Private Transportation From Oaxaca Airport To Hotel

The transportation was efficient and we were thankful to have a ride secured from the airport. Please give credit to our driver, Ramses, as we accidentally left an item on the vehicle and he promptly returned it. We were very thankful for his help.

Driver was not in uniform. This made me a little uncomfortable. I questioned him and fortunately it was in fact our operator . He had arrived on time and did have a sign which indicated our name. The shuttle was in good condition and our drive was satisfactory,

My family and I were extremely happy with our transportation from airport to hotel and vice versa. Our driver was on time at the airport when we came out. He transported us to our hotel in a nice comfortable and spacious van. And the way back to the airport he was on time at our hotel and got us back to the airport on time and safely. Our driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage.

The transport from airport to our airbnb was excellent. Waiting for us as promised, van close by, and prompt but safe transport with a friendly driver. However, I ended up canceling the prepaid return trip because of poor communication. I texted several days in advance to obtain an ETA at our airbnb so we could plan our last day. I received a terse response that we would be notified the day before our departure; that msg didn't arrive until nearly noon that day and indicated a pickup time that I didn't think allowed sufficient arrival prior to our flight. [It ultimately would have, but we didn't want the stress.] I booked with another transport so we could plan accordingly.

Very timely and professional. Springer type vehicle was provided for our group of 8. Very affordable round trip option accommodated all of our luggage.

We booked round trip from the airport to our Airbnb. It was comforting to know that those transfers were all taken care of for a party of 9, ages 7 to 74. The vans were nice and comfortable and the drivers helpful—including making a stop at a bureau de change when the line at the airport was very long.

Traffic was very heavy due to road closures but our driver was very patient and imparted a lot of local knowledge along the way. Very enjoyable!

Very responsive to our travel changes. Had a delay in our flight, but they knew our flight number and were waiting for us when we arrived 1.5 hours late. A group of six adult adults, two children, and we brought our own car seats. Be sure to let them know you will be bringing car seats as they will bring a slightly bigger van. Lots of luggage, but all fit well. Seamless interaction!

Excellent service! Our plane was delayed and our driver graciously waited for our arrival for about an hour, if not more. He mentioned points of interest during our drive to the hotel and gave us suggestions about where to go around the city. Would definitely recommend!

This worked out well. My flight on American Airlines from Dallas was supposed to land at 6pm in Oaxaca. There was mechanical problems with the plane but AA didn’t cancel till 11pm. Then they rebooked to take off at 5am and land 6:30 am. Then the plane still had mech problems and we didn’t take off till 9:45am. Viator hung in there for all of that American Airlines induced drama and was waiting at arrivals in Oaxaca when I landed (16 hrs late on a 2.5 hr flight from the AA hub). The driver was very pleasant and interactive on the 30 minute drive into town center. I’d use Viator again

The pick up from airport was wonderful. But when we were picked up from hotel the car was extremely small and we barely fit with all our luggage.

If I could zero stars for this service I would. Paraíso Huatulco was the company that I booked for a 4:30am return trip to the Oaxaca airport. I booked the trip through Viator eight days prior and every subsequent email I received (four of them) confirmed a 4:30am pick up. We were outside at 4:20 waiting for the shuttle. After 20 minutes of standing around in the dark with a bunch of drunks I saw a message from 12 hours prior saying the pickup would be for 4:00. I didn't check my What's App so never saw the message and if I had, I would not have accepted the time change because that was way too early to go to the airport. They did not email or text me the time change, they just used What's App. We were able to hail a taxi for an additional $18USD (after paying Paraíso Huatulco $38.00USD). I reached out to the company asking for a refund because we didn't use their service nor did I agree to be picked up earlier than my scheduled time. They flat out refused so I am taking up the issue with PayPal and Chase. At this point it is not about the money, it is about the principal. The company that Viator sent to pick us up when we arrived in Oaxaca was great, but apparently they contract with 6 different companies and we just happened to be assigned to the lousiest one for our return. Total scam. I think the company must have had other trips booked around the same time so they decided to change our time at the eleventh hour. Buyer beware.
