Blue Hole was amazing, our guide for that experience took time to help us all feel safe and comfortable! They also took great pictures and videos for us. We would do that excursion again in a heartbeat! The horseback experience was good but very rustic. Make sure you bring cash to tip at both locations.

Omar tours was easy to work with and took excellent care of us. Our driver JP was very knowledgeable. The blue hole experience and horseback riding was amazing. I highly recommend this company. Also if you are wondering for your trip: You don’t need to take your phone with you when you swim in the blue hole, there are photographers there taking lots of pictures. The price was reasonable and picture quality was great. They upload the pictures to your smartphone If you do take your phone, make sure it’s in a waterproof case. Do take your phone on the horse ride. The guide will take lots of pictures for you. Take cash for tips.

The blue hole experience is great. The guide (jay) made sure we were safe as we hiked up to the different areas and jumped into the water. If you take a phone, put it in a waterproof case. If you don’t want to take your phone, there are photographers there who take great pictures and they were affordable. Bring good water shoes. The horse ride is short but fun. The guides will take lots of pictures with your phone as you ride the horses in the ocean. Bring cash so you can tip everyone. Lastly our driver (PJ) took great care of us. He made us feel safe everywhere we went and he was extremely knowledgeable.

I mistakenly book this excursion on the wrong day and the team was so accommodating and understanding. This mix-up could've ruined my trip for my entire family but we went and had such an amazing time. I would 100% recommend this experience to others.

Always love visiting the Blue Hole, so magical and fun to jump off the waterfalls and swim below. First time for horseback riding and the guides made it fun allowing the horses to Gallup along the beach and walk through the water, they also take a lot of great photos for us. Definitely worth the price.

Booked kind of last minute the evening before, but had no problems. Our driver / guide was very chill, informative, and easygoing. Not to mention on time, which I appreciate. It was a great day out!

Omar and Jay were amazing. We did the Blue Hole and Horseback riding excursion. From prompt pickup to having us wait in the AC bus while they grabbed the other passengers. They provided a great informational tour while we drove up to Blue Hole. We stopped for lunch at Linda’s for some jerk chicken and a cold beer. The coordination between couples doing different things was well planned so we could enjoy all of your time in Jamaica. The horseback riding was super fun and they took great pictures. From start to finish the customer service and communication was top tier. We definitely will be back and high recommend Omar and Jay to all the visit Ocho Rios! Ya mon

Ray was an amazing driver and guide during our trip in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. He picked my boyfriend and I up right on time and even took us to the local shops before our excursion so I could buy water shoes that I forgot. Because he knew some of the locals, I was able to get them at a discounted price. Before heading to the Blue Hole, he also took us horseback riding since we had another activity planned before picking up other guests coming from the cruise ships. Ray was very flexible and made the whole day smooth and stress-free. After our excursions, he even stopped to help us get authentic Jamaican beef patties because our hotel didn’t have any. Throughout the entire trip, Ray was very informative, sharing a lot of history and knowledge about the area and Jamaica as a whole. He was extremely trustworthy as well—we were able to safely leave our bags in his locked car instead of paying for lockers. My boyfriend and I felt very safe the entire time. I highly recommend Ray and this company to anyone traveling to Jamaica. If you want someone reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, Ray is the driver you want.

We had a wonderful time. Riding the horses was so much fun! The Blue Hole is absolutely spectacular, just be ready for some vigorous climbing. We would do this excursion again for sure! Our driver, Ray, was the best!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked with this company for our cruise stop in Ocho Rios, but it turned out to be an amazing experience! Ray was our tour guide, and he was fantastic—he was entertaining and very knowledgeable about the local area. We booked the Blue Hole Waterfalls and horseback riding on the beach. As someone who can’t swim, I was actually more nervous about jumping off the cliffs into the water than about the heights themselves! But I pushed past my fears and did the jumps and I’m so glad I did. We were provided with life jackets, and the guides were incredibly helpful, making sure we felt safe and confident while navigating the climbs and jumps. It was such a fun and unforgettable experience. The horseback riding was also a first for me and just as enjoyable. The guides were attentive and supportive, regardless of your level of experience. My partner is more experienced , so he had the chance to gallop along the beach. The guides also took plenty of photos on our cell phones. I know others in our group had different activity stops, and Ray did an excellent job coordinating drop-offs and pick-ups smoothly throughout the day. I highly recommend booking with this company. You definitely don’t want to miss out!

This was a special day, for a number of reasons. We booked the trip from our cruise ship, but I managed to book it for the day before our cruise shop arrived! Despite this, Ray organised for us to be met at the port on the correct day, and we were lucky enough to be the only ones on the tour. Peat, our driver, imparted his knowledge of the area and we actually went horseriding first. The guides were friendly, and the horses very compliant, even for beginners like us. Going in the sea was unforgettable. Then to the Blue Hole. We didn't know what to expect, but soon found out. It's a series of waterfalls, which one can jump. We were extremely well looked after, and I had a great time, even if my wife just filmed! A memorable fun day out. Thank you.

This is the tour company that you want to hire. Excellent communication, the driver (Ray, I believe his name was) called us to let us know he was on his way and what bus to look out for. He was wonderful and shared so much local knowledge, it made the tour very memorable. The Blue hole was awesome (make sure you have water shoes and a phone bag as you'll be jumping off rocks and into the water below!) and I'm so glad we got to go (This is the one tour where buying the pictures are SO WORTH IT--so make sure you bring cash). The horseback riding on the beach and through the ocean was epic (and those tour guys were so awesome with taking our phones and taking a million pictures of us). I even got to gallop on the beach! (They also accommodated those who didn't have the skillset to do that.) Then we stopped for an impromptu lunch at a local spot which was the best food we had on the entire trip! And then we also stopped for some impromptu shopping which was awesome. The part of our group that needed to get back to the cruise ship on time arrived well ahead of schedule so they weren't stressed about making it (Ray made sure to monitor the time closely so they could relax.) And then he took us back to Moon Palace. My only regret is that we didn't do more tours with him and his company. If we ever come back to Jamaica, ALL of our tours will be booked through Omar Tours Jamaica, no questions about it.

Ray was a wonderful tour guide. He was entertaining, shared interesting details of the locals on the way there and back, all around, a very happy & upbeat guy. He was also very easy to understand. The blue hole was awesome & I’m so glad we got to go! Prepare to get wet! And the horseback riding was amazing! They let me gallop several times on the beach and took amazing pictures with our cell phones! My only regret was that we had already booked other tours with the resort, otherwise, I would have stuck with Ray the entire time we were in Jamaica. He also stopped for lunch so we could experience real authentic street Jamaican food and that was awesome. The people who were there from the cruise ship made it back to their ship with plenty of time to spare.

The tour was so much fun! Not for people who have a problem with balance. Crossing the falls were scary but the guides were extremely helpful! The horses were great. Our guides took LOADS of pictures. Riding in the water was on my bucket list!

We booked the Blue Hole + horseback riding with Omar Jamaica Tours, it was amazing! Ray was super friendly, caring, and stayed with us the entire time to make sure we were safe and having fun. He also took tons of photos for us. The whole experience felt like a luxury small-group private trip at a very good price. The places Ray brought us to were truly local spots that only people from the area seem to know—beautiful, authentic, and not crowded at all, which made everything even better. Totally worth it and definitely a must-try when you’re in Jamaica. Highly recommend to everyone!

We met Omar at the cruise port, he was there to greet us holding his sign, Ray, Omar’s brother was our guide today. They are both very nice and spoke English very well! Ray made sure everything was perfect! We had and awesome and exciting trip to the blue hole. It was breathtaking! Ray took photos and videos of us enjoying our day and shared them with us. We grabbed lunch at a great local spot, stopped by a souvenir shop, then to the horses. We had very gentle horses and rode down the beach then we took them into the ocean up to our knees. It was great. Ray delivered us back to our ship with plenty of time to shop and rest before departure. Don’t worry about missing your boarding,Omar and Ray will make sure you are back in time! It was a perfect day!!

It was super affordable and I so much fun. I was a bit worried about the hurricane, but everything was up and running when I arrived. The staff were so fun and gave me all the tips I needed on how to train a horse. It’s perfect for groups! Omar tour guided us through out our whole trip will 10/10 come again

Our driver, Ray, was great! Very friendly and gave us some island history as we drove from one excursion to the next. The blue hole is a must, but make sure you bring nonslip water shoes. Shoes will make the excursion easier to navigate.
