Had a fantastic stay. Lovely building and layout. The location is honestly unbeatable, quick walk to church, nearby to market, but not so close that it's noisy. The included breakfast Is lovely and there is other cafes nearby if you want something different. The staff were exceptional and very helpful with suggestions and arranging any activity we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful stay at Ébano by PB and would absolutely come back without hesitation. The rooms were exceptional — comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly what you hope for after a day of exploring Oaxaca. But what truly set this hotel apart was the service. A special mention to Carlos, who went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of. That kind of attentiveness is rare and made a real difference to our experience. The location is also a big plus — well-situated and easy to get around from. If you're heading to Oaxaca, Ébano by PB is an easy recommendation. We'll definitely be back.

This is an excellent place to stay in Oaxaca. The location is very central. There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and historical landmarks within easy walking distance. Oaxaca is a great eating and drinking town so on the weekends it can be quite busy and there is some noise from the street. If you find the sounds of happy revelry to be unpleasant perhaps Oaxaca is not the right town for you. This hotel has a warm and hospitable staff. They were kind and helpful at every turn. The rooms are well appointed with modern conveniences. Some of the suites suites open into an inner courtyard while the smaller rooms enjoy a lovely view of the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Would give ten more stars if I could! One of the best hotel experiences I have had. Atmosphere was incredible - beautiful courtyard with soothing fountain. Rooms were gorgeous with top of the line amenities. Could not have asked for better service. There was always someone to help me with anything and everything we needed. Breakfast was incredible! Delicious local coffee, fresh juices, beautiful presentation and traditional options from chilequiles and chicken tortilla with mole. Location was amazing! So convenient to restaurants, museums, and markets. I would go back and recommend it to everyone!
