Montego Bay Airport (Mbj) Transfer One-way Or Round-trip To Hotel

I landed at 12 didn’t make it to my resort until almost 3pm while waiting for them to wait for others which wasn’t communicated. The ride back to the airport they told me to meet my driver at 950. When I went to check out of my room at 9/920am he was already there. I could have just let him wait until I was done but as a courtesy I let him know I was there and finishing up the checkout process. After 10 minutes he threatened to leave me while I waited in line to check out. He was very unprofessional and overall the whole situation was uncalled for. Even though my original time was 950 he continued to threaten to leave me while I waited in line and only agreed to stay when I asked for a refund if he needed to leave and it hadn’t even reached my time to leave.

Trip was July 13-18 Drive from airport was fine. We had a drop off at our resort with no problem. The following day , a lady from bookings (I guess) called because she saw my party was a no show. I confirmed that indeed the shuttle service dropped me off at my destination. She then confirmed pick for departure on Saturday at 9:10. The same day I received confirmation in my trip advisor account of the pickup details. On Saturday morning at 7:22, I messaged to confirm pickup for 9:10. I reached out serval times after in the app with no one responding. I called several times about 9:15 and after with no one picking up the phone. Finally I was able to speak with someone around 9:33 and was told we were still marked as a no show and there was no one available to pick us up on time to get to the airport before departure. He told me to book another shuttle at resort and he would refund half the fees. We barely made it to the airport within the hour frame that I needed to verify my passport and check in since I couldn't do it online. I do not recommend this shuttle service as I have continued to reach out to the with no response. I will be disputing the charge still for breach of contract. I ended up paying $25 more for shuttle service as well as cell phone charges for placing 3 international phone calls, as the first connection they hung up. The 2nd we were disconnected and the third was the "resolve".

Solo female travel from airport to resort. No safety concerns, driver was informative, though he didn’t have to be. Well ventilated but also with A/C. Comfortable seats for my 45 minute ride to my destination. I will book again without a second thought.

Vehicle was a van with other people air conditioning the best value in town my ride was like 2 half hours from the airport we was the last to get drop off driver was nice he allow us to grab some food from scotties his radio wasn't working but I wish they get wifi for the ride but everything went as plan

Nice long drive to ocho rios driver was nice to let us get some food away the way the vehicle radio was not working but the A.C air conditioner was working the vehicle we where in a van with other people they got drop off before us they stayed in other parishes or hotel along the way

I’m surprised! The process for reserving online was smooth. At the airport, people were friendly. My driver from the airport to the hotel was nice. When it was time for me to depart from my trip, I was surprised to see the driver waiting right on time! Very easy process!

Took my daughter for her 30th bday. Previous ride fell through and booked the night before, last minute. Easy to find, no problems with reservation, everything was easy breezy! Had enough time for a couple of beers. Everyone was friendly, great customer service. Price was affordable and I would highly recommend! Stay away from booking tours using Viator (a Tripadvisor company). They do not stand behind their service. I had a horrible experience with VIATOR. I booked a one way trip from hotel to airport. I had a confirmation showing my hotel as a pickup point. The tour operator rejected the booking as the hotel was a little further away. When i called Viator multiple times to resolve this, they kept telling my booking was good but they are unable to reach the tour operator. I was running out of time as i had to leave to the airport. I made an alternate arrangement and cancelled my booking with Viator. Viator cancelled it but no refund. When i reached out to them, they do not even give any reason why they wouldn't refund. Horrible company. Never expected this from Tripadvisor.

I had a smooth ride to the airport with Bernard. I highly recommend pre-booking your airport pickup and return. I checked with the hotel and a taxi was double the price.

Booked airport transfer from Montego Bay to RIU Negril round trip. Had delays when we arrived to MBJ but the staff was very accommodating even though we arrived at the booth over an hour past when we booked. They told us when the shuttle would pick us up from the resort for departure based on our flight time and then promptly pointed us in the right direction. The shuttle driver on the way to our resort did a great job. The same went for when we were to depart and he was there exactly when they said he would be. Overall, a very good experience and they made it easy to know what was going to happen at all points.

It is a great experience and all personal communicate very well. Even speak Spanish. Would always recommend.

Bit disappointed was told 25 mins for departure but nearer to 50 mins was tired after 16grs travel. Would have liked correct information nit a made up version when I asked for correct times from the driver he didn't know just said more people were to come? Correct info should be given by despatch, just cause I'm on holiday doesn't mean I don't have plans and my time isn't valuable too

Easy to locate, and friendly staff. We only had a short ride but everything was perfect. We stayed at Riu Reggae and it is 10 min from airport.

I thought this was a private transfer. We needed up stopping at three resorts. How can you fix this on the return. Your title on viator was not clear at all.
