Fast, in time. Friendly driver. Driver was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on tourist stops to visit.

There was no representative present on arrival. 10 minute wait and someone arrived telling us the driver was on the way. 10 minutes later we were told they were parking. The driver never arrived and we were left after everyone on our flight had gone. The driver never arrived. We had to be driven by someone else. Poor service.

We very much liked our first driver, Julio, he was very personable and enjoyed sharing some scenic spots along the way. Offered to stop if we needed anything along the way. We have no clue of the name of our second driver on the way back, who was late picking us up, without apology. He didn't speak a word to us. We had to wait at the airport for our driver to arrive, and wait on our return trip as our driver was late. The dispatcher did text us to let us know our pick-up was late going back. No excuse when booked weeks in advance!

While we booked this private transfer from the hotel to our resort, Jesus and Gabino were so accommodating. They took us through town at our request so we could see what it looked like and if we’d want to make a separate trip to explore. They also stopped to let us do a quick mezcal tour at a local shop before dropping us at our resort. Fantastic service and they were not pushy at all.

Abel was a friendly driver who went out of his way to make our short trip feel special. He was explaining building and places along the way and even gave us some tips for the area. The whole we felt like we were in safe hands

We booked and paid for a return airport transfer. The instructions said that they would be waiting at the airport with a sign with our names on it. Not only was there no such sign but after phoning twice and and being assured that they would be there in 5 minutes, we waited almost an hour and had to go find the man that was there for us holding a Westjet sign with no names. The driver was very friendly and nice and knowledgeable, but then we were also informed that we did not have a return airport transfer booking and we would have to pay another almost $70 for the way back. Save your money and take a taxi!!! Much cheaper and you won't be stuck waiting in the heat with luggage for an hour, nor without a paid fare back to the airport.

On time service, excellent driving, assisted with luggage, vans were clean, drivers were courteous and engaging. Recommend this company.

Arrived at destination....will not use again ..unfortunately... Didn't let it dampen our vacation. Better communication helpful...and this was booked thru Aviator but we were not given any Transportation company name so on arrival no one knew of any Aviator company. Halfway to our destination our driver pulled over and asked if we had left a wallet at the taxi stand. It was mine. Can’t say enough about the professional conduct of these people❤️

Outstanding. . Our flight was delayed four times and they kept calling to make sure we were all up to date. They then had an easily identifiable sign with immediate loading. We were at the hotel within thirty minutes of clearing customs. Also I left my backpack with multiple work computers and the driver came all the way back. Huge deal for me. Friendly and honest. Can’t say enough good things. They answered my calls timely and went far beyond I think any vendor I’ve had in Mexico. I come travel internationally by monthly so very very impressed.

This company was great! When we arrived to the airport they were waiting for us with our name on a sign. We also had a clean, nice van all to ourselves. Along the way to our destination Noah was kind enough to allow us to stop at a bank to exchange money. He was very trustworthy and very professional in his service. Was picked up at airport upon arrival by gentleman holing a sign with our name on it which was great to be able to go right up to in a crowd. Was picked up right on time with our return trip to airport.

Best price for Hotel/Airport transfers. They even split the return to airport for two separate days.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. I called to confirm arrival time of our flight and was told I would be greeted outside by someone holding my name up on a card. Nobody was there and I called Viator and asked where my transport was. I was told he was there waiting for me. I asked where and he said #2 section. I go there and there was a long line of people waiting to pay and get on shuttles. I walked up to gentleman (Julio) taking care of customers standing in line. He told me to go and stand in line. Again I called Viator who told me to give the phone to the man so he could explain that I had already paid for transportation and was supposed to have private transportation. The man,Julio, said one moment. I stood an waited for another 10 min and again called Viator and he once more told me to give the phone to Julio. After total of 40 min out of nowhere a car pulls up and the driver approached Julio who points to me and finally we get a ride to Secrets. By the way, the driver had no idea what my name was or where I needed to go. I purchased a return ticked and I am hoping Viator will be picking me up in time for my return flight.

We booked with Viator on line from home in Canada, I’m always a bit apprehensive of this, however, we were met at the. Huatulco airport righ on time by. A very friendly driver in a clean, comfortable car. The only concern. We have is that when we booked with Viator we did not get a return ticket or pick-up time. Hoping this also works smoothly.

Great way to avoid some of the chaos at arrivals you see in most resort airports. Great welcome, big sign and bigger smile on the face of the representative who picked us up. Had Rudy who made us feel very welcome, took the time to explain things and point a few things out on our way to our accommodations. That we got him the next day for the city tour was just an added bonus. Great guy and as I had noted on the tour review, he is a local and very proud to be so. Great representative of the area and the company he works for. Ask if he is available..
