We booked the company for private round trip transportation to and from the airport to our resort. Pick up and drop off was prompt, friendly and helpful. The vans were comfortable with A/C and the drivers were friendly and attentive.

Mani was great, with a nice vehicle. He has all kinds of interesting information about the area, and that makes the trip go fast!

When we booked through Viator, they contacted Paraiso Huatulco to shuttle us from Huatulco Airport to our resort, where we returned our rental car. There was confusion, so Paraiso sent someone after a 30-minute wait. It is why it gets 4 stars rather than 5. However, please note that Paraiso is a 5-star caliber company. I think that the miscommunication came about because Viator needs to create a section where it not only asks for your flight number but also gives you an option to select "returning rental car". Many tourists come from the historic city of Oaxaca to Huatulco. I think this also happens in many other parts of the world. We actually got more services from Paraiso (a private boat ride to the bays). They were fantastic. Bottom line, this advice goes to Viator. I hope you can adjust your booking platform so that we can select "returning flight info" or "returning rental car".

I booked a pickup from Huatulco airport to get transferred to the resort but entered the wrong date. There was an option to edit the booking so I changed the date and printed my new confirmation which had the correct date listed. I sent messages through Viator to the company to meme sure enduring was OK with the date change but never heard a response so I texted them through WhatsApp. They responded and I explained the situation but they still had the wrong date scheduled. I sent them a picture of my confirmation with the correct date and thought they changed it on their end. The day before I left I texted them again to make sure I would be picked up from the airport on the correct date and they called me saying they didn't have me listed to be picked up tomorrow, I was not to be picked up until next week. I again explained what happened and told get I had sent the picture confirming the date. They finally arranged for me to get picked up on the correct date. They were at the airport to pick me up and the trip to the resort went well but if I had not been consistent confirming with them I would not have been picked up. They never responded when I messaged them through Viator. Had to use WhatsApp to get an answer.

We were met just outside baggage claim and taken to our vehicle. The van was clean and comfortable. Driver/Guide was very helpful.

Van arrived on time and was easy to locate. Family was excited to start our holiday in Huatulco. Driver was very attentive and polite.

Specifically booked a private transfer due to requirements for infant seats. As the airline would not guarantee availability of infant seats with transfer included with our flights. Pick up at airport on arrival was good and seat included. On the day before departure I confirmed our transport and reminded we had an infant and required the seat. It was confirmed by the transport company. On our pick up they arrived without a seat. The driver stated he was not told to bring one. I reached out to the company who stated we have none available. So why did I pay extra for a private transfer with an infant seat if they could not provide it? Poor customer service and follow up from transport provider and Viator

We had to look for the van that wasn't at our destination flight, we had to send messages but no one answered. The day we made the reservation we paid for a round trip and the day of our returning flight, Viator wrote to us saying that wasn't included and we had to look for a new transportation meanwhile and almost one our before.

First of all, this round trip airport transfer was pre-paid . Our names were not listed upon arrival to Huatulco. A paraiso employee had to call to confirm our transfer. The day before departure, there was no text or call with a transfer time. I called Paraiso , Vindiana answered and assured me and the concierge, "who spoke spanish and made it easier for us to understand", that we would get a text or phone call before 6 pm the day of the call. You guessed it, no text,no call. The receipt page from expedia at the time of purchase said pick-up 3 hours for international flight,so should have been 0954 for our 1254 flight, I called again at 0915 and was told the shuttle was going to be there in 15 minutes! We were in the lobby, had to rush back to our room, and get our luggage, I told them that! Got to the lobby with our bags at 0935. They put us down as no show and left. Mind you, this is a huge resort, and shuttle services are used. Called again, the male employee called my husband a liar when he said no call, no text. My husband was interrupted several times when he tried to explain the events that had happened and "our" phone calls to them asking to confirm our airport pickup time. We have been to mexico in various areas more than 20 times! Have never had any problems! We know the drill! I have never been called a liar. Horrible customer service. The taxi ride from our hotel to the airport was less money. We will be disputing the airport return charge .Phone records will show "they" lied, not me! Skip this company!

On time pick up and excellent communication. Clean, air conditioned vans with a courteous driver. Would recommend to anyone needing transportation from the airport to resort.

The driver was waiting outside with my name on a sign. He was friendly and very helpful including handling our baggage. Would certainly recommend the service and I plan on using it again to go home.

Best deal and service for the price available from the airport in my opinion. Staff were professional, the combi was clean. They'll pretty much take you anywhere in the area, but if it's an Air BnB,have a map of where you're staying in case they're not familiar with it.

They forgot to include us in the list of guests to be picked up. I asked one of the members of the Company and he said he couldn’t do anything and didn’t try to assist. I called the company and the person was apologetic and that someone would come shortly. We waited for an hour and a half. We already had been traveling for 16 hours to get here.

Our driver was right on time and was very friendly and helpful. The van was clean and comfortable. We also shared an interesting and fun conversation on the way into town and on to our hotel.

Got us from the airport to the hotel safe and sound. Was easy to identify the company. We requested the AC on once we were driving and they turned it on for us. It was a shared ride, not a private vehicle as I was expecting but for the short ride, and we were the seond stop it was fine. We booked with an airline bus for the return trip at the excusions desk.

It was so convenient to arrive in the splendid warmth of Huatulco and be met by someone with my name on a card who drove me right to the door of my hotel! I met some other couples and it started my visit with new friends. The driver was brilliant, he spoke nuanced English and was extraordinarily patient with the clients. He was very graceful in assisting the folks with mobility issues too. I would definitely use this service again in the future, great value and quality

Missed my connector flight in Mexico City due to customs and it being my first time traveling out of the country. They did not understand this and did not refund my money. Do not recommend.

The driver gave us a lot of information about Huatulco. My hotel is in the Centro and he walked me right to the door, helped me with my luggage.

Exceptional service, always on time with clean newer vehicles. The Viator App has a glitches that defaults the pickup time to 7:00 AM, even though you input a different time. Not to worry, one day prior to your booking time, these folks whatsapp you to confirm the actual time/location. Great Service!

As advertised , picked up by a gentleman with our name on a placard. Very personable young man, attending college and becoming fluent in English. We enjoyed our banter with him, and he was a emissary for Huatulco. Providing us with several tips, and good information about the town.

Booked for 7AM PICKUP, our flight arrived a little earlier than expected and had our driver waiting for us at 6:30 in the morning. Great service!

I booked a transport service from Huatulco airport by Booking.com that was a nightmare from the beginning. The driver was late, he told us that the ride would be 90 minutes (when the reservation marked 60 and just told us that was the normal time), when leaving us at the hotel he left us at the wrong entrance (there was a car access and he would drop us at the street where we had to got up a lot of stairs with our 4 big luggage). As soon as I was in the room I noticed that I left my cell phone in the cab. I called the driver and the agency and they just told me to call back 90 minutes after the driver got back (they couldn't even call me back to my hotel). When calling back they told me that they had the cell phone but wouldn't be able to handle it before my flight back (5 days later!), they told me that they didn't have plans to come back to my town (San Agustinillo) . The day before leaving to the airport I called them back and they just told me that they couldn't handle my phone to the airport that I should come to their agency to pick it up. The woman on the phone was rude and didn't offer to many options for that, TERRIBLE customer service.

We are very happy with the service and kindness that Yeniser gave us. She was very helpful ecplainig in great detail all tour options. All tours were very punctual, small groups and very kind guides. I highgly recommend Paraiso Huatulco for all your needs
