The idea of the tour was interesting but the guide was dry and not very attentive to guests. I was traveling with my mom who doesn't walk very fast. I tried to go between the group and my mom to help her keep up but they ended up losing us. She just charged ahead with no regard if the group was with her.
A great walking tour with ghost-related history! Our guide was engaging and clearly passionate which made it easy to pay attention and learn about the history of these places. The only thing that would have made the tour better was having it at night -- it was still very bright during our tour time.

We explored the city on our own for half a day prior to the tour. Wish we had done the tour first! Very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Learned a lot about all the places we had seen earlier in the day. Whether you are into the paranormal or not, this tour was well worth it! Great way to see the city and learn about its haunted history.
Katrina was wonderful! She gave us some history, but added in stories of ghosts. She spoke very clear English, in fact, so good that I asked her if she was from the United States (which she is not!). The tour had quite a bit of walking, but nothing outrageous. The stories were fun, and she included several of her own personal experiences with the supernatural as well.
I really enjoyed the ghost tour. We were a small and quite exclusive group. Altogether, we spent almost two and a half hours walking around Nuremberg. It was a lot of fun and also very exciting, especially because of the variety of ghost stories and how they connected to real historical events. At one point, the tour even briefly included a story about a UFO sighting from centuries ago. The tour started at the Hauptmarkt, went past the Kaiserburg with a great view, and continued through the city center to the opera house. Overall, it was a very dynamic tour, packed with fascinating historical detail, entertaining and interesting stories. I can definitely recommend it. I really enjoyed it and there was not a single boring moment. I am not a native English speaker, but even for me as a second-language speaker, everything was very easy to understand. The group was also really nice—very relaxed, friendly, and with a great atmosphere. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!
Did this tour in Nuremberg with a friend. Friend had a sore knee so walked a little slower. Was disappointing that Katrina didn't really stop to check she was keeping up or wait for her to arrive before sharing the stories. Katrina was very enthusiastic about the stories she shared but didn't really build them up in a suspenseful way. Was ok but not the best ghost tour I've done- also a lit of her information was very different to what we'd heard about the same things on earlier tours- not sure which versions were accurate.
Amazing tour, she was super friendly, knowledable and i found it super interesting. It was my first ghost tour and from now on im planning to do more of these type of tours. I found it entertraining and educational.

The Nuremberg ghost tour with Katherine was great! It takes you all over Nuremberg and you learn a lot of fun information on the ghostly happenings and general history! It took us to the castle, the hangman’s house, the dungeons, the carousel, and to the hotel where Hitler frequented to name a few. It was so fun and our group was a reasonable size which is always good. I’d definitely highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this adventure. Extremely pleasing blend of facts with suppositions and tales from beyond the crypt! Also enjoyed the extremely detailed historical content, setting up the back stories for each of the stops along the way.

Absolutely loved this tour. Katrina was so knowledgeable and engaging. We loved the stories she told which taught us some of the dark history of this beautiful city. I think a later tour with entry into some of attractions would make the tour feel more like a ghost tour but I loved that this was during the day and we got to see the town during the daylight during our short stay here.

This Nürnberg ghost tour was the highlight of my trip! I booked several weeks in advance and was very much looking forward to it. It did not disappoint. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the city’s haunted history to life in the most engaging way. Absolutely worth it!
Tour guide was very nice, but as acknowledged by the guide, a ghosts and gallows tour should be held after dark, not 5pm in the light and the city centre a throng of school kids and tourists. The content came up short. Hard to believe a city as old as Nuremberg doesn’t have more gruesome stories to share. The areas of real interest being the dungeon and bunkers aren’t available to visit on this tour.
This was an incredible tour! We learned so much about Nuremberg’s history and dark past, as well as some of the surrounding areas. We were fortunate to have perfect weather! Katrina is a top notch tour guide, her knowledge of the area and its history is impressive! She’s also got a great sense of humor. As an added bonus, the tour guide showed us other points of interest (places to eat, other tours we could do, museums etc) if it is your first day in Nuremberg, this will help you get a lay of the land and help you make decisions on what to do during your stay. if you intend on doing a tour you really only need to do this one, and you will know everything you need to know about the historic, beautiful city of Nuremberg.

This tour was very enjoyable and fun. Our guide was insightful and patient with a large group. Her insights and stories led us to sign up for additional tours. This was our first tour in Nuremberg and was a great way to kick off our vacation.

It was great to hear the darker, spookier history of Nuremberg from our wonderful guide Katrina. She mentioned that they were still working on the script of this tour since it is new but I felt it was well developed thus far. It was also very nice to get better acquainted with the city and understand the sights rather than simply taking them in. This is my second ghost tour and I think it is one of the best most unique ways to experience every new city, especially European cities that have such long and vibrant histories.
Our guide Katrina was excellent, very friendly and full of information. We waited at meeting point for extra time to cater for late arrivals and then we made good ground on each stop. Overall very interesting and guide came prepared with good knowledge. I would say a bit of a warning should be mentioned of a slight steep incline for a few stops of the tour as we lost some of the older participants along the way. This didn't impact my experience though. I would do it again and would definitely book anything else Katrina was guiding. 10/10.

A truly amazing, unforgettable experience. The Nuremberg Ghosts and Gallows tour was one of the things that my family and I were looking forward on our trip to Nuremberg and it didn't disappoint. Our tour guide was witty, knowledgeable and ecstatic to share the many 'haunted spots around Nuremberg. Each haunted spot she took us too she would talk a little about it's history, how it became haunted, as well as the many bizarre occurrences that the people in Nuremberg convinced happened to them and their little town. Because there are so many haunting happenings in Nuremberg, the tour involves a lot of walking to places all over the city, so be prepared, especially in the summer where it can tend to get a little hot, even during the evening or night. The entire experience though it totally worth, whether you're a lover of history or the supernatural, there is something on this tour for people that fall into both camps. It is a truly 'must see event in Nuremberg and one in which you may view the city a little differently after the tour

We had such a lovely time exploring Nuremberg! We learned so much about the city and had a blast hearing stories about the ghosties and ghouls. Was definitely exhausted climbing up the hill to the castle but the views and stories were worth it! I highly recommend it for any visitor!
We really enjoyed our tour with Katrina! We walked around most of Nuremberg city and heard interesting stories about goings on/ alleged ghosts. The tour was more than a ghost tour. There were plenty of interesting historical stories too which made it more varied and enjoyable. Kat’s English was impeccable which also helped. My 16 year old daughter says it was her favourite tour so far. Thank you :)
We had a wonderful time on the ghost tour! Katrina was a wonderful tour and host, so friendly and welcoming, she treated all her guests like old friends! Although we’d done a number of tours already, we learned so much more from Katrina’s tour - it was the best one we did. I bought the tour as a birthday present for my 70 year old mother, and Katrina was very considerate, directing us to refreshments as we needed them as it was a very hot evening. Was sad when it came to an end! Thank you so much for a lovely evening!
