JJ tours was found on Google by my girlfriend. She reads all the reviews of every company that is picking us up. She's very picky about our transportation so I let her. Flor picked us up from the airport and brought us to the first hotel we stayed at. Then Anna picked us up for a private tour or the two cemeteries for Dia De los Muertos. Anna speakers english so it was great for my girlfriend. They brought us bottles of waters for the car ride. We are grateful to this company.

Javier, Eladio and Josué were all excellent guides. Javier immediately made us feel safe and secure with his warm and cordial welcoming. He was there at the airport to meet and drive us to our hotel. Josué our tour guide for Monte Alban gave us a very complete informative and knowledgeable tour of the culture, history, traditions and a very full experience of this archeological site. His English was excellent. Eladio, drove us from Oaxaca city to Huatulco in a safe relaxing manner pointing out several points of interests and added information on the villages and landscapes we saw. I spoke mostly in Spanish with him but he did speak and understand a little bit of English. He’s politeness, punctuality in picking us up and commentary of Oaxaca’s culture and traditions added a richer experience to this unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend JJ TRAVEL.

When our flight was delayed by an entire day, he adjusted without issue and stayed in close contact. He arrived early and was easy to spot at the airport, which made our arrival stress-free. On the drive into town, he shared several restaurant recommendations—and every one of them was excellent. Highly recommended.

He contacted us on WhatsApp while we were on the airplane to confirm that he would be at the airport. While waiting for our luggage, he sent us a photo on WhatsApp and we sent a photo back so it was easy find him. He also had me name scrolling on his phone. Google maps took us to the wrong building and he called the place we were supposed to stay to get the correct directions. He said that he would not leave us until we were at the correct location. Would hire again.
