They were able to hold my bags as I arrived early and they recognized my status and upgraded me to a one bedroom suite! Daily housekeeping was spotless and refilled our water and clean towels. Hot breakfast with the host coming by multiple times for coffee refills and clearing plates. We had to check out before 6am and they offered a breakfast bag with juice and breakfast bars to eat at 5:30 before their kitchen opened. Zero complaints. Great location, will be back.

Quiet location but close enough to lots of goings on. Very clean and best HIE breakfast - Mole!
After a horrid experience with an Airbnb, we moved to this hotel and we were thrilled. The room was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, and the daily breakfast was phenomenal. We loved every minute of the stay! And it turned out that the wedding venue was a block away!
The hotel is located in a quieter street, around 10 mins walk from the Oaxaca Bus Station. Ideal if you're arriving by ADO's overnight bus from other cities. It's highly walkable to the main areas - the central plaza area with the cathedral and where many shops and shopping streets are located, the colourful streets at Jalatlaco, and the very local neighbourhood with the 20 Mercado - all within 15-20 mins walk, which is really ideal. There is also an OXXO convenience store and Pilitco supermarket just down the street around a 5 min walk away. Hotel's rooms are functional, large beds, clean beddings, good stable air conditioning, stable hot water supply and toilet flush works fine. Their breakfast is good with very slight alterations for the hot dishes daily, with fruits, pastry, yogurt, coffees and juice. Check in and out was smooth and staff is helpful and kind. I noticed that there were alot of silver-haired guests staying here, wonder if it was being marketed exclusively to groups via specialist travel agencies. Among every 5-6 older guests there might be 1 in their twenties/thirties.
This is a wonderful Holiday with a buffet breakfast. The staff is so helpful and Filipe speaks excellent english. Filipe helped us figure out how to go to see the sights by local transportation. He told us exactly what corner to walk to to get the bus to Tule, to Monte Alban, and other places of interest. We felt in good hands with this staff and they made our sightseeing as easy as possible. The breakfast buffet features fresh fruit. vegetables, refried beans, and so much more. We ate enough to last us until we had a late lunch. The beds are very comfortable, the ambience is nice. However we didn't go in the hot tub because it was too cold and same with the pool. We never asked for them to heat it and we were very busy sightseeing so it was fine. We will stay here next year when we return
