Americans beware. You will pay $500 USD for 3 nights and have no breakfast included! My family of 8 with 6 small children came to stay and we were not prepared for the lack of food and the lack of availability to cook. There is a fidge and stove in the apartment with absolutely no pots, pans, cups, plates, or utensils. Got into the hotel late a night and found this out in the morning. Thought we were paying for a good hotel. Looks are deceiving.

If you are visiting Oaxaca as a tourist, please do not be stupid and reserve a room here. It is very far from the downtown, and photos of the rooms are deceiving. Villas are obviously built in 70s, and everything seems very old. If you are not used to 2* accommodation and prefer modern rooms you will not like this. And don't let me start on the access and exit roads: it is catastrophic; you have to exit the main road with fast traffic at steep decline, almost impossible to see where you go when dark. Exit is via narrow dirt muddy road with similar connection to the main road, but with huge potholes, unless you decide to go in opposite direction towards entrance "access" road. Been in Mexico for 2 weeks, stayed at 1*-4* places, this is easily one of the worst accommodations.
This hotel needs mayor renovation, we were accomodated in little bungalow with 2 separate rooms, and 3 queen size bed. Bed matracce is great, we really had great sleep. No air con, but we didn't need it. Wifi signal was only good in living room. Furniture and whole interier looks like you entered into 70's in Soviet Union or exYugoslavia. We payed 170€ per 2 nights, I think for that price they need to have higher standards, or our expectations were higher. Photos we saw in Agoda were not like acommodation we got. Pool we didn't use, but It's there. I think this place should call Motel, it's next to main busy road and you can hear traffic. ------------------------ This hotel needs mayor renovation, we were accomodated in little bungalow with 2 separate rooms, and 3 queen size bed. Terrible experience. The room was dirty to sleep in. There was dirty paper already in the bathroom. They charged us the breakfast without telling us it was an extra charge. As I was serving my juice on a glass jug the jug broke and I had to pay for the juice jug 600 extra pesos for the broken jug I didn't purposely break. Bad customer service the wifi didn't work in the villas.
This place is really great and I think it was under 70 usd dollars. Included your free breakfast, I believe they also serve lunch and dinner but you have to pay a bit more. The breakfast was okay and didn't have a lot of food and lacked a lot of variety as well. It was a bit noisy at night but no fault to them we got a room that was closer to the street there are more rooms that are little bit further back. For the value, I think this place is really great. I would have to recommended someone to stay here.
