Huatulco Airport: Shared Transfer To/from Huatulco Hotels

The driver was at the airport waiting for us, even though the fight landed late. Our driver was fantastic. The van was clean and well kept We will continue to use Viator.

The driver was waiting for us as we exited the airport. He was very courteous and interacted in conversation the whole way to our hotel

Sorry to say, Our flight was delayed and our ride was not at the Airport - we had to get a ride with someone else!

Great service and price in Nov/dec 2024, BUT when I went to rebook another airport transfer in late Feb, the price went from 66 dollars CAD for a couple return, to now being 177.77! There is no reason for that increase. Super disappointing.

16th Trip back to beautiful Hulatulco and staying at Camino Real. This time we stay in a Condo, it was wonderful to see so many of the same staff. Firstly it was a pleasure to see Yasmin on reception. Always with a smile and extremely helpful in everyday. And greeted by Hermann when we pulled up in our taxi from the airport, feels like coming home each time we return, service is impeccable taking care of our luggage. Headed to Breakfast the very first morning, wonderful to see Juanita again service first class! This time we are not all inclusive as we renting a condo for the first time, new experience for us. The price for package holidays have increased so much the last few years it has become extremely expensive, we appreciate like most things have gone up around the world, but everyone has their own budget costs for vacations. Juan who takes care of the bed chairs, always very helpful and pleased to see us again, rinaldo at the beach club always fun times and Luis at the beach resort who always does an amazing job! We had early dinners at the beach club which were excellent! With superb service. And what a view by the ocean. It was lovely to hear quiter background music and not Playing Xmas songs like last year. The management must have read our comments, so big thanks! as we love to sit and hear the ocean . And enjoy this beautiful peaceful setting, it’s why we return year after year, keep up the good work. The grounds are kept so beautiful, the pool so clean and wash rooms at the beach so very clean. We noticed the upgrades, nice touches. We like the idea of signing for beach towels and having to return each day, that way no one just leaves towels lying around. It’s a good feature this year. Thank you to everyone who looked after our needs , for those we didn’t mention names , you know who you are and we appreciate how hard you all work. Look forward to return next year, can’t wait!

Fermin was super friendly and informative. He helped us out so much since one person in our party was in a wheelchair. He gave us information and tips during our drive.

Pick up right from the airport to our hotel, it was very easy and stress free. Tony was the best & very kind and helpful!

Have used Viator from the Huatulco airport before. Nice ride from the airport to our hotel at the Barceló. Met us at the airport with our name on a sign and away we went. Very Quick!!!

We got a small van on the way to the hotel which was much smaller than advertised. The ride back to the airport the rides were 30 minutes late for pick up and they sent 2 small cars instead of the van. Drivers were friendly on the ride to the airport. Driver on the way to the hotel couldn't of cared less about us.

Very nice driver. Showed a few sites on the way to the hotel. Not much else to say but they want me to say more. So I'm just typing to waste space.

I did not see the sign with my name on it, and my husband panicked and wandered off to where he thought he saw a bus! But the driver was understanding and patient, and was very informative about the area as he was driving us to our hotel. And he helped us with our bags — Excellent service!

We were at our pickup location about 15 mins early and our driver was already there. He was friendly but courteous and spoke good English to have had a lively conversation all the way to the airport. I am not sure of his name, Carlos? He is a retired air pilot. I would highly recommend this service and as an even better experience having the same driver. We are looking forward to the same courteous timely experience for our return ride from HUA to our abode in Huatulco.

Our flight was late arriving. The shuttle was there waiting, gathered a few passengers and we were on our way. Excellent and approved transportation!

As soon as we walk out of the airport our driver was there with a card with my name on it easy to find. They allowed us to get a drink before we got on the van. Friendly, quick, easy and clean. Got us to our destination without a problem. Were able to ask any questions we had and also offered their services for transport to other excursions etc..... Was at our resort to take us back to the hotel on time with no issues. Made transportation much easier and worry free. Would highly recommend.

We were batched in with a large group and so ended up on a large bus. The bus was fine but the organization for loading passengers was "sketchy".

booked shuttle service from and return to airport hautulco. Two couples. this was an eight day trip so four large suitcases and some carry on. We were met on time at the airport but driver had a small car. one suit case and carry on fit in trunk. driver tied three large suit cases on roof after rearranging several time. The four of us were crammed into the car. I am 6' 3" 280 pounds so sat in front and the other three squshed in the back seat. Drive was nice spoke English and gave a goodtour on was to Secrets resort. Complained at tour office at resort and return trip to airport was in a suv large enough for us aqnd our luggage to fir comfortable. Shuttle to airport was on time in fact a few minutes early.

Our driver was prompt and communicative for both trips. He was also very friendly and gave us useful information about the area. The only element that made little sense was the fleet that was used to provide transportation. When we were picked up at the airport, the driver had a van that was used to transport two people. When we returned to the airport, we had to squeeze into a Nissan Rogue with two other people.

Great in-person service - on time, professional and friendly. Our driver, Fermin was great! Our online experience was horrible. Your website forced us to enter round trip information when we just wanted one way transportation. It kept popping up as a tour vs transportation so we were not sure what was going on. We took a chance and filled out roundtrip info and was only charged one way but it was very confusing. We used your service again on our return because of the in-person service but booked with a live person this time.

Viator was great! We had some delays with our trip to Mexico, but we were in constant communication with each other regarding our new arrival times. They were easy to spot at the airport, they had a sign for us with our name on the board. They were on time for our pick up from the hotel to the airport and we got there without any problems.

There is something comforting about getting off your flight and having someone there with your name waiting for you, and that's what we got. Especially at a place that you get attacked with offers for cabs as soon as you collect your bags. Why not five stars? It would have been nice if there was some sort of confirmation email saying what to do when you get off the plane, or at least.. hey we'll be there.

We received transportation from airport to our resort and back and I couldn't ask for better service. We had a large group and most of us missed our plane so had to reschedule. They keep in touch and waited to see if we were going to arrive at a later time that day. Unfortunately we had to stay in Mexico City so they took the few people that had arrived to resort and reschedule for the rest of the group the next day. We paid for two round trips from HUX to Secrets and return as we came and left on different flights. Both airport to Secrets rides were Excellent. First Secrets to airport was excellent. Second Secrets to airport was a NO SHOW! We waited 45 minutes! No driver! No one answered the phone. We had to take a taxi and almost missed our flight. We were offered a refund for the 4th trip without having to ask.

Easy pick up and very friendly driver. Gave us lots of tips on must visit sites, where to go, what and where to eat.

Our driver Ramiro was excellent. He was very polite and helpful. The car was very clean. We were impressed enough that we immediately booked a City Tour with him.

Ramiro met us at the terminal exit and greeted us warmly. We immediately felt in good hands and were being sincerely welcomed to Mexico and the Huatulco region.

The driver would not stop selling me on tours. I was tired after a long flight and just wanted to go to my hotel.
