Sandals Dunn's River

Tiana was absolutely exceptional during our entire stay at Sandals Dunn’s River! She went above and beyond to make sure our group had the most amazing time. She was so much fun, incredibly energetic, and always had the best attitude. Every day, Tiana made a point to check in with us, see what we had planned, and make sure we were having a great time. She genuinely cared about making our experience special, and her personality and positive energy made such a difference throughout our trip. We looked forward to seeing her every day, and she truly helped make our vacation unforgettable. Sandals is lucky to have someone like Tiana on their team! She deserves all the recognition for the exceptional service and wonderful energy she brings to the resort. We can’t thank her enough! 💕🌴 I’d also like to mention a few of our favorites from the entertainers and bartenders throughout the week who we will never forget meeting: Akeem, Omanda, Tasheka, and Andre. Each of them brought their own personality, energy, and kindness that made our trip even more memorable. We are so grateful for all the amazing people who helped make our stay at Sandals Dunn’s River one we’ll never forget! ❤️🇯🇲

We’ve been vacationing at Sandals for over 30 years. This summer was our first visit to Dunns River. It quickly became one of our favorites Sandals locations. We stayed in one of the butlers suits with a beautiful ocean view. All the staff were friendly and great. Our butlers (Eshaan and Dejhanea) were the best we’ve ever had at any of the Sandals. Just amazing. We really enjoyed our visits to the rooftop bar and visiting with the bartender Toni-Ann. And don’t miss visiting the Rum Club for their bar snacks and rum drinks.

We went for our 29th anniversary and this was probably our favorite Sandals property. The property is beautiful but the people are prettier souls. The service is exceptional The food is excellent. Hennessy on the activities team I believe was wonderful and bubbly. I would only say we never had a good expresso martini. And the rooftop needs to be profiled more. It's the best location on the property, the view is amazing. Shout-out to Michael at the pool service.

My husband and I attended Sandals Dunns River for the wedding of our cousin. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The views, the atmosphere, and the staff were top tier. The best part was the customer service! We did not walk by one single person that did not greet us and confirm that “All is Well?” The staff at Zuka, The Rum Club, and the pool bar particularly stood out! They were knowledgeable of the menu, gave great suggestions, made excellent drinks and were a joy to be around! We will definitely be back!
