Great time, our guide Julia was fantastic, very nice, very helpful. Driver was also kind and friendly. We felt safe and taken care of at all times. The hike was awesome, very informative.

This was the best tour out of our entire trip. Tour guide, Julia, was excellent! She did amazing accommodating both English & Spanish speakers at the same time. The price of the trip was definitely worth it, an all day thing. I would do it again. Only thing is I wish we could have stopped in the museum in mont alban as well. Definitely bring a hat and sunscreen to the tour. I was sun burnt and due to high elevation you get out of breath easily. Also, be prepared for step steps.

This tour was very informative and comprehensive. Our guide Pavel was knowledgeable and friendly and he made the trip come to life with his explanations. He was also very easy to approach for questions. The length of time given in Monte Alban means that you truly get to understand the site and its importance. The trips to the workshops are fun, as it’s lovely to see family businesses in action and have them explain their processes and show you the effort that goes into making their products. Overall, a trip that is well worth it!

This tour educated me about parts of Oaxaca, the lesser known cultural aspects and arts that come out of the area. Special shout out to our guide Julia, who was extremely patient with us and also helped me find my lost phone.

What a day! Julia had so much interesting information to share with us. I have been to Monte Alban before and heard so much new information. The choice of artisan workshops increased my appreciation of the unique Oaxacan art being made. One of the best tours ever!

This tour was a great experience learning about the temples on monte alban. This tour also gives you a complete view of Oaxaca. The clouds and tops of surrounding mountains are a beautiful sight. Our tour guide Julia is very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions about these ruins and history of natives in Oxaca. The tour went by too fast, wish we chose the longer tour!

Luis our tour guide was amazing and really friendly. Any questions we had he answered. He was really approachable. I really recommend this tour 100%, for it's people and value. I would recommend to do the whole tour all the way.

Pavel knew so much history, having a local tour guide talk about the history in every stop was amazing, was able to do our tour in both English and Spanish. Our family of 7 with a young child had an amazing time.

This was a fun and educational experience! Monte Alban is a beautiful place and Luis was a great guide. He took the time to answer everyone's questions and shared tons of interesting facts about all our stops. The restaurant on the tour was delicious with tons of different regional Mexican foods. Overall, worth the price and a great way to see Oaxaca.

Luis was a fantastic tour guide and really informative about Oxacan culture. The tour is a bit of a long day, so be prepared. The buffet for lunch was exceptional and had more types of moles than I could try. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Great tour! Our guide Luis and driver Daniel were very knowledgeable and amicable. Monte Albán is amazing! If you have the chance to take the full-day tour, take it. Alebrijes and barro negro are very pretty and the process of making very interesting. The buffet restaurant was very good as well. Mole coloradito was delicious

Great tour, Pavel was a really good guide and good amount of time in the locations. We’ve learned a lot about monte alban without rushing it, and the barro negro part was great! It would just be nice to have a meet up point closer to the zocalo, but it’s also not a bad walk over there. Overall, definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time on our tour of Monte Albán, the black pottery taller, and the alebrijes taller. Luis, our guide, was fantastic — knowledgeable, passionate about Oaxaca and its culture, and incredibly accommodating, especially since one of us didn’t speak much Spanish. He made sure everyone felt included the whole way through. Highly recommend booking with Luis and this tour company if you want a tour that’s both informative and genuinely fun!

Luis was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating given our mix of languages. We felt that we had enough time to explore on our own while still learning much of the background about Monte Alban. The talleres were very personable and it was fascinating to see in person how the different works of art were made.

We had a great time and learned so much from Luis! He provided great history about Monte Albán and was able to answer all of our questions. He was also kind and assisted my senior when possible as she had some limited mobility issues at the time. The food for the restaurant was great, and also really enjoyed the other stops to the towns to learn about the Alebrijes and black clay pottery. Our driver also was very safe and felt very comfortable in the vehicle. Highly recommend to any first time visitors to the area!

This was a perfect way to visit Mt. Albán, and the trips to the alebrije and pottery studios were wonderful as well. We had considered visiting Mt. Alban on our own, but we learned so much more from our very knowledgeable and outgoing guide, Luis. Lunch was also delicious. The moles were especially tasty. Absolutely recommend this tour and company!

The tour guide was very friendly and told us a lot of information . We also saw some interesting carvings of some dancers 😁
