The service to and from our resort was quick and punctual. Pick up was right outside of the hotel entrance and Bernard was our favorite driver. He gave us fun facts about the island and we enjoyed his conversation and safe driving. Highly recommend this service to transfer to and from airports and hotels.

It was no experience to have. I got some Montego Bay Airport and there was nobody at the desk to service me so I didn’t get the service that I paid for. It’s 100% a scam.

We stayed at Back Bay Bliss in Cape May Courthouse, NJ, and unfortunately, the property did not match our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. While the back deck and pool were enjoyable for the kids, there was no shade or bug protection, making it difficult to spend extended time outside during the day. Inside the home, there were numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues. The carpets were dirty, several doors did not function properly, and some posed a safety concern by pinching fingers when opened or closed. The house also felt cluttered and disorganized, with many of the owner's personal belongings stored throughout the property, which made it feel less like a vacation rental. The exterior also needed attention. The grass was overgrown, weeds had not been maintained, and the porch furniture was rusty and unusable. Overall, we were disappointed that the property did not meet the quality or condition we expected given the listing and the amount we spent. With better maintenance, organization, and attention to detail, this home could provide a much better experience for future guests.

We needed a transport back to airport following a lovely vacation at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa and following a difficult experience with Destination Services, we were connected with Holiday Services and „Jermaine“ our driver was professional, attentive, friendly and efficient. He provided us with a lively discussion about Jamaica and provided us information on history, tourism, local politics and upcoming policies impacting transportation in the fall. It was a great ride and he got us there in plenty of time to clear customs and get to our gate back to NYC. I appreciated his professionalism and care. I would highly recommend him for any transport around the island as he noted he is well versed in travel to key parts of the island (Mo-Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios). We've spent about a month at this place, and we've just loved the place; the bedrooms are so big, and the sitting room is beautiful. The location is convenient, amazing how they've designed and arranged the furniture. Ideal for a family or team vacation. Looking forward staying at this place again.

AirBnB is a terrible company. They now charge a 15.5% service fee for all bookings (up from 3% last month), but there isn't any service. I am calling for help now and have been on hold for 97 minutes!!!

Absolutely horrendous treatment by… Absolutely horrendous treatment by Airbnb and one of its host. 2 disabled people left out of pocket and ending up paying for a hotel as they were left in a mouldy apartment. No reimbursement at all while host got full payment plus electricity paid for. THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER SITES,AVOID AIRBNB FOLKS..THE HOST IS THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER,NOT THE CUSTOMER .

We are living in a beautiful condo, Naustabryggja 40, Reykjavik. The host, Halla, and her friend, Harpa, are wonderful. She even picked us up at the airport (for a fee, of course!). The 2 bedroom condo is very clean and airy. Everything was supplied to us, down to exotic tea bags! It is very cozy; my home away from home. We were very touched to see Halla make time for us amid her hectic ER working schedule. We recommend Halla’s hospitality to any honest and caring family. To be continued!

Booked a room for three of us, one night, in Toronto, in mid-October for a date in early February. All worked through and reservation made and payment made. Just got advised last night (December 1st) that our reservation is cancelled -- "But you can reserve another place with that amount as credit if you want!". No reason. Nope. Sounds like a scam to me.

When we arrived the unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. There was something mentioned more like hidden that there were 31 steps, but no mention of no elevator. We could not & did not use the property which we had reserved for 7 days. No one was able to go up & down the stairs. Airbnb refused any kind of refund even though they didn't even have to clean the unit. We should have at least received the cleaning costs. Very deceitful in hiding this fact. Then there was an upstairs in the unit which was VERY steep in itself. I have an upstairs in my home & it is no where near as steep as these stair were. Just a waste of money. Every time I called in for help I received a foreign person who couldn't even speak English where I could understand them & they refused to transfer me to a supervisor who did speak English. Must be a foreign company!!
