerome owned the road an had nice music playing and we engaged in conversations the entire trip. Jerome made us feel like family and we did get to know about some of his family as well as he ours. We requested he pIck us up on our return back to the airport and they accommodated our wishes.
