Definitely I recommend this tour, Hierve el agua is a beautiful place, I wish we could have more time there, but we have to continue with the tour.8
Fantastic tour - well organised and very knowledgeable and friendly tour guides. Blended Spanish and English seamlessly to cater for everyone in the group.
Everything was perfect, I will definitely recommending this tour, very friendly and passionate doing what they doing
Very good service, excellent group driver. Truly incredible places. Punctuality. Thanks for everything
Xenon, our guide, made the trips between the locations very enjoyable. Very good ability to connect with people. The route was very good; making the most of the tour time. The quality of the food at the restaurant where we stopped was very good.
You visit many places, it allows you to get to know quite a bit of Oaxaca, but the time for your stay is quick.
The places are very beautiful and the cost of the tour is 100% worth it. I give it four stars because, although our guide Zenón is a very well-prepared person, we ended up on a two-van tour, and for most of the trip the guide was in the other vehicle, which undoubtedly detracted from the tour. We also would have liked to have a little more time in Mitla, at least half an hour, to admire the town beyond the Archaeological Zone (which is undoubtedly very interesting). I highly recommend Continental Istmo; we had a problem with the reservation dates and they very kindly agreed to help us.
Excellent guide assigned, we got Rocio and she was very patient along with the assigned driver, explaining every place in detail and very qualified, just as a recommendation, which is something outside of the tour team, be careful with the tour they offer with "voluntary tip" because it ends up being fixed, with very arrogant attitudes from the person at the end, and if you are only going for 2 hours, it is better to take advantage of it by going to the waters
Excellent option to get to know the city
Excellent tour, one of the best experiences we have had on our trips. Our tour of Hierve el Agua was one of the best; the petrified waterfall is well worth the hike down and up, and the pools are an added value that you can enjoy if you are a fan of the water, as they maintain them without affecting your stay, seeking to provide the best service to visitors. The tour of Mitla was very good, the Mezcal Factory tasting was very good, the Tule Tree was a cool experience, as were the Textiles. In general, very good treatment from everyone toward the tourists. The Continental Istmo Agency fulfilled everything promised; I definitely recommend it.
We booked the activity especially to see Hierve el Agua and it turns out it was under maintenance. Nobody had informed us; if they had, we would not have paid for the excursion.
A tour that is definitely worth it! A large part of the experience was thanks to our guide, who did an exceptional job. It is evident that she is from Oaxaca, which adds enormous value to the tour: she knows the history, traditions, and places like only a local could. She shared many interesting facts and answered all the questions with a passion that made the tour even more special. My advice is to listen to her when she says that some activities can be challenging… because she says it for a reason! 😂 At Hierve el Agua, I struggled a bit because my physical condition is not the best, but with some effort, I managed to finish the tour and come out alive. The view and the satisfaction at the end make it all worth it! The itinerary was very well organized: we started at Hierve el Agua, then visited Mitla, enjoyed an excellent meal, continued with a mezcal tasting where we learned a lot about its production and varieties, toured Teotitlán del Valle to see the incredible artisanal work of its rugs, and ended at the majestic Árbol del Tule. Each stop contributed something different, and together they made for a very complete experience to get to know Oaxaca. If you are looking for a well-organized tour, with spectacular places and a guide who truly makes a difference, do not hesitate. I recommend it 100% and would take another tour with them without thinking twice.
A must-do tour! From the petrified waterfalls of Hierve El Agua to the majestic archaeological site of Mitla, each stop was a window into the history and nature of Oaxaca. The Oaxacan buffet was a feast of authentic flavors, and the discussions about mezcal and textiles in Teotitlán del Valle immersed us in the local culture in a deep and close way. Not to forget the imposing Tule Tree, which leaves you speechless. All of this guided by Zenón and Rocío, who combine knowledge, charisma, and human warmth in an exceptional way. Their professionalism and enthusiasm transformed every moment into a memory that I will treasure. 100% recommended for those who want to truly experience Oaxaca!
The experience has been lovely, the mezcal tasting was fun, and the descent to Hierve el Agua was tiring because we are not in shape😄.
Excellent, the guide and driver very friendly and attentive. The buffet restaurant of 10. Though they might give a little more time in the Tule. Congratulations.
An all-day tour that is completely worth it. All the places were good, the explanations very informative. I highly recommend it.
A very complete experience. Very nice landscapes, very good firm. Zenon guide and driver Carlos excellent!
Very good experience we traveled all the points of the tour we left a few minutes late but outside of that, I loved the tour, the guides were attentive the very friendly driver, I would do the tour again without doubt and the food of the place where we were taken also liked quite
The trip is very complete with different activities and both the guide and the driver gave us an excellent Service.
