WOW WOW WOW. My family and I stayed at the Josefa during the Medieval Festival at the end of July and wow. The location could really not be any better (especially considering the free parking!). The service was amazing (the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and warm), and the rooms were nothing short of amazing. Breakfast was more than enough and very reasonably priced. The only - and this is a weak only - thing I could ask for would be maybe more outlets in the room. Otherwise, what a great stay!
I liked it. It's quaint and very old-style and you absolutely can't beat the location (right down the street from the city gate and the tour bus stop.) It's air conditioned but is missing USB ports, so if you have things to charge, you'll need an adapter. The included breakfast is quite good for the size of the place, though.
Good hotel right beside the entry to Obidos, good breakfast and excellent service.
We came on purpose for the restaurant buffet and unfortunately my father in law fell right on the entry of the hotel which we were supposed to go to enter the restaurant.
He was seriously injured and was bleeding so we had help straight away from Vanessa from the reception team, helped us got an ambulance and was extremely helpful, empathic and very supportive and kind.
We truly want to thank Vanessa for such a wonderful and professional person helped us maintain the calm and stayed with us throughout all the procedure with the ambulance and professionals.
Congratulations on the hotel for having people like this as part of their team.
Super nice hotel. Clean with great firm beds. Everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast great with a lot of choices. Oh and the bar was nice and laid back. I would stay again.
