Blue Hole And Horse Back Riding

First, our main driver, Sean, was very engaging and informative. The weather was stormy, so they canceled the horseback riding portion. The Blue Hole was a little more adventurous than expected. I chose not to jump but enjoyed watching others partake. Had a couple of confusing moments - where to meet (signs were missing, and the people I asked sent me on a bit of a goose chase) and why I had to transfer to a different driver only for the ride to Blue Hole, where the main driver also went to ) Hurricane Melissa from October 2025 has left her mark. Falmouth has empty shells of former buildings, trees that are stripped bare, etc. There is still beauty, though.

At the time I booked it, the reservation was scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m. Then I got a message that they were starting 30 minutes after the ship docked, so that was at 7:30 a.m. That made it more difficult to make sure my family was ready. Then the booking said the excursion would last 3 to 4 hours. It lasted 7 hours. I didn't like that they combined another family's excursion to go to Dunn's Falls that we weren't going to. That meant that we had to drop them off there, backtrack to go to the horses, return to Dunn's Falls to pick them up and we waited at least 20 minutes for them. Then we all went to the Blue Hole.

Shawn and Bengie were great! They left right on time and pointed out interesting sites on our way. Both the horseback riding in the ocean and Blue Hole was awesome. Would definitely recommend them.

Honestly, the scenery was 10/10, but Rajaye made the trip. He’s an expert driver (those roads are no joke, but we felt totally relaxed), super chill, and kept the good vibes going the whole day. ​If you want a guide who is professional but feels like a local friend showing you the best spots, Rajaye is your guy. Don’t even think twice—just book it. Ya mon!

From home emailing with Samantha asking and answering questions we had and customizing our adult family of 4 tour was a great start. We ended up doing horseback riding for 2, blue hole for 4 and rafting for 4. We met at the meet up location right outside the port. A lot of people there, but we managed. We met our guide Devari and we were off. 2 of us were dropped off at horses and Devari took my wife on a short city tour. We came back to get them from riding and they had a great time. We were then off to floating on a bamboo raft to the ocean. This was very slow and peaceful and probably an hour long. The guides were great. We were then off to blue hole, probably our favorite stop. It was stunning. We had private guides/lifeguards that helped us along the way. We jumped, swam, hiked. They took pics along the way which we opted to buy. On the way back to port we asked Devari to stop so I could pick up some rum. We stopped picked it up and then made it back to port. From beginning to end this was as promised. Devari asked and answered lots of questions. Ask Devari about the BBD if you see him. We would use this company again.

Iesha and Tyrone were amazing!! Very friendly, fun and made sure we had a great experience on our excursions. Both horse riding on the beach and the blue hole were an incredible experience. Ride itself was clean and spacious and very puntual. Definitely recommend!

Our tour guide Iesha and driver Tyrone did a great job in their respective roles while additionally going above and beyond with information about Jamaica. They were both very personable and Tyrone even gave us a crash course in plant life in Jamaica which was very cool. Communication was very simple from pickup to drop off. The excursions themselves were amazing. It was more than I expected and left me wanting to come back and experience more of Jamaica.

The tour guides Sean and Benji were amazing and so caring. My friend got car sick and they even took care of her. These are the two best people to take a tour with.

Rajaye was one of the best! We enjoyed his presence and teachings of the Jamaican culture. He provided us with clear expectations of the day and gave my family a wonderful experience. We felt incredibly safe and taken care of while exploring. The views were amazing and the water was truly spectacular. I would do it again in a heartbeat. The river was mild and relaxing. On our horseback ride- the horses seemed to be loved and taken care of. We’ve been on some excursions that didn’t make us feel the animals were loved well but we did not get that feeling here. Overall great experiences with a great tour guide!

The horse back ride was awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable and my family felt safe riding going on the trails and through the ocean. The blue hole was magnificent my children jumped into the waterfall at least 4 times. This experience was priceless and I will definitely do this again.

Horse back riding in the ocean was amazing and the blue hole had breathtaking views and a was fun for the whole family from grandma to the grandkids. Our driver Rajaye did an amazing job getting us to and from our excursions and provided information on the sights along the way. He even took us to a souvenir shop where we found some treasures to take home at a better price than we've seen anywhere else during our stay. You will not be disappointed if you book this excursion!!

Duns falls was great and a must! The horseback riding was ok. Tour guide Jodie was very nice. Ee left from jewel grande at 9 am and got back by 5 pm so it’s really all day

We had a fun time and enjoyed exploring Jamaica in a smaller group. At first we weren’t sure where to meet up, but the locals were kind enough to point us in the right direction. The waterfalls were running high due to recent rains, which made the water murky and a bit cold. The guides were great and worked hard to make sure we had a good experience. Jumping from the waterfalls wasn’t for everyone, but the adventure seekers had a blast. Floating down the river was a hoot. Singing songs and taking rum shots along the way from the locals. Oh, and the “ya man” vibes were strong if you know what I’m saying. The beaches and horseback ride was a bit disappointing though. The horses were quite thin and possibly malnourished. The beaches were clear full with trash that washed up, I’m unsure if it’s always this way or just due to the recent weather. Jamaica is clearly struggling to recover from recent hurricanes, it was sad to see the lingering effects. Overall we were pleased with the results of our tour and felt the guides were good. The unfortunate weather and conditions did detract from the experience, but that’s not the fault of the excursion. Bring a waterproof case with a leash for your phone/camera!

Sean and Benji were awesome! Yah man!!!! We rode horses in the ocean, and it was our first time riding horses! Perfect for our family of 4! The blue hole was way fun!! Highly recommend!

Benji was an amazing tour guide and very funny and helpful and Sean was a pro driver and also very funny. They were all amazing and had a lot of information and things to tell you about Jamaica.

We did a combo Blue Hole, Horseback riding and river tubing excursion. Our driver/tour guide Karlus was amazing! Very informative and helpful. The excursion went seamlessly and we couldn't have asked for any better. We would definitely recommend this tour/excursion to others when visiting Jamaica.

Everything about this was amazing, it felt like a VIP experience. We traveled on the Norwegian Jade and met Rajaye at then end of the pier and the fun never stopped. I highly recommend this company and our tour guide' he'll take great care of you and your group!

They took us horseback riding through stunning scenery, to the Blue Hole for some awesome cliff jumping, and tubing down the refreshing White River. Wow!! What an amazing adventure!! The driver Rajaye was fantastic. He gave us a nice history of the island and made sure we got to experience a little island flair. The horse back riding was more than I could ever imagine. The guides were so helpful. We were very happy with the way the horses were treated and they made sure that there was someone that could take pictures with our phone. Next the ride to Blue Hole. This was so much fun and beautiful. Use the videographer and bring cash. He was great! Our guide Andre was so strong and helpful. I was not in the greatest of shape however he was fantastic and aiding us on the slippery rocks. Get ready to be rejuvenated in the in cool blue hole.

Nordia and Anthony were fantastic hosts! We had a wonderful time, the horseback riding was beautiful, the blue hole was very fun to jump into, and the tubing was exciting and had plenty of rapids. Our kids loved it, went by too fast though!

This trip was awesome! Karlus and Benji were great guides, very informative and fun. They picked us up at the Royal Caribbean cruise port. The horses were a great experience and well behaved….it was great going in the water…we even got to see newly hatched baby sea turtles. The blue hole was also very neat and beautiful…we had 5 kids from 14-17…and 5 adults.Thanks for a great excursion!!!!

Great fun with Rajaye ! Did the horseback riding tour and jumped into cool blue hole ! Horseback riding in the water is very touristy, but still a good experience. Very fun tour overall and rajaye was accommodating to our needs.

I want to start by saying that our drivers Samantha and Bob were amazing and they went above and beyond for us. the traffic to and from our resort was insanity. We were picked up at 9:00am and dropped off at 7:15pm. There was no stops for lunch so I suggest every one bring some food to hold you over. We picked up about 12 people from different resorts so by the time we got to horseback riding we had been sitting on the bus for about 2.5 hours. The horse back riding was really sad and disappointing to me. All the horses were malnourished, had sores and their bits were rusty from the salt water. The one I was riding didn’t have a shaven mane and it was infested with clusters of ticks. Pretty unfortunate but I understand that’s pretty normal for this country. The guides were annoying and very bossy. Yelling and micromanaging the whole time. Would not recommend that part of the trip at all. Next we went to the blue hole which was the highlight of the trip. Very very cool and gorgeous. You get to go in the middle of the jungle and jump into really refreshing waters. It was a great experience, most of the people were friendly and helpful. And the final part of the trip was the rafting which was relaxing but also pretty micromanaged. But I do understand they feel liable for us and don’t want anything bad to happen Overall the trip was good, I would book though Courtney Taylor tours any day.
