Everything was so much fun but the horses was the best part for me, they also included lunch but it was at 10.50am so a little early for us but overall so good

Totally loved this adventure, this truly was one of the highlights of our girls trip! Who could ask for more, fresh rain, so the mud holes were on point! It was great and thank you to the guides who were so nice and fun! Definitely would recommend and we plan on returning!

This excursion would’ve been great, but unfortunately, I can’t really say that it was because half of it ended up being canceled due to the weather. The Green Grotto Caves were amazing! There is quite a bit of walking and some stairs, so I definitely recommend bringing water. They do not allow you to use your phone or take your own pictures inside the caves. However, they have photographers throughout the tour who take pictures of you as well as photos of the different areas inside the caves. Since we couldn’t take our phones with us, we rented a locker, which we were able to use for the entire day. During the cave tour, we got to see bats, a cenote, the wishing well, and several other really beautiful areas. This was definitely one of the highlights of the excursion. After Green Grotto, we got back on the bus and headed over to the ranch owned by Chukka. One important thing to know: They are VERY strict about weight limits and weigh everyone who is participating in activities at the ranch. The weight limit for horseback riding is 230 lbs. If you’ve never ridden a horse before, don’t worry! They give you a quick tutorial before you start. Even my 6-year-old had no issues horseback riding and did great. Because there aren’t enough horses and dune buggies/ATVs for everyone to participate at the same time, they split everyone into groups. We were a group of 7, so 5 of us went horseback riding while my two sisters-in-law did the UTV/dune buggies first. They had a great time on the dune buggies, but during their ride, another driver crashed one of the buggies, which left them down one vehicle. After we finished horseback riding, it was supposed to be our turn for the dune buggies. However, we had to wait while they worked on the damaged buggy because our group included a child and a teenager who couldn’t drive themselves. While we waited, the group that had done the UTVs first went horseback riding. Then the rain started. Unfortunately, our dune buggy portion was canceled because the rain caused poor visibility on the trail. The catamaran portion was also canceled because the water was too choppy. Obviously, I understand that Chukka cannot control the weather, and safety should always come first. My disappointment comes from paying for a multi-activity excursion and only being able to complete part of what we booked. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the refund process. I booked the excursion through Nexus, and it has now been over a week without receiving my refund for the activities that were canceled. I have contacted them nearly every day since Sunday, and the response I continue to receive is basically, “I will follow up.” Yet I still have not received my refund. Had we been able to complete the entire excursion, I think this could have been a really great experience. The Green Grotto was beautiful, horseback riding was enjoyable, and my sisters-in-law had fun during the portion of the dune buggy ride they were able to do. However, between having more than one activity canceled and still waiting for a refund over a week later, I can’t give this excursion more than 3 stars.

Staff at Chukka tours were amazing and catered to our every need. Samantha was truly a gem and made the birthday celebration truly special, going above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted and some. If ask and ill make it happen was a person.. it would be Samantha....such a sweetheart! Our ATV guides Dwayne and Romeo , and horse riding guides Errol and Sanjay were very interactive, adding their pizzaz to the tours making the experience more fun. 10/10...WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I booked an excursion but was told by drivers that we weren’t on any of the excursions during pickups. I contacted my rep and he got a driver there but we were picked up and missed half of the cave experience due to their confusion. We were actually also dropped off with the wrong group because we were supposed to do Dunn’s Hills & Margaritaville but the group we went didn’t have those on the itenirary. Overall we ended up stop having a good time and enjoying ourselves after the initial disappointment. The host Sam was the best and I hope to see her again when we visit next year! She’s probably the reason I’d even consider booking another excursion.

I had a great time during this tour. The staff were pleasant, full of humor and everything was done in order and in a timely fashion. Wished the catamaran cruise was longer.

Got married August 29th. Visited September 3rd to September 10th. Celebrated our Honeymoon. Had an amazing time.

1st time driving an ATV and riding a horse. Felt safe and supported the guides were there at every turn. Great day, would definitely recommend 👍🏻

The ATV experience was my favourite, lasted a decent amount of time and the scenery was beautiful. The horse riding for me was ruined by an impatient and unkind, customer service generally isn’t regarded highly in some places and I know that but I found Lincoln particularly unprofessional and mean. I rode the horse for the first time during the excursion and when I got nervous about entering the water, he got me off the horse immediately and refused my request to try again. He made it clear that he didn’t have time for nervous people and his words exactly - “me nah have time for any of that, come up off me horse” If I return to Jamaica I will use a different company that can afford a bit more time in between groups.

The rides were excellent, the guides are fun and like to joke and include you in all aspects. Would definitely do this again.

It was such i great experience going horseback riding with my two kids 17 and 9 years. The horses were calm and the guides were friendly. Special shout out to Shanakay and our guide Lincoln for the unforgettable day! ❤️💛💚

The people are very friendly and helpful! My son is 9 and they were very helpful to him, which made me feel at ease. Very laid back experience and would definitely do it again.

Before my arrival I was looking for excursions online. So many people had recommended Chukka and let’s just say I see why. It was a group of 14 and we had a BALL!! The price was reasonable fand food they served was good as well. We book the $169 package with ATV, cave, horses, and party boat. Day full of fun and memories.

Amazing! Just amazing! From the start to finish. The zip line was so much fun. The catamaran was lit! I am not good with names but big ups to everyone.

We had an amazing time! Abigail greeted us and she was a great pleasure. Very sweet and amazing hospitality. Lincoln and Alvetto were our tour guides for the horse riding and they were absolutely incredible. So friendly, personable and down to earth. I would love to come back again for this same experience. It was fun. Our guides for everything we did were all awesome. I went june 18 2026 and the guide for our cave tour was awesome, funny, and very knowledgeable. My horse guide was great. Made sure me and my party were safe on the horses. One of the horses started going its own way while in the water and our guide Romaine was right there in seconds to redirect the horse. He knew how to control all the horses where they listened to him and he reassured me the horses are well cared for as I had some questions about their safety. The one thing I do not like is these guides do not get paid enough for all they do and for being out in that heat all day accommodating all of us tourists who can at times be very rude to these guides just doing their jobs. The ATV would have been nice but I couldn't drive one since I didn't have license which made me mad. But with that said the guides on that tour were nice and came and talked to me but I was still upset. The catamaran people were fun. I danced with one of the guides on there and we had a blast. He showed me some new dances that I enjoyed.

The ATV experience is a lot of fun, you'll get to full throttle down a beautiful beach and they have a wonderful track that's friendly to beginners but still fun! The horseback riding was fun as well, a bit slower and no time for free riding is given but still an experience worth having!

We found this to be extremely overbooked with busloads of tourists arriving every 30 minutes. This resulted in long wait times between activities. Also, the beach area they use for ATV and horse tours is completely covered in trash, which is tough to see and also smells poorly.

Was told we would have to wait 4 hours for the catamaran that was only gonna be 30 min. Wanted 100.00 to take us back early. Spoke to a representative when we got back cause we refused to wait the offered a refund we still are waiting for the refund contacted th company and no reply NEVER AGAIN!
