Just spent seven days at this resort. The service was the best I have ever enjoyed at any resort in MEXICO. Our room was very clean, and minibar was re- stocked every day. Both buffets were excellent in selection and variety. We did receive fantastic service at the DONA ROSA restaurant thanks to MIREYA K., MAYBELINE G., and JESUS A. The nightly shows were awesome. And we enjoyed the live music at the bar.
Beautiful hotel. Beautiful beach but with rough waves. Usually all inclusive hotel buffets don’t impress me much but this Dona Rosa is outstanding. The Mexican food here is hands down some of the most delicious dishes we’ve had. Victor Hugo knows how to throw down some good tacos! Our server Mireya was extremely attentive and sweet—she took extra time to order food not on the menu for our picky child. We are so happy with the service here!
Our stay at Barcelo was the best. The entertainment team is the greatest. Katya and Aldair make every effort to keep the vibe alive. The staff at the restaurants are very pleasant and professional. You cannot go wrong with selecting this resort.
The experience was good. Hotel is a little old. The beach was not accessible at my time there. The staff made the time worth it though! Games like song trivia and volleyball were very fun because of the staff! Water aerobics was great as well. Amazing staff!
My favorite thing about Barcelo is the staff and the entertainment team. Everyone is so amazing. The housekeeping is friendly and they do a great job. The servers in the restaurants and premium bar go above and beyond. The band who plays in the theater and bar are some of the most talented musicians I have ever seen. The door and the pool activities team are so welcoming and fun. Definitely the best place to stay in Hautulco. We've been here three times and are looking forward to next time we see them again!
